Kasbis speaks Abyssal, does he understand what they are saying, can he hear it? He wants to understand what is going on here, so he stops to listen to them.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Kasbis squats and sends a message to Duncan and Aisha, saying telepathically to each “Two shadowy fiends, talking to each other. They are talking about raising the old one, feeding those above ground to the “maw fiend”, they plan to rise above ground. Take them out? How? Fireball?”

Aisha responds to the whisper, "That sounds ominous, a hard first strike sounds like a good idea. I just hate that they've been turned into these things and this is what needs to be done."
Kasbis peeks around the corner to the right and sees the two shadowy things, and casts a spell at them. “Infernatum!” He says as he casts a large ball of fire at them, hoping to burn them up. “Let’s get them!” He hisses to Aisha and Duncan.
Fireball : Centering the huge ball of flame to envelop the two creatures, just beyond and in between the two. The two creatures take 32 fire damage, DC 15 Dex save to halve the damage.
Initiative : 16

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Aisha reach out and cast Guiding Bolt on whichever looks healthiest. "Sorry this has to be the way things happen, but we can't let you feed anyone to some fiend."
To Hit: 25 Damage: 15 Radiant
If that hits the next attack on that target has advantage.
Kasbis moves south and points at the shadow demon targeted by Aisha with an eldritch blast. After attacking, he moves south to partial cover, and opening the way for Duncan.
Eldritch blast : 14 if at adv, 12 to hit otherwise, for 7 points of force damage, plus 2 points of thunder damage.

If we surprised the demons with the fireball, that means that one the surprise round, Duncan just waited (problem with 5e initiative...), Kas lauched FB, and then Ai cast her bolt. This would mean that round 1 starts off at the top with Duncan again to attack (possibly with adv), Kas to go again, and then Ai to go again as well before the demons correct?
Seeing the fireball engulf the room, and the demons managing to mostly evade the flames, Duncan charges in towards the nearst over small specs of spark and flame on the ground, attacking with his glaive.
(I am going with not a surprise round as the chanting of a spell alerted them to the party. I am going with the order the party posted as an opener to combat so your fine. Now is the real first round with initiative)
Yes, but they are speaking in abyssal language. None of you know that language. Unless you have the spell.

Shadow being 1 "We almost done and we can raise the old one"
Shadow being 2 "What if the people above interfere?
Shadow being 1 "We can just feed them to the mawfiend."
Shadow being 2 "That's true and the more they come the more they swell our ranks."
Shadow being 1 "In time we will all rise above hiding underground"
Duncan follows Aisha, but moves ahead of her to check out what's around the corner, taking his job as guard seriously.

"I really should have started with this." Aisha chastises herself as she casts Bless. Giving us a d4 to add to any attack roll or saving throw.
Kasbis can feel the calming energy from Aisha as it helps him focus and aim his beam of energy at the creature.
He points his hand and shoots a bolt of energy at the Shadow Demon that Duncan is attacking.
Eldritch blast : To hit 16, plus bless 1 = 17 to hit, for 10 points of force damage + 2 points of thunder damage.
