Nikita's rapier glows with a sickly green flame as she thrusts it towards the prone, lesser serpentfolk (#1). With a quick flick of her wrist, the rapier pierces through the creature's chest, causing it to writhe in agony. As green flames lick down the blade of the rapier, they leap towards the second lesser serpentfolk (#2). The creature hisses and sneers at Nikita, but its bravado is short-lived as the flames engulf its body, searing and blackening its scales.
Boyd - You witness in both horror and admiration as Faila tackles the larger serpentfolk to the ground, its writhing body struggling against her might. Meanwhile, Nikita's rapier wreathed in green flames nearly ends the life of the prone lesser serpentfolk (#1), its ragged breaths barely keeping it alive. Finally, the standing serpentfolk (#2) bears deep burns from Nikita's fiery attack, its scales blackened and smoking. You seize the opportunity to strike while the serpentfolk are preoccupied, it is your turn.

With Snakeman 1 and Big Snake tousling with his allies in a chaotic barrage of flailing limbs, Boyd opts for the option where he won't accidentally strike Faila or the Lord of Autumn - he readies his knife and throws it at Snakeman 2 while Thumbtackharries the creature with her claws.
Attack: 14 to hit (at advantage thanks to Thumbtack... otherwise 14 anyway) (rolled in game log) Damage: 7 piercing + 6 sneak attack (sneak attack should apply regardless of advantage since Lord of Autumn is in melee range and not incapacitated).

Toppling the lesser snakebeast over, the Lord of Autumn shoots a glance towards Meresaa as he collided with the creature. He gives a sly wink in her direction, though it's unclear whether it's in appreciation for the assistance or as a result of bracing for the impact.
Seeing the fracas now all about him, his grin widens as he lets out a shrill whistle. At once, the leaves took to the air like that of majestic coursers, rustling excitedly at being summoned by the firbolg. He reverses his grip on his glaive and brings it about in a flourishing arc towards the larger beast felled by Faila. A wicked glint flashes in his eye as he brings the weapon's blade down to the ground. The leaves follow the blade, painting a stroke of autumnal colors downward before a mighty sweep to the sky, much like an innkeep would exaggeratedly whisk away dust from their cottage. Except, in this instance, it was clear the Lord of Autumn was aiming to quite literally cut the head off of the snake.

A Serpentine Scuffle - Round #1 - Boyd & Lord of Autumn's Turns
Boyd's Turn
Boyd takes aim at the serpentfolk (#2) with his magical dagger, poised to strike while Thumbtack distracts the creature. The dagger whistles through the air, hurtling towards the serpentfolk's back, but at the last moment, the creature ducks with lightning reflexes, evading the deadly blade by a hair's breadth.
Lord of Autumn's Turn
The Lord of Autumn stands tall amidst the chaos, his glaive raised high. With a flourish, he brings the mighty weapon down upon the larger serpentfolk. A shower of leaves fills the air, casting a vivid tapestry of autumnal hues upon the grim scene. The hapless creature is powerless against the Lord's might, as the glaive cleaves through its shoulder with a sickening crunch. Blood spatters the cobbled stones, mingling with the vibrant foliage to create a morbid canvas of death. Despite the wound, the larger serpentfolk struggles to stay alive, but it is clear that its strength is waning.
Aruum's Turn
Aruum watches with a mixture of admiration and fear as the Lord of Autumn executes his brutal, yet oddly majestic, attack upon the larger serpentfolk. Gathering himself, Aruum sets his sights on the lesser foe (#1), its pitiful groans filling the air. With an otherworldly chant upon his lips, Aruum calls upon the power of the arcane. Crimson flames leap to life in his palm, casting an eerie glow upon his face as he hurls the fiery mote at the serpentfolk.
Firebolt: Attack: 16, Damage: 10(max)
The creature shrieks in agony as the flames engulf it, its once mighty body reduced to a smoldering ruin. Aruum stands panting, his heart racing at the raw power he has just unleashed.
Smaller Serpentfolk (#1) has been slain.
Larger Serpentfolk's Turn
The larger serpentfolk rises slowly, like a beast wounded but not yet defeated. Its eyes gleam with a wicked light as it fixes its gaze upon Faila. The creature's arms, each one a wicked blade, slash through the air with inhuman speed and fury.
Blade Attack #1: Attack: 20, Damage: 12
Blade Attack #2: Attack: 16, Damage: 10
With a malevolent snarl, the serpentfolk plunges its blades into Faila's side, carving dark red gashes into her flesh. Unrelenting, it leans forward, revealing its long, venomous fangs, poised to strike at her.
Faila - The larger serpentfolk strikes at you with deadly fangs, sinking them into your flesh. You feel a pulsating agony as the venom seeps into your veins, but your innate resilience seems to be staving off the worst of its effects.
Faila - you take an additional 5 poison damage (reduced from 10).
Meresaa - You stand amidst the chaos, watching with gritted teeth as the larger serpentfolk unleashes a series of savage attacks upon Faila. The creature moves with a fluidity that belies its massive frame, its bladed arms cutting through the air with razor-sharp precision. A sense of urgency wells up inside you, for you know that the battle is far from won. The serpentfolk are cunning and ruthless, and you have no doubt that there are more of them lurking in the shadows, ready to strike. It is your time to act.
Hands trembling as she watches what once was (and hopefully will once more be) Faila get sliced and bitten, Meresaa fumbles in a pocket as she steps forward. Withdrawing a simple dagger, she lunges for the overgrown serpentfolk point first.
Dagger @ Large Serpentfolk - Attack: 15, Damage: 7
With a look that says "Oh my. What did I just do?" she has a moment of clarity and jumps back (next to Aruum) opening herself up for an attack as she retreats.
Once she's confidently clear (whether an OA happens or not), she mashes the button on her device and it whirs and clicks to life again.
Eldritch Protector: 12 temp HP to Meresaa, the device itself, Faila, Nikita, Thumbtack, and the Lord of Autumn (replacing the temp HP you already have if you so choose)
Meresaa lunges forward with a quick, agile grace, her dagger glinting in the dim light of the unholy place. At first, it seems as though her strike missed its mark, but the serpentfolk's hiss of pain reveals the truth: the blade found its mark. With deadly precision, the dagger plunges deep into the creature, catching it off guard and sending it reeling. The serpentfolk's ancient language echoes throughout the chamber as it stares at Meresaa with venomous eyes, daring her to make a second attempt.
As attempts to retreat away, the serpentfolk lashes out with its blades.
Opportunity Attack: 18, Damage: 7 (slashing)
The serpentfolk's blade slices through Meresaa's flesh, spilling blood onto the cobblestone floor. Its voice echoes through the chamber in a victorious, guttural laugh, seemingly delighting in its enemy's pain.
Finding herself clear of her foe's reach, Meresaa quickly activates her trusty device. Its whirs and clicks as its internal mechanism springs to life, filling her allies and herself with renewed life and vitality.
((Meresaa - Feel free to change your position. I was a little unsure how 'confidently clear' you wanted to be!))
Smaller Serpentfolk's Turn
The smaller serpentfolk, its confidence now shattered, darts and dances with a desperate grace to disengage from the fray. Its movements are lithe and serpentine as it slinks away to the West. A shrill cry pierces the air, a sound that seems to echo throughout the passageways, as the creature desperately attempts to summon the aid of its kin.
Faila - The violence of the larger serpentfolk's attacks leave you reeling, but you're quick to note that the creature appears heavily injured from the party's previous strikes. As the serpentfolk slashes Meresaa, you spy a fleeting opening, a chance to strike back. The moment is yours, it is your turn.
The larger serpentfolk's blade seems to slice into Meresaa's flesh but no blood spills from the wound. Rather, the gash in her cerulean skin seems to simply disappear as a magical outer layer dissolves from view. If anyone were watching closely enough, they might notice that the surface of her form seems to shift rather subtly as if bubbling out again to its previous thickness after she pulled the trigger on her device.
(-7 temp HP immediately replace by a fresh 12)
(Position's perfectly fine. She would've activated the device one square south to include everyone and continued her retreat)
Faila shrieks like an injured bird, staggering for a minute under the heavy wounds inflicted by the serpentfolk's blades. Drawing in a snarling breath with renewed vigor, some of the wounds stop bleeding, perhaps a little more quickly than could be expected naturally. And she flings herself at the serpentfolk again with teeth and claws, howling a bloodthirsty challenge.
Bite attack: 12 to hit, damage 9
Claw attack #1: 8 to hit, damage 3
Claw attack #2: 8 to hit, damage 3
Bonus Action: Combat Wild Shape.... while you are transformed by Wild Shape, you can use a bonus action to expend one spell slot to regain 1d8 hit points per level of the spell slot expended. (level 2 spell slot used)
Nikita feels the healing... layer (?) from Meresaa's ingenious device settle over her once more, but no more than what she had already received from it earlier, still pristine with Nikita not having been targeted by foes thus far. She and Thumbtack find themselves suddenly out of melee as the lesser remaining Serpentfolkdisengages and flees. Making a split-second decision, she gives chase, hoping to prevent it from warning its allies or masters.
Padding five feet southwest and fifteen feet west, Nikita arrives just south of the lesser Serpentfolk as quietly as she can. Hoping that she is not putting herself in full view of other enemies around the corner! Also leaving Boyd room for a potential slanting attack from the southeast.
Thumbtack flies another tight circuit, flapping her wings in the face of the lesser Serpentfolk (help) and back to her customary shoulder perch. This time, Nikita'srapier is suffused with blue thunderous energy as she thrusts (Booming Blade).
Nikita'srapier attack with Booming Blade against fleeing lesser Serpentfolk: To Hit (at advantage due to help): 17 Rapier damage: 8 piercing Additional Booming Blade damage: 3 thunder IF the target moves voluntarily before Nikita's next turn.
She remains in melee south of the snake-person, hoping to provide a distraction for Boyd's enchanted blade, should he choose to attack the same enemy.
Faila, wounded and enraged, unleashes a savage flurry of blows upon the larger serpentfolk, claws and teeth flashing in a desperate bid to bring the creature down. However, the serpent dodges and weaves with a grace that belies its size, eluding Faila's frenzied attacks with ease. It snarls victoriously, waiting for a moment to strike back.
Battlemap:

Nikita & Thumbtack - 16 - Purple Wand Symbol & Small Purple Shield Symbol
Boyd - 15 - Tan Dagger Symbol
Lord of Autumn - 15 - Orange Leaf Symbol

Nikita's darts off in hot pursuit of the smaller serpentfolk as Thumbtack keeps pace alongside her. With practised ease, she thrusts her rapier forward, piercing the beast's scaly hide. A guttural cry echoes through the tunnels as the serpentfolk wriggles in torment, twisting to face its assailant. Suddenly, the creature is enveloped in a booming aura, as Nikita's magic surges through her blade, crackling with energy. It stares at Nikita with a pathetic look of defeat on its serpentine face.
Boyd - Before you stands the Lord of Autumn and Faila locked in a fierce battle with the larger serpentfolk, both sides striking blows with deadly intent. But your eyes do not linger on this scene for long, as you spot the smaller serpentfolk making a desperate escape to the West, followed by Nikita and Thumbtack. With a sense of urgency, you must decide whether to aid your companions in dispatching the larger beast or pursue the fleeing creature before it can summon reinforcements. It is your turn.

Boyd pursues the fleeing smaller snakeman, hoping to prevent reinforcements. The grizzled man sees Nikita moving in to stop the fleeing enemy as well. He presses up against the western wall to hide himself (bonus action hide) until he hears the telltale sound of rapier striking scales, then he quickly flies out of cover and throws the magical knife at the retreating snakeman (action attack).
Hide: 22 (I accidentally rolled twice, but this was the first one) (Since I'm in dim light, I think the snakeman has disadvantage to perceive me unless it has darkvision)
Attack: 18 to hit Attack w/ advantage (if hide worked): 8 to hit
Damage: 6 + 7 sneak attack piercing

As the larger serpentfolk snarls towards Faila, a sudden shower of gently falling leaves cascades over the creature. Falling from the sky after following the first blow, the Lord of Autumn lets the momentum from the strike carry him in a quick twirl before he catches the glaive via its shaft behind his back.
Watching with awe at grizzly scene juxtaposed with the gentle abscission of his cloak all about the melee, he braces himself in a stance and readies a mighty thrust of the pointed end of the glaive through the tunnel of red, orange, and brown foliage towards their foe.
Attack @ Large Serpentfolk w/Gathered Swarm and Favored Foe: Attack: 9 Damage: 17
A Serpentine Scuffle - Round #2 - Boyd and The Lord of Autumn's Turns
Boyd's Turn
Boyd sets off in a swift pursuit of the escaping serpentfolk, his movements quick and nimble. Upon reaching the hallway, he slips into the shadows, his body almost melding into the darkness. With a deft flick of his wrist, he produces a magical dagger, gleaming in the dim light. Boyd throws the blade before the creature notices him. Sure enough, the dagger flies through the air with deadly accuracy; its sharp edge finding its target and slicing open its scaled cheek. The serpentfolk lets out a hiss of agony as it bleeds profusely from the wicked-looking gash.
Smaller Serpentfolk Perception check: 10(creature has blindsight)
The Lord of Autumn's Turn
A tempest of leaves and whirling colours, even in the dim light, the Lord of Autumn makes to attack his foe with a splendid flourish. Unfortunately, the serpentfolk anticipates the attack, sidestepping the blow with fluid grace. What started as a stunning manouvre, quickly turns into a clumsy attack as the Lord of Autumn's glaive wildly misses its mark. The weapon ineffectually stikes the cobblestones to the creature's left with a mighty clang.
Aruum the Brave's Turn
With a boldness belying his diminutive stature, Aruum defiantly stands his ground against the raging serpentfolk. His hand delves into a pocket, searching for a secret weapon. With a flourish, he produces a pinch of sparkling powder and tosses it into the air, causing it to shimmer and dance in the dim light. "Times to bring you down a pegs to two," he proudly declares with a newly found bravado.
Casting Reduce on the 'larger' Serpentfolk
Larger Serpentfolk Constitution Saving Throw: 8 (fail - target reduced in size to 'small')
Reduce. The target's size is halved in all dimensions, and its weight is reduced to one-eighth of normal. This reduction decreases its size by one category--from Medium to Small, for example. Until the spell ends, the target also has disadvantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws. The target's weapons also shrink to match its new size. While these weapons are reduced, the target's attacks with them deal 1d4 less damage (this can't reduce the damage below 1).
The serpentfolk's body convulses as it suddenly begins to shrink in size, a bewildered look crossing its scaly face. The once towering blades that it wielded with lethal precision are now nothing more than mere daggers, shadows of their former glory. As the creature writhes and contorts, its form dwindles to a size that is no longer as threatening, even smaller than little Aruum.
Larger Serpentfolk's Turn
With a higher-pitched hiss than before, the previously larger serpentfolk stares at its new diminutive form, its mind struggling to grasp this sudden change. Confusion twists its features as it struggles to comprehend the biggest threat. But as its gaze falls upon the Lord of Autumn's vibrant cloak, a sudden instinct takes hold of the beast. With blinding speed, it lashes out with its blades and fangs, venom dripping from their tips.
Blade Attack #1: Attack: 10 (Miss)
Blade Attack #2: Attack: 26, Damage: 11 (-2 due to reduced size) = 9 slashing damage
Bite Attack: Attack: 17, Damage: 6 piercing
Lord of Autumn - Please make a Constitution Saving Throw DC 15, taking 9further poison damage (or 4 on a successful save).
The Lord of Autumn dodges the first strike with ease, but the second finds its mark, piercing his flesh and drawing blood. Undeterred, the creature moves in for the kill, sinking its venomous fangs into the Firbolg's flesh.
Meresaa - Though the 'larger serpentfolk' can now be described as 'comically small', it is far from harmless. You watch as the creature ruthlessly unleashes a series of violent attacks against your newly acquired companion; viciously raking the Lord of Autumn with one of its blades and sinking its teeth into his flesh. Though there is hope, the creature is heavily wounded and will likely not survive much more punishment. It is your turn.
Seeing the diminutive serpentfolk laying into the Lord of Autumn, Meresaa lets out a painted groan and rushes back in, dagger flashing in the low light. She stabs with one hand while clicking her device with the other.
Seeing that the closest serpentfolk had somewhat reduced in size, Meresaa finds her courage and re-enters the fray and lashes out with her dagger. However, the creature dodges with a quick slither, evading the sharp blade by mere inches. Undeterred, she activates her magical device with her free hand, causing powerful restorative energy to flow into her wounded companions. The effect of her magic is instantly apparent, as many of the wounds that decorated Aruums tiny body begin to nit and mend; only a few superficial scratches remain
Fleeing Serpentfolk's Turn
The serpentfolk nearest to Nikita halts its escape, cognizant of the dire situation it finds itself in. With a lithe movement, it reorients its body and directs its fury towards Nikita. Its body contorts in an inhuman fashion as it lunges at her with its razor-sharp dagger, aiming for her vulnerable flesh. In a lightning-fast motion, it follows up the strike with a vicious bite, determined to bring down its prey.
Dagger: Attack: 14 19(miss)
Bite: Attack: 20 23, Damage: 8 piercing
Nikita - Please make a Constitution Saving Throw DC 13, taking 8 additional poison damage (or 4 on a successful save)
Nikita's agility is impressive as she skillfully avoids the serpentfolk's blade. But even as she dodges the attack, its venomous fangs sink deep into her flesh. A searing pain spreads through her as the deadly poison courses through her veins and her body attempts to fight off its effects.
Faila - With the battle raging on, your spirits begin to falter as the serpentfolk's attacks take their toll. But just as all seems lost, a wave of restorative magic envelops you as Meresaa activates her curious device; healing many of the cuts and wounds you had sustained. You can tell that the serpentfolk before you senses its impending doom, as its attacks seem fraught with desperation and fear, as though fighting for its very survival. It is clear that victory is within your grasp, it is your turn.
Bolstered by the strange regeneration of Meresaa's device, Faila straightens up, all the feathers along her head neck, back, and tail standing up threateningly. She nips and twists at the closing wounds, dancing sideways for just a second, and then leaps savagely onto the Serpentfolk again with teeth and claws.
Claw Attack #1: 5 to hit (nat 1) and 9 damage
Claw Attack #2: 6 to hit and 4 damage
Bite Attack: 24 to hit (nat 20) and 5 damage (+4 damage for crit totaling 9 damage)

A Serpentine Scuffle - Round #1 - Faila's Turn
Faila's Turn
Faila, wounded and enraged, unleashes a savage flurry of blows upon the larger serpentfolk, claws and teeth flashing in a desperate bid to bring the creature down. However, the serpent dodges and weaves with a grace that belies its size, eluding Faila's frenzied attacks with ease. It snarls victoriously, waiting for a moment to strike back.

A Serpentine Scuffle - Round #2 - Nikita's Turn
Nikita's Turn

Hide: 22 (I accidentally rolled twice, but this was the first one)
(Since I'm in dim light, I think the snakeman has disadvantage to perceive me unless it has darkvision)
Attack: 18 to hit
Attack w/ advantage (if hide worked): 8 to hit
Damage: 6 + 7 sneak attack piercing
Movement: 1 square south, 2 squares west of Lord of Autumn
11(-2 due to reduced size) = 9 slashing damageThe Lord of Autumn dodges the first strike with ease, but the second finds its mark, piercing his flesh and drawing blood.

A Serpentine Scuffle - Round #2 - Meresaa's Turn
Meresaa's Turn
19(miss)23, Damage: 8 piercingNikita's agility is impressive as she skillfully avoids the serpentfolk's blade.
