(@Lerus: Might not wind up mattering, but the 1st attack from the Half-Orc should've been at disadvantage from vicious mockery.)
"Okay, I have heard just about enough out of you.." Obsben said coldly as she adds another handful of gold pieces to a hand. "So allow me to pay for your swift trip to your god's side by the way of the S.S **** Right Off."She added, before then swiftly following up her words with a short chant that sees the coins in hand melt and transform into golden darts that zip through the air on a collision course of the half-orc. And if that alone wasn't enough, a glance to the flying monkey is followed by the beast angrily hooting and hollering before exhaling another blast of lightning the half-orcs way.
(OOC: If any are a crit, adding additional damage in separate post.)
Action(SB): Release Thundah Breath on Half-Orc(if still conscious, otherwise moving within 10 feet of Birdfolk and releasing breath on it instead). Dex Save(DC 16) to take half of 11 Lightning Damage.

Obsben's patience comes to an end and she is willing to pay gold to show it. All seven golden blasts impact against the half-orc's bare back, leaving behind noticeable marks. (Half-orc takes 47 force damage.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
While the enemy is still reeling, Salty Bottom releases another vomit jet of lightning at him. The half-orc dodges the bulk of the stream, but smoke rises from the his torso nonetheless. He is visibly close to kicking the proverbial bucket. (Half-orc takes 5 lightning damage.)
Much like the halfling lady, Neya has had enough of this fight. She hones her focus on her inner self and releases two more arrows. They both penetrate the avian humanoid's back, sizzling upon impact. (Birdperson takes 29 magical piercing and acid damage.)
Even though Utar is down, the birdperson keeps their target.
Still stumbling forward from the impact of Neya's arrows, the birdperson can't get their aiming right. They miss their shot on Utar but continue to move away from Neya {V-0}. By using their wings to flap over the 30-foot distance, the birdperson does not have to deal with the slippery roof tiles.
(Graxx and Utar are up next. Utar should roll a DEATH saving throw.)
With half of the assailants knocked unconscious, Graxx proves he has learned to control his rage by calling on it to subside on command (like the Hulk!) Tapping into his role as a paladin of Tempus, he magically closesUtar's most fatal wounds. (Utar recovers 5 HP and is no longer unconscious and incapacitated but remains prone.)
(OOC: It turns out we don't need that DEATH saving throw. Utar has a full turn now.)
Sucking in a sudden lungful of air, Utar's eyes flash open. Staggering to his feet, he chides himself for his lax defence, rolls his shoulders and readies his shield. "I can do this all day."
As if to prove it, he lashes out with Lightbringer at the half-orc:
Attack (non-lethal): 30 Damage: 17 plus 4 from divine strike.
(OOC Upcasting healing word to fourth level for 4d4+4 hp: 14.)
Utar is not sure how much time has passed since he blacked out, but it could not have been too long if the other half-orc is still around. Utar stands up and aims to rectify that with a well-placed swing of his Lightbringer... and so he does. The enemy goes down but remains alive. (Half-orc takes 29 magical bludgeoning damage and is DEFEATED.)
Not wanting to go down again, Utar whispers a healing word to himself. (Utar recovers 14 HP.)

Obsben let out a sigh of relief. But in remembering yet not only one foe remained, but could even possibly escape, the lightling looked about for a solution until spying the ladder. Without a moment more to lose, she raced for the ladder and at least started to scale it, but knowing full well she wouldn't reach the top. Rather her goal had been to get just that little bit up to maybe spy enough of the roof, before taking a pinch of fine sand from her component pouch, utter a curt lullaby, and then simply blow it away. Yet instead of dispersing as one might expect, the dust appears to grow in number as it gently flew up to the roof top to cling onto the birdfolk.
...And just to be extra sure, she sends Salty Bottom up as well to check on the situation and release another lightning breath if the birdfolk was still flitting about with weapon in hand.
Movement(Obsben): To Y-13(ascending up ladder as much as possible).
Action(Obsben): Cast (5th level)Nighty Night at W-3(10ft above roof edge), creating an effecting pool of 64(67). (In short, hoping to cast the spell high enough that it won't affect anyone on the ground or catch a civilian if their window happen to be open near the roof)
Movement(SB): To U-2 (atop rooftops).
Action(SB): Release another Thundah Breath on Bird-man(IF still conscious). Dex Save(DC 16) to take half of 11(4) Lightning damage.
Neya started leveling her bow to take another shot at the fleeing figure. But as soon it slumps on the roof, Neya starts navigating the rooftops to catch up to it, soting her bow and beginning to take out some rope with which to bind this last ambusher.
Spotting a way up, Obsben decides to remove the escape option from the birdperson's list. With a well-placed, mathematically upcast version of her simple Sleep spell, the story-teller tells a brief tale that leads the feathered foe quite unwilling to go anywhere before taking a rest.
Finally seeing an open pathway to the fleeting foe, Neya exchanges her bow for a coil of rope and begins approaching the last assailant.
WE ARE NOW OUT OF INITIATIVE. YOU MAY DO AS YOU WILL.

Swapping out his own weapon for his own coils of rope, Utar begins to bind the hands and feet of the Bullywug and Half-Orc, dropping the other on the ground should Graxx require it.
"Remember, that elf clearly has sme kind of magic, so a gag wouldn't go amiss on him."
From there, Utar will begin to pat down both the Bullywug and the Half-Orc, tossing weapons and trinkets into a pile, but hoping that there might be some kind of writtn instruction on them that might help point CRAP towards their main target.
"I couldn't agree more, Utar! Pretty much tapped on my end for dealing with any "magical ****ery" as an old companion of mines used to call it ."Obsben admits on her way down to ground level to join the others. "We may also want to consider relocating before too long, as this wasn't entirely the most quiet incident."She said as much, but knowing possibly that the elf's attempt at luring them somewhere discrete could yet have been a boon.
Her gaze then drifts elsewhere for a bit as a silent communion would have her checking in on the situation above the roof tops, before then truly committing to her promise of searching body of the elf. Him,and when eventually lowered or brought down by whatever means Neya had available, the birdfolk too. "Have a care with the birdy, Neya. He'll be awake within a minute -- Oh and Graxx. Don't s'pose you got some spare dirty underwaters we can use as a gag would ya?"She adds during a rather thorough search of the elf. Well, not so thorough as to go as for the prison pocket, but by the end she had been eyeing his lower extremities in consideration for a time.

Graxx leans down and takes the other half of the rope.
"Thank you, Utar. I do appreciate it.
Graxx walks over to the "elf wizard" and kneels down next to it.
Graxx will tie the rope to secure the elf.
Sleight of Hand: 8
Graxx allows Obsben to complete the search before completing any knots that would get in the way.
Graxx then starts to gag at Obsbens comment. His eyes begin to water and he swallows back some vomit.
"Sorry... I have a weak stomach when it comes to some things. I'll beat somebody half to death but gaggin' them with my dirty drawers are a line even I won't cross."
I'll just use some rope and some of my cold weather clothing to gag.
