Kiana follows Brade's example, setting up a bedroll and preparing to rest.
"Welp... shelter's for sleepin' in, I guess."

With Brade, Kiana, and Ali taking the quick opportunity to settle the matter the three are in their bedrolls almost before the other guards can approach the group. Colm, Kimo, and Kasimyr stare at the group taking up watch at the goblin door for just a moment before the one of the caravan guards approaches.
Brade suddenly gets up in a huff and moves his bedding laterally along the wall, away from the door about 20 feet. Then he will get two of the stone lids that cover the smaller peripheral coffins, one at a time, and prop them against the stone doors, his intent being that if the doors are opened then the lids will crash down as an alarm. Brade can be observed to be grumbling to himself all the while as he works on this little project, with those close enough to hear snippets such as “stabbed in the heart while I sleep” and “filthy little villains” etc.
If he’s successful in this venture he will then retire again to sleep.
I'll adjust the map later today (likely after 6 PM Central). Check your character sheets and make sure your hit points are correct if you've been eating good berries. Also, remember to mention whether you're sleeping in your armor or not. A guard or driver will sit with whoever is on watch, but they'll otherwise want their sleep too. The front doors are weighted to close but there is no lock.
Kiana noisily doffs her chainmail as she prepares for bed, saying to Colm, "Wake me up once you're done. I can take second watch."

I kind of put you away from the lights of two torches as kind of a rough what if on where you might be. I'll be looking in the logistics thread for if you choose to have more or fewer torches, and any moves or changes you'd like to make. I'm sending out Pms now, but we'll resolve them in order if / when things happen. If something happens before your watch then you'll obviously get a chance to change your watch behavior, etc.

Kiana, looking towards where the guard pointed and seeing the masses of reanimated bones, becomes just as fearful as the guard that notified her. "Shit, that's not good!" She uses her action to, with surely supernatural volume, alert the others. Her voice rings throughout the large room, with a force that would wake all but the deafest of the deaf.
"Wake up! Panic time!"
Then she uses her movement to walk away from the skeletons, reaching K16.

As the first of you begin to stir and react you dont immediately see what Kiana is yelling at. In the relative silence after her booming declaration though you can hear the stirring of old bones clacking and a strange unearthly moan of voices from the darkness beyond the light of your two lit torches. To the south the drivers are stirring, as confused as you but reacting to the skittish neighing of the horses, and struggling to keep control of them.
Finally, your eyes lock on to movement in the dim shadows on both sides.

Ali gives Brade some space, but sets up near the door to the goblin area as well

"What happened? What did you find?" she asks.

Colm nods agreement. “Aye. I Can take first watch, I don’t feel like I’ve been much use today.”
If I haven’t offended you, don’t worry. I’m sure I’ll get to you eventually.

“Will do.”

Fair warning, Brade sleeps in the buff.

Keeping in mind that everyone but the guard and Kiana are asleep I thought I'd go ahead and post a new map. Let's see what Kiana does.
Initiative: 12 + 2 = 14

It is your turn to act Kiana. What will you do?

Colm jerks awake. “What?”
If I haven’t offended you, don’t worry. I’m sure I’ll get to you eventually.
Brade leaps up, grabbing sword and shield, as was a habit ingrained in him.
