"What do you mean? Like somebody went out of their way to pulverize the skeletons?"

Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.

Brade will pick up some of the bone pieces and examine them up close.
“How can you tell that?”
"Look at the way many of them are splintered, it's not the dust of decay, but blunt force, not something you'd see if you were just to lay them down and leave them. And there are bits of metal mixed in, like the sparks that would fly off when weapons clash"
Kasymir pushed the heavy stone door open enough to look outside, holding on to an inset so that he could close it again when he was ready. The heavier pulverizing ice stones from earlier had tapered off, though even in the short time he watched he still saw a few he wouldnt want to hit him. A short distance away Ali took a moment to look at him as she helped the driver wrestle the last of the harness and tack from the horse. One of the guard's took the opportunity to approach him.
"Do..." she began, her nervousness obvious in her voice. "Do you think its safe to wait out the storm here?" Behind her the second guard, still holdering her arm strangely, looked past the first with a hopeful look on her face.
"Let's tuck in and get some rest. Then tomorrow we can explore the hole in the tower up the hill if people are still eager to see what's behind the door."
Ali leads the horses over while her spell is still in effect and asks if they can try kicking the lock off while she uses shape water to freeze water in and expand it between the latch and the bar
In the end the horses we're almost not necessary. A terrible cracking and popping could be heard from inside the lock of the door as Ali's druidic magic did its work. One swift kick though hastened the process, as a chunk of the lock popped out and some of the internal pieces slid out in a small cylinderical block of ice.
All that was left now was to decide whether to press on, or bed down for the night as the warrior had suggested.
"Well done! I'm not sure what trick you did just now, but it worked better than my dumb muscles."
"Well, we'd better see what's on the other side of these doors before it gets any later!"
Torch in hand, shield in the other, Brade will give a few moments for the others to prepare themselves and stand ready, then he'll shove one of the stone doors open and peer inside with the torch. (or if it pulls open instead then he'll awkwardly do so with the torch hand)
"Impressive. It seems our Horse Magician is a capable locksmith, as well. Welp, nowhere to go but through."
Kiana stands ready near the door, a couple paces behind Brade, ready to pass through once it is opened.

Colm stands a bit back, perfectly fine to let the others go through first. Not that he’s a coward, he’s just under no illusions about his tanking and melee combat skills.

If I haven’t offended you, don’t worry. I’m sure I’ll get to you eventually.
Ali pipes up for the first time since the effort with the door started.
"Anyone else notice that these bones seem to have seen battle post mortem?"

Kasymir will wander back to the door, and watch the storm. Waiting for the hail to let up so he can try the other entrance.

"I think a few of those ice chunks on the head, and what is behind the door or in the sarcophagus will be your last worry"
He pauses to think, "did anyone really search the two open? I mean year apart their insides? Knock about looking for treasure or a lever?"
