Kiana, seeing that the spell has worked, shifts from the defensive to the offensive. She offers a prayer to Amaril for all to hear, asking to keep that which has died dead. She casts toll the dead on the skeleton now nearest to her, on Q16. That'll be a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or 3 necrotic damage.

As the dismal sound of a bell echoes throughout the chamber a few bones fly off one of the most visible skeletons in the middle of the room. From the darkness other skeletons continue to rush toward you and each other in the center of the room though. In some places they are even attacking each other. Locked in an eternal battle they work to pry rib bones from their enemies or bash their opponent's heads in with makeshift thigh bone or bits of ruined weapons.
One of them veers off and heads toward Kiana claws stretched our greedily only to be tackled at the last moment by another skeleton. Together they bowl into the priest though, causing her to stumble back against the nearby sarcophagus.
There are now several skeletons within easy striking distance of all of you, but from the darkness the clattering of bones suggests even more may yet be fully formed. The guard who had been standing watch with Kiana slashes downward with her sword against the skeleton who attacked Kiana, but her rapier does minimal damage as the blade passes between its bony ribs. With a malevolent grin it turns to face her.
Brade, not sure of where the skeletons are in the darkness, will move towards Ali, back to the sarcophagus, and ready action to attack with long sword if any enemies come within range.
“Let’s back up into the center of the room,” he says to Ali in a low voice. “You first and then I’ll follow. Try to stay behind me.”

Colm comes to his feet with rapier drawn and moves over to Brade and Ali. “Wack em good, Brade.” (Bardic inspiration) and to the first skeleton he can see. “Get back in your coffin, you smelly son of a buck.” (Casting Vicious Mockery, DC13 Wis save or 3 psychic damage and disadvantage on it’s next attack.
one of the skeletons emerging from the darkness finds Ali's frozen ice under its feet, and struggles for a minute to keep from falling. Bending to one knee it regains its footing and continues on toward the center of the room, a malovent gleem in its eye. The spell gives Ali and Brade a chance to step closer to the rest of the group and Brade finally gets a chance to hack away at a nearby skeleton as it moves past him to attack a skeleton coming from the other side.
Colm shouts words of encouragement while denigrating the lifeless skeletons and Kimo ducks and darts to rejoin the group, taking shelter against the side of a sarcophagus as he channels a blast of eldritch energy into one ofy the skeletons, clasting it apart and sending bones spraying out across the room.
The other guard makes a mad dash toward your group, barely avoiding a skeleton in the process and the drivers mount step between the horses trying to keep them calm and direct their fury
And now the map. I believe we're back to Kiana. Im at work, so no chance to mark squares today. Mea culpa. Red Xs are dead skeletons, green bars show ones you've injured. Perception, Insight, and / or Medicine checks may be appropriate here
Kiana sees the masses of skeletons swarming the party and decides on a plan. "Carve a path to the goblin doors! We can hold them off better there!" Alongside this message, Kiana tolls the dead once more, although this time instead of a prayer to Amaril it is a short and panicked arcane incantation. Bells ring around the injured skeleton next to her, and they must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or take 3 damage.

Perhaps it was Kiana's lack of piety, but whatever the cause the skeleton seemed unmoved by the sorrowful toll of her magic bell. She pushed and jostled against her companions, looking for some sign they would follow her suggesting and make for the goblin door.
At the south end of the room one of the drivers took one last look at the throng of undead in the room and, grabbing both sets of harnesses, began leading the horses out through the door. The other driver, considering his options, maneuvered his horse and encouraged it to kick sending another skeleton flying backwards to clatter against a sarcophagus and fall into a pile.
The wind from Ali's magic is short and powerful as she tries to push the skeleton out of the way and make a way for the group to move toward the nearby doors. Unfortunately the wind ripples through the skeleton with no effect, and it continues its attacks against the other skeleton just inches away from Brade.
On the plus side the skeleton burned a nat 20 on that strength save. I'll leave you to decide if you believe in those sorts of things
Brade - your attack missed but you can use Colm's Bardic Inspiration to add 1d6 to your roll. The skeletons arent as armored or carrying shields, so with a little extra luck...
Are you all attempting to move toward the goblin door as suggested?
Skeletons dont show their emotions - if anything their boney visage is stuck in a perpetual grin - but the one in front of Colm seems visibly wounded by the suggestion he would soon be a dog treat. From that moment of crisis Colm unwittingly saved his own life, turning what would surely have been a throat throttling fight for his life into what amounted to something only slightly more than a flesh wound. (3 dmg)
Colms eyes go wide-not that anyone can see them in the dim light- and he curses softly.
If I haven’t offended you, don’t worry. I’m sure I’ll get to you eventually.
So to speed things up I used the encounter tool to preroll your initiatives.
Kiana
Ali
Brade
Colm
Kimo
Kasimyr
which ironically almost works out since we havent heard from Ali, Kimo, and Kasimyr.
If the skeletons attack you they'll do so in a kind of interspersed way, as before.

Ali doesn't have magic for this, she tries desperately just to keep the skeletons at bay with gust
