Braxiel will look around, always looking for a puzzle to solve, and write down every name and symbol he sees on these buildings and he will try to see if there is a larger presence of one type of people group here.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
When the group left the Inn, Bryn suggested that they divide the coins between them for holding but agree to pool the money for anything needed by the group overall. This could help prevent losing it all to a skilled pickpocket. (60gp each)
At the tower, Bryn happily leaves his bow and rapier with the warforged and asks for a ticket or number in order to reclaim them. He keeps the visible dagger in its sheath at his belt unless asked to remove it, and the dagger in his boot will remain hidden.
He proceeds to wander about the reception area, striking up conversations with the gnome and anyone else in the area. "I've always appreciated the respect house Sivis has for the spoken and written word. I've heard some say that a gnome who bears the dragonmark of scribing can feel words as though they are living creatures. That must be an amazing thing!"He will investigate for information about maps or books about the ancient tunnels and city beneath Sharn. 15(it was a 19 before...)
The Sivis Enclave, tightly enclosed in Sivis Tower, has equally grand architecture and ornamentation, though motifs of writing and calligraphic engraving run through the decoration of the Sivis locations. The young gnome laughs proudly at Bryn's chat. "It's true, we are proud of our vocation" On the west wall, Bryn sees a huge and well-designed map of Sharn, which, however, doesn't show many details of the ancient city. On the opposite side a big map of the Dragon Towers.
District Type: Guildhall district Buildings: Dragonmarked house enclaves (12), trade guild halls (20), average lodging (20), average food (35), upscale trades (20), average trades (50), poor trades (15), upscale services (20), average services (35), poor services (13), average residences (120) First Impression: Wealthy and important-looking people parade through this district with escorts of sycophants and well-armed guards. The sigils of the dragonmarked houses are in abundant view. Social Class: Middle class Enclaves belonging to the thirteen dragonmarked houses can be found in this district. Of the thirteen, the most important in Sharn are House Tharashk, House Cannith, House Kundarak, House Sivis, and House Lyrandar. Those five families have the largest enclaves in Dragon Towers, as well as smaller outposts in the areas of the city where they do most of their business
Coltinar looks at the kiosks and rooms at the end of the hall and realizes that this organization seems like a Communication Station. He already saw some around the City. Rylia also recognizes it. She had been used it to send messages for her family sometimes.
As a center for international trade, communication is vitally important in Sharn, and House Sivis dominates this area, among other businesses, through its many message stations. In Sharn, there are dozens of them, the largest and most important being the one located in Sivis Tower.
Braxiel notices symbols of House Sivis and its Guilds, and of House Kundarah, and also that there are many Gnomes and Dwarfs working here.
House Sivis has many businesses in Eberron and House Kundarak is just one of the groups that employs Sivis scribes and accountants. Sivis mediators and barristers are in high demand in the courts of Sharn. The Notaries Guild handles services concerning all matters of writing. They create legal documents and authenticate letters of credit on behalf of House Kundarak. They give licenses to accountants, bookbinders, cartographers, scribes, translators, and similarly related professions. Smaller branches within the guild are specialize in each regard. Internally, House Sivis and its Guilds are a tricky and delicate battlefield and one that is difficult for outsiders to understand. House Kundarak is just one of the groups that employ many workers from The Speaker’s Guild of House Sivis, which specializes in swift communication, and they share Sivis Tower space between then.
Responding to R4G3, the young Gnome indicates that you should go to the 25th floor. "Take the elevator 5", she says. At the exit of the elevator, you see the sign: Notaries Guild In front of the door, another female Gnome is waiting. She welcomes and guides you toward the room of an elderly Gnome, sitting behind a large and beautiful wooden table, covered with many papers. "Hi, there! very good day! You should be the Lady Elaydren's friends. I've been waiting for you", he says as he stands up and takes a few seconds analyzing each of you in detail. "How can I help you?"
Back when they left Elaydren. Rylia agreed with Bryn that the pre-payment ought to be split up to carry but spent as a group.
Once with the Sivis Enclave, she can't help but simply look around the interior. She admires the all the decorations, the intricate details, and take time to just stand back and revel in the grand scale of everything. Hearing the young gnome's laughter, Rylia sees Bryn chatting with her and comes over to stand close beside him. "This is such a wonderous place, isn't it? Have you found anything interesting Bryn?" Soon though, the gnome is sending R4G3 towards the elevator and she nudges Bryn to follow. "Come on, we'd better stick with everyone else!" she says, quickly moving to follow the warforged herself.
She exits the elevator, seeing their likely destination, but she hangs back. It is R4G3 who is here to get papers after all. Rylia hangs back and lets the others do the talking here.
Arr leaves all his weapons, a rusty meat cleaver, a repurposed broken pipe and an oversized sledgehammer with nicks and dents that tell a long, grueling history of breaking through layers of concrete. Tensely, they nod to the gnome giving directions and with the party in tow, Arr begin their journey into the bureaucratic jungle. First stop, floor 25 with elevator five. Or isn’t it really already the fifth stop for their papers, he wonders on the way up.
“Good day to you, sir,” responds Arr to the gnome with their mouth remaining slightly ajar as they realizes how fast news had travelled. ‘How long would he have waited for us if we, by odd chance, had decided to shop before coming here or being hold up in the apartments,’ Arr ponders until they realize that the gnome still waits for them to state their business. “Uh, We need papers, ahem, documents. Documents that declare us citizen of Sharn. Can you help with that?” Asks Arr and hands over his letter.

Sorry, I'm beginning to enter a vacation period and while I will try to check-in at least daily, I cannot promise that I will always be able to do so. From September 1, I should be back to normal.
Brother Coltinar pause at the counter to the Weapons Warforge delaying intentionally to give Arr a chance to develop some social parameters for himself.
He looks on as both Paladin and Arr progress in this setting. Proud of them both.
He gives them both a pat on the shoulder and let's Arr know he is here for him too.
“We… we are unsure,” stammers Arr. “Some time ago, we, ahem, opened our eyes and saw junk. That’s the first thing, we remember,” they recount pensively. “Trash and bits and broken pieces everywhere around,” they add shaking their head. “At that time we doubted that we are but how could we not, contemplating the very question.” Explaining their beginning seems to infuse Arr with confidence as they continue lifting up their forearm for the gnome to have a good look at a plate at their wrist, “Then, we saw our arms and found this plate with a name, R4G3, and we figured if this is attached to us, it could be our name, it could be who we are.” Arr continues to think a short moment about the gnomes question and adds confused, “Who else could we be if we are not us?” But concludes, “We do not know who we are or who we once were. For as long as our memory serves, we always have been R4G3,” they glance to their companions, “as those here with us know.” Arr waits for the gnome’s reaction to their attempt to explain their identity.
