Like I said, the city is composed of two huge floating rings, one inside the other. The rings connect by arching bridges painted red and hung with prayer flags. He's headed for the nearest one, which is at the end of the street.

Will everyone stop calling him "The Demogorgon"? It's his name, not a title!
Raiden gasps from above as he witnesses a Harengon badly injured. "Hey! Are you ok down there? What happened?!" He yelled before fixing his gaze on Pearlin yet again and snarls even more. "HEY! LADY!" He yells aggressively towards the human-form siren. "There's someone in there that's injured! Get inside and help if you're on our side! Or are you just going to dawdle all day?!"
(Can Raiden spot the ninja dashing to the outer city? If not: 8)
When it's my turn: Pearlin was in the middle of her search when Raiden's extremely loud voice caused her to jump and shriek. "Geez you don't have to be so rude!" She yells back once she snaps back to existence."And consider me as an ally for now until you prove you hate me! I'll go inside, as you said, magic foxy-boy!" and she storms inside and casts cure wounds on the harengon. "Sorry about barging into your home, fluffy bunny. Take this." (Jormorn you regain 12 hp)

Jorman who has crept to the door and peaked out seeing nothing stands up as he hears someone come into the room. He sees what appears to be a young woman approach him. He is taken off guard by her loud nature and calling him a fluffy bunny. He clearly is no bunny but a Harengon he thinks to himself. She lays her hands on him and cures him of the slash he received from the elf. "Hello there, I am Jorman. Thank you for the aid. What is going on here? Who are you?"

Tamashi follows up with his friend. "I'm Tamashi. Thank you"
"Jormon and Tamachi. Wow, such manly names there!" She replies with awe whilst giving them the most beautiful smile the two of them have ever seen whilst she folds her hands behind her bare back and bends over slightly as if she's doing a partial bow. "A pleasure to meet you two. The name's Pearlin May, from the open oceans. As for your question, bunny bro, I don't know what's going on either. I just happened to be passing along when I heard some mysterious stuff going on inside here and decided to follow much to my amusement." She then points her slim hand to the other two, though she can't see one from inside the house (Trey first then the broken roof). "Are those your companions who got attacked? Who are they?"

"He's escaping!" Trey shouts from increasingly far away as sprints towards the shinobi. "Intro... ductions..." he barely gasps out, then teleports (bonus action)a 3rd and final time today, then loudly enough to hear from so far away "...later!"
Now in melee range of the shinobi again he says firmly and directed at this assassin "Halt!" and tries to grapple him as his action. Athletics: 14 vs his athletics or acrobatics (if feared still, at disadvantage). If the 1st try fails he'll try again with his second attack, he is desperate to snag this assassin before he gets away, Athletics: 13

Mori Noya is not known for being a trade center, but the City of One Thousand Lanterns has a few markets. The one the shinobi runs into is the largest. Stalls line either side of the street, owners hawking wares at passerby. Lanterns and prayer flags are strung over the whole scene, casting warm orange light on you as you pursue your quarry. People quickly move aside as the malevolent-looking figure of the ninja barrels down towards them. Tez005, you're up! You're buying egg rolls when you hear the gasps of shock on the night air. You turn to see a black-clad elf with a mask clearing a way through the crowd, a group of strange-looking people in pursuit.

Having been previously engrossed in the strange egg rolls being sold in the markets of the completely alien (in his mind) City of One Thousand Lights, Zak shifts his attention and slowly turns around to look at what is causing such cacophony. "Well, Ona... If that isn't a sign of where to go next, I don't know what is." The huge, sandy bugbear seems to be talking to no one in particular as he breaks out into a full sprint after the shinobi and the strange crew tailing them.

The shinobi, from what you can see of him, looks confused as you stand resolute, then pivots and swerves around you at the last moment. He makes it ten feet from you before using all his movement. You can opportunity attack if you wish.

It'll be Jormon, Tamashi, Trey, Pearlin, Raiden, shinobi.
They're (okay, at this point I'm just using the pronoun he, even though you didn't know he was male) about 50 feet away from you.
