Lorsan exits the attic through the window without any further chicanery, trusting to the pile of boxes behind the door to slow down pursuit. He will follow the others to the edge of the building and descend once he is sure their path is clear both forward and behind.

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
Uril hoped the little evidence he had gathered from the roof was indicative of his companions' successful exit, but he couldn't be sure. So, for now, Uril kept his eye on the lone star-gazing guard and counted on a bit of luck. Maybe the guard will pass by and miss the others, maybe the others will notice the guard and delay their descent a bit, maybe the others were not quite ready yet, so there was little to worry about at this exact second.
Nonetheless, Uril continue looking at the guard from a distance, hoping he would not have to attempt something drastic to distract, or even silence, the lone guard. He really hoped so... who knows if the guard would end up silencing the scribe instead.
The guard seemed to have as hard a time as Uril figuring out if there is someone on the roof or not. He already passed the point where (by Uril calculations) everyone was supposed to descend when suddenly a loud metallic "clang" broke the silence of the night. Something round hit the cobbles, jumped up, fell back with another excruciatingly loud sound, and rolled toward the houses on the other side of the road.
There was no doubt, the sound was heard for hundred(s) yards around, the guard definitely did hear it and turned back to find the noise-makers.
(For the moment, the guard is alone. Early is the closest to the ground (can safely jump), next Robin and the last one Lorsan (who needs to roll Athletics/Acrobatics to see how successfully he is climbing))
Lorsan commences climbing down behind Robin, but freezes in place when the crown hits the pavement. He waits to see what the reaction is from the guards and how the others will respond...

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Can Uril tell what fell? Does he recognize his friends if he looks up?)
Something was happening. Soon, things would get much more complicated. Best try to contain the trouble while still possible... he hoped.
Uril approaches the guard and, assuming he is too distracted by the loud noises, the scribe grips his letter opener and sticks it into the back of the guard's lower leg. He tried to mimic the ruffian who had come for him earlier: "Tsk, tsk. Sneakin' 'round another player's turf, huh? What's your damn hustle, street rat?"
Uril then grabs the guards coin purse from his belt and makes a run for it, hoping the tactical, non-lethal stab would slow him down.
-> Letter Opener (with assumed advantage) vs. Snoopy Guard: Attack: 21 Damage: 7
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Unless he chases after the crown I would not think so. He saw the crown on display, of course, but has no reason to assume it was that crown. However, it's definitely something coming from the spot he was expecting his friends to come from.)
"Snoopy guard" is on the highest alert possible and Uril's approach was noted right away (not that Uril hide it somehow). So, no sudden free attacks, surprised rounds and advantages. Uril, however, made a good distraction out of himself and the guard stopped looking up.
Guard's initiative: 6
Beat it, and you get your attack (it hit without advantage).
Grabbing anything from the guard's belt would be the next round, obviously, and an action (with the Sleight of Hand check).
In response to either a threat or open violence, the guard will attack himself, adding a very loud shout "Over here!!!" as a nice complement to the crown's "bang".
The guard made a good confident thrust but Uril's armour deflected it and Uril himself was able to retaliate. Quite successfully too - the thin blade sunk deep between the armour plates, heavily wounding the museum security guy.
(If anyone plans to drop by into the fight, do so with the initiative roll. On the ground, the second round of combat begins. Once everyone indicates their reaction - joining or watching - we continue.)
Whoops. Welp, there goes that damned loud crown again. Robin grins innocently should any of her companions look her way. She had been willing to use it, but admittedly was hoping to ‘frisbee’ it at a threat, although it seemed to have decided ‘on its own’ to go rolling out on the town without her. At least she still had the egg!
Robin would look for the path of least resistance towards where they’re supposed to meet the doc. As fun as it would be to slap some silly guards around, she had a job to finish first. Then she could get a drink! The boys could be the ones to get handsy with him for now.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The wounded clutched his wound now fully understanding the severity of the assault, but did not run, maybe counting on the others to come to his aid. He did try to wave the armed robber away
Attack: 9 Damage: 3
but it looked more like an attempt to keep the weapon between him and Uril.
The noise behind, when the others one by one dropped from the statue, made him turn his head and yell once more "Over here! There are many of them!"
Hard to say if he registered Robin's retreat into the alley but he did not make any attempt to run after her, probably more concerned with the intents of two others.
Lorsan - Uril - Early!
(If I am not mistaken, neither Lorsan nor Early put on their armour or have weapons at hand? Correct me if I'm wrong)
Squishy Lorsan has no intention of getting into a fracas, but instead considers how he can minimise the danger. With one hand to maintain his position on the wall, and holding his magic crystal in the other, he cups his free hand to his mouth and begins shouting words. However the voice is identical to that of the guard below, and issues not from Lorsan's mouth but from the guard's location. Even Uril would be convinced that the guard himself was shouting the words if not for the fact that the guard's lips are clearly not moving.
Wait! Go back! They're heading for the front! Head them off at the street! There's too many of them! Go get help!
Minor Illusion to duplicate the guard's voice at the guard's location. Exactly which commands are spoken depends on the relative location of the guards and Lorsan's companions, but his intent is to dissuade the other guards from joining the combat and have them deploy elsewhere. If Lorsan needs to free both hands, he climbs back up to the top of the roof, hoping also from there to get a better view of the alley and where the other guards might be.

Uril did not like the guards call for help. He was also convinced the guard then kept talking some more, so the scribe then decided he simply didn't like the guard yelling. That said, Uril was no murderer, so he aimed his next attack away from vitals. Perhaps a crippling lower leg blow as he had originally intended.
-> Letter Opener (non-lethal) vs. Snoopy Guard: Attack: 23 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
The guard did indeed fall, whether from the new wound of pain shock, without even correcting the mighty sorcerering of Lorsan. Uril could run freely, accompanied by chaotic yells from above the body on the ground.
The additional contingent of the guard did not appear yet and is not really heard either but it is difficult to hear anything through the shouting. Judging by Robin's unhindered (so far) escape, the guards are not coming from that direction.
Would Lorsan and Early stay and wait for guards or join Uril and Robin in their run to the rendezvous point?
Is the guard looking up alone?
For the moment, he is. He is moving along the wall clearly searching for someone, looking around and up.
