Guile and Aegnor both become invisible just before three humans enter the building.   The human in the silver torc casts a Daylight spell in the center of the room, filling the majority of te room with bright light leaving on a few corners in dim light.  The group them moves into the room looking about.  One of the red banded humans ask "Where are the prisoners and slaves?  This wasn't part of the plan!  We were suppose to make it look like that group of misfits was working with Agnir's rivals in order to make him look bad!"  

Behind that group you see a group that looks like Bridgette, Gema and Roj, but something is obviously off about their clothing and equipment, you are pretty sure these are not your friends.  Bridgette & Gema both cast Hold person (upcasted) on the group in front of them, freezing them in place.   Fake Bridgette's group then moves up and Fake Rog hammers away with a great club at the silver torc human, slaying him with 2 critical hits (melee on paralyzed opponents).  

Aegnor, it is now your turn, you are invisible and looks like the fake group is going to assassinate the humans that had set you up to take a fall.  What do you do?

Kumiko you have used your move action to sneak up behind the disguised group and are peeking through the door and see the fakes working over the held humans.  You also heard what the red banded human said and you have an action left to use just after Aegnor's turn.  What do you do?

Shadow is hidden behind a desk. Guile, you spot Arnel pressed against the wall while the Daylight spell was up.  Arnel is now invisible again.

Kumiko decides to stay hidden for now and see if she can telepathically communicate with either Guile or Aegnor whilst holding Mind Spike should she get spotted or a fight breaks out suddenly.

Inside her head: Hey! Guile! And the other guy! Whatever your name was! What's going on?! Why are Gema and Bridgette here I thought they were outside?! I need a better understanding of what's going on here!

Aegnor

Aegnor moves behind the pew full cover saying, "The rues is up and you better start running fast FAKE bridgette now revealed and FAKE GEMA.  Trying to make us take the fall for your dirty deeds won't work now will it."  Aegnor yells, "Guards come quickly we have imposters killing in disguise."

Aegnor continues to try and link and explain their situation once anyone is in range.

Guile hurls an ice knife at the fake Rog, and it explodes in a numbing cold for everyone within 5’.  He moves up the steps to the left just around the corner.

Fake Bridgette pulls a bead from its necklace and crushes it, disappearing.

Fake Gema touches Fake Rog and casts a spell, both disappear. (Guile will recognize the spell as Dimension Door.)

The two humans are now free from the Hold Person spells on them, but have lost their actions for this round.

Aegnor and Kitsune actions are next.

Everyone who is not involved in the Lizardman orgy, you have heard shouts of alarm being raised, you can roll initiative and start outside the hostel door 80 feet away from the temple's front door and act next turn (also cast a duration spell pre combat) 

IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no one in the back of the room where you heard all the movement outside your Darkvision range while you were talking to Arnel.  They surely would have been revealed by the Flaming Sphere (and been potentially burned by it rolling over them if they were invisible.)

(Mage armor is supposed to last 8 hours, & tongues is supposed to last 1 hour.  Are both still in effect?  She'll pause to cast Invisibility after her first dash)

The tongues is over but the Mage armor still has 5 hours.

Aegnor 

Beast speech, "Shadow stay.  Only attack the humans if attacked by them."

Aegnor peers over the pew and while he holds his Rod of Pact +1 and restores a 2nd level spell saying, "We have spared you for the moment.  You saw imposters kill you partner.  You tried to frame us for this slave escape only to be targeted to be killed by your bosses.  Stand with us now or you will end up like your partner."
