The creature looks badly batter and is bleeding from multiple wounds, like someone had went at it with pick axes & shovels.

Aegnors action after Vanja unless she Ready's her action for after Aegnor

ACTION: Cast Mind sliver, at the beast that just busted through the floor:  6  Save vs Int DC 17:  On fail must subtract 1d4 from next save.

Shadow’s pact tactics moves to attack the Beast:  21! Damage: 6   :Roll DC 13 STR or be knocked prone  The creature might have to subtract 1d4 from it save if it failed Aegnor's Mind Sliver.

The creature falls flat.

Ravager observes to see if it's dead or unconscious, or just knocked down by Shadow.

If knocked down, and it isn't in effect from a prior casting, she casts Mage Armor

Vanja grabs for her new tridents, throwing one then the other at the creature.

Attack. 1: 10 Damage: 9

Attack 2: 11 Damage: 8

If she hits with either of these, she will make it a Goading Attack, calling out "Yeah come on and get me!", adding 4 to the damage. It needs to roll a DC15 WIS save. On failure, the target has disadvantage on all attack rolls against targets other than Vanja until the end of Vanja's next turn

She then moves towards it, pulling out her vicious longsword.

Guile tries to recollect seeing such a creature in studying Malevolent Monstrosities of the Material - Nature 15

Guile tries to get a glimpse of the invasion force coming from a hole in the floor.  "I'll get the guards here and slow them down."  Guile casts Web (DC 16 Dex) over the creature and the hole it made.  He moves 30' towards to door and calls for the guards.

Aegnor says as the beast is being dealt with, "I can mold earth at will to help either bury or excavate the hole for our desired outcome.  It might be limited but it might be just the thing we need for the moment."

Ravager sees what Vanja is doing and tries a help action, to get the creature out of the hole so we can get the other creatures.

"Here boy!", she says, pulling a scrap of food from her pouch & throwing it toward Vanja.  "Go get it!"

She summons her pact weapon as a longsword as she waits.

Dex save: 16

The creature is restrained by the web.  Guile recognizes it from campfire stories as a bulette.

Vanja's 1st trident sinks deep into the already grievously injured creature, the second one bouncing off its dense hide with a resounding "Clang!".

Waiting on Aegnor's decision.

Ravager, are you sure you want to do a help action? You need to be within 5' of the creature to give Vanja an advantage to hit.  Do we have you make a dex save for the web? or do you do another action?

Aegnor seeing the creature nearly dead pulls Skelly and Shadow back to keep out of the web.

(OOC Ravager was trying to help with the goading, trying to coax the beast out of the tunnel.  If it requires getting into the web, she'll just make her comment & summon her weapon without actually making it a help action.)

The bullete keels over with one last pain gurgle partially blocking the hole it made.  You hear faint groaning of someone in pain from down below.   From outside you hear Arnel calling for the guards.  

Guile: What now, oh great leader?

Guile orders, “Grab the culprits, strip them of their belongings, and lock them up. I want the tunnel secured and our captive talking…”

ACTION: Cast Mold Earth, to help facilitate extricating the bullete and get access to the injured person below while making the area around the bullete safe to work around as much as he can.  He recasts as needed.

From the hole you hear, "Please! get me out before they come back!"

Down in the hole, among a 1/2 dozen dead miners of various races, you see a gnome with crushed legs reaching out towards you from the tunnel below. 

"I've got some rope.  I can climb down & get the lubber out."  Ravager secures her rope & climbs down
