Dolrik will target the gladiator with Toll the Dead.

DC 16 Wis Save or 13 necrotic damage.

Rawrer distracts.

HP (D//R) 60/60+12 thp // 22/22+11 or 10 thp.

That kills the gladiator to death.

Ben shoots his magic flare at wizard if still up or gladiator 3+4+3, dmg 4+1

 Great question. I do not know. If Dolrik is close enough to Nadir, he will use his free action to give her his one and only Potion of Healing.

They have one scroll of cure wounds 1d6+2 and two regular healing potions 2d4+2

Nadir would gladly accept a healing potion, and/or some love from the healer's kit. In either way, she'll get some strength back from a second wind 14 plus the 10 from the potion as a full action. Nadir was near the gladiator when it fell.

If there is time for Count rlto ride back and administrator some healers kit, I'm good with that plan, plus get Count back in range f9r some temp hp

In that case I can come back 100' (50' from our starting point) I can do healers kit to someone that gets close enough. Also if close enough: Temp hps 12

Nadir can drink Ben's healing potion for a full round that will give a max roll of 10 hp. He has max 12 temps too, 39/39+12

Yoku will also use the full round to drink his potion also for 10 hp and he has 10 tenps so 56/67+10

 I think Nadir might be? Not sure.
