From the moment Obsben began to recognize even a hint of "serious" spell weaving from the Elf, she changed up tenor and beat of her song while waving her fingers, "Na Na Na~ Na Na Na~ Hey Hell Naw~ Not Now!~"A melody whose 'words' laced with their own magic kept the weave from jiving with the elf's command of it.

With another ditty, Obsben refuses to let the elf complete his plan in full (edit made here.)
In pain, Utar makes a strange argument asking for his assailant to aim at his friends instead. Unable to retaliate against the bird-person, Utar swings Lightbringer against the ailing bullywug. The attack lands and brings the first foe down, although not lethally. (Bullywug takes 17 magical bludgeoning damage and is DEFEATED.)
The Tormite's floating radiant warhammer also has a go. It bruises the half-orc not commanding it around. (Half-orc takes 10 force damage.)
Graxx dispenses all of his rage on the pinned-down elf. His foe is defenseless now. Fear and regret start to show on his face. Make-up and pieces of facial prosthetics are undone. The face of a disguised human emerges from beneath that of a fake elf. (Elf takes 26 bludgeoning and radiant damage.)
Doubt creeps into the half-orc's facial expression, but he still tries to seize an opportunity. Moving a bit closer to Utar {V-6}, the half-orc attacks while shouting a few words: "Surrender now or this one dies."
Despite his bold claim, it takes three attempts for the half-orc to bypass the Tormite's defenses and land a blow on Utar. However, once he does, it is a cracking one! (Utar takes 23 bludgeoning damage.)
-> Graxx may perform an opportunity attack against the half-orc. Because he seems to be single-minded-ly focused on the elf, however, I'll say Graxx has disadvantage on this reaction attack. Recall that Reckless Attack does not apply outside of Graxx's own turn. The attack would have to be performed with the handaxe. The greataxe would have been dropped to the ground.

"C'mon Utar. Straighten out that back." Obsben calls out, convincing the weave to stimulate and accelerate the Half-Orc's natural healing. She then went on to say with a sly grin, "No need to boost porky orky's ego over there. That's right! I'm talking about you Mr. chicken shit with those weak arse arms. How about you surrender and maybe will let you and yer fellows go once we're done having a nice chat, hm?" She said, mockingly at first before abruptly switching tunes with a serious sounding offer.
And as an added means of encouragement, Salty Bottom flutters around unleashing another blast of lightning upon the Half-Orc. "Tic-tock, frog butt. You don't wanna go to your after life having died to a wee little monkey, do ya?"
Bonus Action(Obby): Cast (4th level)Healing Word on Utar, restoring 9 HP.
Action(Obsben): Cast (Cantrip)Vicious Mockery on Half-Orc. Wisdom Save(DC 16) or take 8 Psychic Damage and have disadvantage on next attack.
Movement(SB): To S-6, 10ft in the air.
Action(SB): Unleash Thundah Breath on Half-Orc. Dex Save(DC 16) TO take half of 9 Lightning Damage.

After that, she tries to get herself closer (to D-5), just put some more pressure on him, "Yes, I'm still here!"
Even if he has to split his attention a little bit, Graxx is not going to waste an opportunity to teach a foe a painful lesson. (Half-orc takes 7 slashing damage.)
Obsben comes to Utar's rescue by magically closing the most grievous of his wounds. (Utar recovers 13 HP.)
The bard follows that up with a threat, which is obviously magically enhanced. Another drop of blood falls from a foe's ear. (Half-orc takes 3 psychic damage.)
Salty Bottom hovers to a new vantage point and shows the half-orc that CRAP means business. The foe roars savagely in defiance but still feels some of the effects of the lightning breath. (Half-orc takes 5 lightning damage.)
On the rooftops, Neya continues to try to convince the bird-person to face her in combat. Her pointy "arguments" hit their mark this time. Despite being in pain, the avian humanoid still fails to produce any noise out of their mouth/beak. (Birdperson takes 24 piercing damage.)

The bird-person looks over their shoulder and, still silent so far, loads another crossbow bolt onto their weapon. Soon, another projectile is aimed at Utar. as the feathered foe adds some more distance between themselves and Neya {P-3}.

Utar's shield finally sees some action as the Tormite raises it just in time to avoid another wound.
Determined to fulfill their threat, the "elf" tries to find an opening to attack Utar as well:
-> Chill Touch vs. Utar: Attack: 11 Damage: 13 (21,8)
A cold hand of malice grasps Utar's leg and siphons some of his life force. He feels the draining effect linger for a bit (Utar can't heal for a round), but he still stands. (Utar takes 8 necrotic damage.)
Then, refocusing on his own troubles, the "elf" tries teleporting away once more. If successful, he finds some cover {O-15}.
Obsben may soon begin charging an entry fee for the dancing show she has been performing! The "elf" remains in Graxx's grasp.
With his options for foes narrowed, Utar focuses both of his bludgeoning weapons on the half-orc behind him. The foe is hit twice but remains defiant. "You hold the emblem of a god other than Gruumsh? I am sure he'd side with my actions, not yours!" (Half-orc takes 25 magical bludgeoning and force damage.)
Flipping his handaxe, Graxx continues to bludgeon the trapped "elf". It proves to be too much for the miscreant to take as he goes unconscious. (Elf takes 26 bludgeoning damage and is DEFEATED.)
A separate fight rages just 5 feet away. "Let Gruumsh reclaim your soul!"

The half-orc comes out on top as he delivers two blows to bring Utar down. (Utar takes 31 bludgeoning and piercing damage; Relentless Endurance triggers bringing Utar down to 1 HP instead.)
Expecting the fellow half-orc to defy death, the alley criminal delivers a third blow. "And stay down!" (Utar takes 14bludgeoning and piercing damage and goes unconscious, incapacitated, and prone.)
Edit: Disadvantage roll on the half-orc's first attack (Vicious Mockery):25

Graxx will maintain his hold on the elf by pinning the elf to the ground by placing his hand over it's throat.
Graxx with his other hand will draw his old Silvered Handaxe that has been used in so many interrogrations.
"GET USED TO THIS!" shouts Graxx.
