Skiirod is able to block the second attack with his shield of faith but the first attack (+ Sneak Attack) still hits him because the rogue rolled 22 to hit.
Skiirod attacks the rising orc but he spits into Skiirod's eyes and makes him miss.
Gendan, Elsara, Gym, Folki's turn.
Elsara, will you use AoO?
[Reminder: The party has 4 d4 die which they can roll with Hit, damage or skill checks and add the rolled number. These dice will be removed after 24hours (in game) or during Long Rest.]
(Elsara won't AoO. She does have a weapon to hand first off, but is not attempting to kill them.)
Elsara's Turn
Elsara goes into her calm mind, letting the movements of combat control her (bonus action: Bladesong) as she draws her scimitar(free action: use an object - draw a weapon) to face the orc. "You don't have to fight." She tells him, taking a dodge, her blade held in a defensive reverse grip. "If you're desperate and need help, just ask."
Even if he did wound me she thinks, it might just be like Mr. Evans and the others.
The Bronze Leaf has been around for about 2 years. They are localized in Wylan, Aros and Vandanore so people of other parts of Lun don't have to worry about them.
Gendan places a Hex on Bandit 1 (Bandit has disadvantage on Dex checks) and moves into position to pincer the bandit between herself and Gym. (Her path avoids provoking the rogue.) She then takes a swing at the bandit with her long sword.
(I know. I'm just making sure you guys don't forget)
Gendan's advantage roll: 20 (Pincering)
Gendan slashes the bandit's back with her long sword. The armor prevents the blade from cutting too deep but the curse of the warlock's hex causes the little cut to instantaneously fester.

Keeping the momentum from his block blow, Folki leaps up over the left side of the orc as he gets to his feet (20ft movement? So should be fine), landing behind him before he can turn. Folki twists round, cleaving at the orcs torso with his battleaxe.

The orc looks at Elsara and says, "We don't need help. The Bronze Leaf takes what they want. Nobody can stop us."
Potentially a history check to know who the Bronze leaf are (might be just a local thing, but you never know)
