The dragon targets Count, Spiritual Spitz, Dolrik and Räder with Lightning Breath. The dragon exhales lightning in a 90- foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 76 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
The fire tamer shoots Produce Flame at Yoku but misses.
The golem misses both nadir and count. You guys are up.
Did the Firetamer succeed in all his concentration checks to keep the Elemental?
Nadir dodges incoming attacks and rides out at the Dragon and Fire tamer targeting each one with one attack, and directs her horse to stomp on the Ashari and Godric to assault him as well.

The dragon uses its frightful presence on all of you and your pets: Frightful Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
andbit stays 60 ft away. The fire tamer casts Conjure Ekementak, summoning an earth elemental in the midst of the group. The elemental attacks Nadir, hitting once with a 24 fir 19 damage, and hits Count with a 25 for 17.
Count will use his protective fighting style for Nadir (it's a gamble for the disadvantage when he could use a slot to cast shield but that slot might be needed soon...) and the 6 from her will prevent the hit from landing on Count.
Count will start with wailing on the elemental
Attack 1: 3 plus 19 Damage: 11
Attack 2: 3 plus 20 Damage: 6
Then sending the dancing sword on its way goes for the elemental as well:
Attack: 1 plus 25 Damage: 7
Remove frightened conditions for both Count and Sir Spitz this round in place of temp hp
It already had disadvantage from nadir dodging.
I'm not sure I understand, the quoted attack was already rolled with disadvantage? If so, I will subtract the hit points. Technically, I didn't post that Nadir was dodging at the time but I also forgot that she had a haste action which she could have used for dodging. Perhaps, you accounted for that?
If the attack was already at disadvantage then Count will use his reaction to cast shield on himself instead and Nadir can AC boost herself.

Also losing consontration just means losing control of the elemental right? Maybe we could get it to go after the firetamer instead of us somehow

It's clearly an advantage to read the spell description! You're right. So we have a loose, angry earth elemental and - most likely - it doesn't really change anything for us. And it gets an attack of opportunity (at disadvantage) when Nadir left for the dragon and fire tamer.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Count drops to the ground as Sir Spitz vanishes right out from underneath him. Regaining him self he gets back up (and assuming that the firetamer is dead after thise attack) moves HM to the elemental as his BA and pounds on it with shield.

Dolrik and Rawrer are mightily injured. (6 hp left each). But both have weathered the lightning blast. Their blackened and crusty skin smoke with an acrid stench. Yet somehow Dolrik keeps concentrating on his spell and Rawrer dutifully stays by his side. A momentary regret crosses Dolrik’s mind as he thinks of the great disception that must have been used to coerce the noble bronze dragon into fighting for the evil keeper of this tortuous arena. No matter, release from this tribulation is swiftly approaching. He can feel it. He hears the roar of the eternal forges building in his mind. “Die honorably. Die protecting your mates” is his anchor, his foundation, his remaining motivation.
