Kazmojen regenerates for 10 and then yells at Zarkad to open the double doors, while making a gesture at his pet. He then grabs a Handaxe off of his belt and throws it at (1=Alben, 2=Rellahne, 3=Fellian) 2Rellahne Attack: 19 Damage: 6. The axe shatters her ward, but doesn't harm her. Kazmojen then takes an Action Surge to attack Oreus with his Dwarven Urgrosh Axe Head Attack: 16 Damage: 13, the axe head bounces off Oreus' armor. Then in a quick bonus action he jabs the spear tip of the Urgrosh at Oreus 25 Damage: 10, hitting Oreus with the tip for 10 points.
Rellahne is not one to contemplate staying in melee for too long, but she knows she still has her Ward and Mage Armor as protection in case it decides to attack her, so she stands her ground and doesn't move.
When you posted that, I had thought there was something wrong with it, but I didn't check it out. My mistake. If you didn't realize that your ward was gone and you want to move out of melee range with this in mind. Let me know and I will try to work with you. Keep in mind opportunity attack if you move though. I may have to redo the Howler's turn if you decide to move which will make things messy, but we can try.

The moment she's face-to-face with the howler and it approaches her is where her inexperience in combat really shows. She fails to avoid the creature's jaw as it approaches, and is caught not once but twice by its piercing teeth. She screams and pulls back after being bitten, holding her bloodied shoulder with the bite mark still apparent.
She's stunned, breathing heavily and shaking, almost paralyzed at that moment, her usual calm demeanor broken at that moment while she tries to ascertain her next move.
(Sorry, just wanted to add a bit of flavor for little noble lady's behavior towards getting physically hurt in a dangerous situation for the first time in her life. A little sheltered the poor one.)

Bolstered by his success, Fellian uses his second War Priest ability to shoot a second arrow at Kazmojen as a bonus action. Attack: 10 Damage: 6, but the arrow bounces off the black armor.
Ollie is up
Maple is dying to help her rescuers, but again decides to stay with Jenner and Sondor
Jenner is terrified of the battle, believing that he is going to be recaptured.
After Ollie goes, Rellahne and Oreus are up (Oreus post when you can. As this is the last battle of the chapter, I don't really want to assume what you would do.)
Rellahne is standing there, for a brief second looking directly into the howler's eyes. Fear winding up inside her, and then, the sound of a bow being fired. She watches directly as the arrow from her fellow half-elf ally pierces through the monster's head and drops it into an instant. The breath she was holding turns into a relieved sigh, and in the matter of a few seconds, she gets herself back on her senses.
She takes a check around on who may need some help, she tells Ollie to go pester the grappled hobgoblin captain giving help on the next attack. Rellahne herself simply prepares her spell and targets Kazmojen with Magic Missile.

Sondor is still grieving for her husband, and won't join the fight.
Alben is no longer frightened by the dead Howler and casts a Magic Missile, aiming all three darts at Kazmojen. For a total of 9 force damage.
Fario attacks Kazmojen with both his Longsword Attack: 23 Damage: 6 and his Shortsword Attack: 8 Damage: 10. (Both of those had advantage 🤔). However he was distracted by the grappling couple a few feet away and both sword swings miss.

Tyris drags the struggling Zarkad further away from the hobgoblins (move 15 feet to the right, dragging him with me), then marks him as his Slayer's Prey. Drawing a shortsword with his freehand, he strikes out at the foe in his other hand.
Then he moves north 10feet to be behind the pole (between pole and the orange circle 🟠 so I have some cover from the enemies if they ranged attack at me

Shadow fires off an arrow at Kazmojen, which hits and does a surprising amount of sneak attack damage. Shadow then takes cover behind the pillar.

Suddenly the Northeastern corner of the chamber is plunged into darkness. The darkness is centered right behind Shadow and encompasses the Giant Fire Beetle in the hanging cage above Shadow's head. Shadow, Tyris, Fellian, and Zarkad are within the sphere of darkness.

Maple, in still undecided whether or not to stay with her fellow rescued slaves, or go help her rescuers. She makes a decision (1=stay, 2=go) 1 to stay put for the time being.
Jeneer is thankful that Maple didn't abandon him, as the sounds of battle makes him even more terrified than he was before.
Rellahne calls on Ollie to go pester the front Hobgoblin giving her some help as she prepares and casts Ray of Frost against it.

(I haven't been able to find any rules that deal with moving through darkness. So I have decided that since you were trying to get to a certain point in the darkness, that moving to that point will be different terrain. You have enough movement to get there.)
