Just as the building collapses into a big cloud of dust, Runt, Deva and Elsara are able to move Val out to safety. Val still needs medical attention though.
To ZulkRS: Still covered in curtains just at the woods edge, since he'd have to double back there anyhow in the event of needing to do just what he just did(aka run out to help))
Just as soon as the group were out of immediate danger by all appearances, Devarus gently placed Val down to administer help. His distracted by any ongoing crumbling sounds from the manor and winds up turning back only in time to see Runt beat him to the punch. "Glad to see you awake, Mr. Valwyrn. I believe this is yours." Devarus hands the druid back his staff before fully standing up and dusting himself off.
"Best we get a ways from this place and see to our new companion." He says in reference to the spawn before making his way over to where he left her in self-assurance the worse was behind them.

When the group gets back they see the curtains torn up and the Vampire Spawn is... well she's not gone. She is trying to run away using the cover of the trees. With how injured everyone is, do you dare go after her?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
It might not have been the most wise decision. But after all the effort put into knocking out(assuming it hadn't been pretending the whole time) and practically abandoning his fellows for the sake of the mission, Devarus was not having it that day. Valwyrn would yell, Runt might've charged after her, but he spared a precious few seconds to try and gauge if there was even a chance at all to put a couple of wallop arrows into the back of the spawn.
And if he somehow killed it at that point process, then... so be it. But regardless whether bow is drawn and shots fired/landed or not, Devarus grunted in pain as much as it was frustration before rushing after the spawn. "Hold or be destroyed, Vamp!" He barks after them once on the move.
Ignore the below if running after involves going fully into some kind of chase mechanics:
Action: Attack w/Longbow and Wallop Ammunition at Spawn. To Hit: 10 For: 2 of non-magical piercing damage. (or magical if wallop ammunition counts as it) To Hit: 17 For: 4 of non-magical piercing damage.
Each time hit the target has to make a Strength Save(DC 10) or fall prone.
Movement + Bonus Action(Fall Back): To rush after Spawn.

The Vampire spawn raises a middle finger to Val and keeps running. She is limited to where she can run because of she needs to keep in the shade of the thick canopies. She's going to get hit by sunlight if she steps out of it.
STR save (Only one hit): 16
One of the Walloping Ammo hits the spawn in the back but she keeps running still. The fact that the shot didn't bring her down means that her regeneration has healed quite a bit of her wounds.
Deva do you still go after her because it might be dangerous.
(To Zulk: Devarus' negative wisdom demands he pursue her. lol. So yea, he'll keep up the chase until becomes clear he can at least cut her off within the next half a minute or she gets away.)

( Can Val throw an arrow through the branches to open a hole in front of her? )
This is actually an idea I didn't think of. Yes you can do it. If you shoot holes around her you might be able to trap her from going anywhere. Of course you'll need help from Deva and Runt to make sure she doesn't outrun your hole-opening.
Val lets an arrow loose skyward. It flies over the vampire and with a loud crack, breaks through the thick canopy. A bright beam of sunlight emerges from the newly created hole and falls right in front of the Vampire Maid. The Vampire stumbles backward to avoid the sun. This considerably slows her down and lets Deva close in. Which may or may not be a good thing
Runt watches, waiting for Deva to give her a queue on how to proceed. She is pretty tired and is struggling to not just let the vamp go and take a long nap in the sun.

Vampire gets 1 hit off on Deva while all of you (Including Elsara because I'm botting her for now) where shooting the canopies: 8 Damage
Everyone begins throwing spells, shots and equipment at the canopies, breaking off more and more off it. The Vampire manages to get a claw hit on Deva while everyone was focused on trapping the maid. By the time the Vampire Maid realizes what's going on, the part successfully manage to create a ring of sunlight around the vampire maid, effectively trapping it in a cage that only affects it.
The Vampire Maid paces around in the remaining shadowy parts while its wounds heal due to the accelerated regeneration.
After all that action and running about Devarus needed a couple minutes to fully compose himself before settling on glaring at the Vampiress. He then levels his bow at her and states firmly, "There are three ways this going to go down, Mam. Two of which end in your immediate demise, so I would choose my next words carefully if I were you."
He pauses there to let his words sink in or give the others a chance to speak. "The first way is you tell us where your master and the noble we are after have gone two. If you speak the truth, we shall it make it quick. The second way is that you try to lie to us or remain silent. In which case-" Devarus looks up to the sky between the canopy. "Me and my fellows will take our time to recouperate a bit, before visiting upon you a torment that I'm sure will be must unpleasant for you until you talk, or we find your usefulness at an end and see to your slower demise." He explains as much.
But, if she asks what was the third option, Devarus allows himself a small grin before answering, "It's quite simple. You answer our questions AND give us a reason why we should leave you in this wretched state at all within the next hour, or we simply destroy you."

Val wakes up once again.
@Deva: One question: When you ran out to help Val, Runt and Elsara, where did you leave the Vampire Spawn?
Val coughs and fights to breath normally.
"I... cough... I hate that house... thanks" he says putting a hand in Runt's shoulder.

Val thanks Dev for his staff. He certainly can use it to help himself walking.
When he sees the vampire spawn awake and trying to run he yells as he limps towards her.
"Where do you think are you going? the sun is going to kill you. Don't be stupid and come back. We will cover you with the curtains.."
