Medic succeeds on his con save against the poisoned dart but he’s not feeling so great either as the dart punches through his armor into his chest.

Dolrik wonders what the medic is concentrating on. No matter, since we have no healing we need to remove that capability from our opponents.(Sorry my dude, not sure what it would be like being the only humanoid on your team, but you gotta go.)
DC 14 Wis Save for the medic or 7 necrotic damage. (Rolled in DDB, reflected in Game Log. FYI, since it didn’t target an already wounded enemy, it rolled a d8 instead of d12.)

The bat flies over, above the fire, and bites at Count. That’s an 11, misses.
The Geonid moves to in front of Nadir and swings it’s club at her. That’s a 15 to hit, missing.
The fume drake flies over, stopping above the geonid and releases its scalding breath at all four of you. I need a dc11 dex save or you’ll take 4 fire damage-half on a success. (Peregrin save and tempo from his last turn cause I forgot to roll it: 7
