Gawain, Hildr, and Crannocfeel the power of Silvanus' blessing course through them. Gallantbegins his illusion, making enough noise to easily be heard through the arrow slits on the east side of the tower.
As you open the door, you see two bandits peering through arrow slits on the east wall of the room. You can see scattered bottles of alcohol along the floor, most of which is covered by wooden splinters. A circular staircase runs up the left wall, and on the northeast end of the room is another staircase descending below. Behind the staircase stands a statue of a female robed figure, arms splayed out in offering.
((Your party was not very sneaky, but you tried and it was enough to beat the extremely low passive wisdom scores of the distracted bandits. ;) They will be Surprised for the first round))
Hildr rages (bonus action), crosses the room 30 feet to the bandit on the right, and attacks with her Viking sword: 10 + 4 (Bless) = 14, slashing 6 + 2 (rage damage) = 8
Recalling what the captured bandit had said about where the bandits kept their stirges, Gawainwill look over his shoulder to Iris. "You heard Hildr, we'll go handle the bloodsuckers. You do your magic, I'll do the stabbing."
He'll enter the tower and move upstairs as far as his movement will allow, taking the dodge in anticipation of the winged beasts stirring as he enters.
Irisgives Gawaina sharp nod, following him up the stairs as quickly as she can. If she's able to see the stirges she'll bring her magic to bear on them, hands weaving in the air as she casts Sleep once more.
Seeing Hildr go into her battle rage, Soren decides to pull the second visible (northern) bandit into melee with the massive barbarian as well. He follows in behind her, 30' south-southeast of the second bandit, and once more, a green, barbed vine extends from his free hand.
Action: Thorn Whip to hit (30' melee spell attack): 18 + 3 from Bless = 21 Damage: 1 magical piercing (ugh) Forced Movement: target is pulled 10' towards Crannoc (so not all the way to him, but towards and perhaps into melee with Hildr). No saving throw.
Bonus Action: Telekinetic Shove on same (second, northern) bandit - DC 15 STR Save or be pulled 5' further towards melee with Hildr.
Crannoc maintains concentration on Silvanus'blessing and keeps his small wooden shield up with his god's oaken sigil visible.
Glancing at the robed female statue, he tries to recall who it might be, or whether Nighthill or Escobert might have said something about her.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
While the bandits are distracted by Gallant'santics, they peer out of the arrow slits on the east side of the tower, staring at the bard with a look of confusion. They're completely oblivious as Hildropens the door to the tower, crossing the room with fury as she slices open a deep wound upon the back of her target.
The other bandit is just starting to look over when Crannocdarts in behind the barbarian, throwing out a thorny vine to pull him into melee. He stumbles across the descending stair case, unable to resist the telekinetic pull that follows.
Meanwhile, Gawain and Irissprint upstairs to find a group of 10 stirges perched atop the rubble of the partially collapsed second floor. The creatures begin to stir, but not before Iris finishes her spell, sending a sprinkle of sand flying through the air. 8 of the winged beasts fall into a deep slumber. Two others launch into the air, shooting across the air to spear into Gawain, nimbly dodging underneath the blade of his glaive.
Crannoc Though the statue seems to have an obvious religious theme, nothing specific comes to your mind. Whoever the statue depicts, they must either be long forgotten or quite obscure.
Gallant now sensing his party has made their move he will move his quick speed against the wall of the tower and y'all a word of inspiration to Gawain, "I hope you are killing something up there you brave fool!" He will then crouch down and use minor illusions to create a bush around him, hiding him.
Reeking of elk piss, the stench of which serves to infuriate her further (My gods, the humiliation I must endure in this sordid mercenary work!), Hildr swings at the wounded bandit. Immediately after, she presses back slightly against the bandit behind her, trying to step on one of his toes or heels in an effort to keep the bandit's attention focused on her and not on Crannoc.
Action: Attack with Viking sword: 7 + 4 (Bless) = 11, on a hit, 5 + 2 (Rage damage) = 7 piercing damage
Free interaction with an object (no significant movement involved): pressing against the rear bandit, DM permitting.
Note: "You gain advantage on STR checks and saving throws (not attacks) [and] resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, slashing damage."
