Moving to the base of the tree if Lokilia has not noticed them yet Magnus will call up to her, "Greetings Lokilia I am very relived to find you alive, the group and I were worried something had been done to you, but thankfully you are safe. We are in a bit of a hurry and need to get to town quickly, we can fill you in on what is going on as we walk...or looks like run now."
Magnus will help her down if she needs it but is pretty sure she is more than capable as she is the one who got up there in the first place.
Then he will turn to Normont, "Please do not take any offense but if you do not mind I can carry you on my back as we run, I should be able to carry you with out too many issues but if needs be I am sure others would offer to help as well."
[OOC: I can carry 150 lbs, my inventory is 71 lbs and Normont's currently is at 40 lbs, so depending on how much Normont weights, I should be able to carry him on my back without any hindrance, at least for the shortish run back to town, maybe, DM's call.]
As Magnus turns to speak with Normont there is suddenly a cacophony of noise from back toward the winery with bells being rung and people yelling at each other, a number of dogs begin to bark and bay.......
Lokilia is mildly surprised at seeing Magnus, but relieved as well. She starts to climb down from the tree, bits of bark still stuck to her clothes and a few small twigs and even a leaf caught up in her hair.
"Good to see you. You escaped? Did everyone?" She looks around to see if there are signs of the others.
"Oh, of course, you still have pursuit?" she asks as Magnus mentions being in a hurry and she hears the cacophony of noise. She's ready to hurry after the others.
Jasper has been quiet this whole way, there's clearly a lot on their mind. But when the Ashari druid comes down from the tree, Jasper cracks a smile. "Lokilia! Thank the gods you're alright. I don't think we're being followed -" They begin to say, but they're cut off by the clamor from the estate. "For the Lawbearer's sake... let's go, come on! Fizzlepeak, Quinn or I are more than capable of carrying you if you need it. Not that I doubt Magnus' strength, but we're better suited for that kind of thing. We need to get a move on!"
Hearing the bells ring out and the dogs start to bark, Normont replies to those offering to carry him.
"You'll get no argument from me, but I have an idea, hold on", he says quickly retrieving one of his tools from his belt. He looks around the group, and then approaches Quinn and moves to his left boot, "Hold still". He coats the boot in a fine misty spray. He then moves to Jasper and repeats the process.
"Hopefully that will confused the dogs. I made your two boots emit the odour of onions. Apologies it is quite potent", he says with a smile.
He then motions for Jasper to crouch down so he can jump on his back, wrapping his arms carefully around his neck so as not to strangle him. Once he is on he looks across to Lokilia, "Glad to see you are ok".
"Ok I am ready. Quinn and Jasper, best stay to the rear of the group as we run, so the smells can have most effect".
(OOC: Magical Tinkering twice to continuously emit an odour perceivable up to 10 feet away. More than enough to mask our scent I hope. Hoping the dogs will be put off by the smell of onions).
( So which direction are we going? From your current location the Winery is SW, vineyards are W, S, SE, Woods are E, NE, NW, N. Drynna is somewhere to the SE approx.)
(OOC: I suggest a straight line to Drynna, at top speed, and once we reach the town, warp factor Urchin to go through Drynna to Watch Repair or wherever they hang out. Even though the Ocicis have released the kraken, if we get a good head start it is hard to imagine them not giving up when we reach town.
I’m willing to suffer HP damage, if necessary, from serious stitches from running the 3 miles (I presume) to town at a good clip. :)
Lokilia would give a quick nod to Dev. "Straight on to Drynna. I'd have tired that earlier but needed some rest. Are you sure you all can make it?" She doesn't waste any time but does give Dev a smile when he hears him speak up. She seems very relieved to see him amongst those who escaped.

Dev’s face brightens at Lokilia’s smile, and he smiles back ingeniously.
”I’m glad you’re okay,” he says.
Lokilia has seen it before, but the others may be surprised at how handsome the lad is when he’s not hiding under his hood. But it’s a passing moment, succeeded by a wave of panic. How was he going to make it to Drynna — at a run — with so little sleep that every step already had to be made deliberately.
The tiefling, almost despite himself, sets his jaw. Things to worry about later. For now, a deep breath and a determined first step, then another step, each one longer and springier than the last.
Normont waves Quinn away as he tries to pick him up, "No offence Quinn, but I would rather stick with Jasper. It's a little high up on your shoulders for me".
With that he reaches again into his tool pouch at his belt, retrieving a little disc which he touches to Jasper's neck. As he does Jasper receives a tiny static shock, hardly noticeable but which has the effect of heightening his focus. He will repeat this every so often as Jasper runs.
"Just a little pick me up", he whispers as he does it for the first time.
(OOC: Normont will provide guidance to Jasper during the run)
The group sets off at pace through the woods stopping occasionally to check the sun and adjust their direction of travel.
Occasionally tending too northward they found a stream that ran through the woods and figured it must be a tributary of the Mooren River Run.
Travel through the woods was not quite as straightforward as on the road and they didn't make as good a time as they hoped, on the positive side they heard few sounds of pursuit in their flight.
( Can someone make a Survival check, another make a Perception check and both just roll a single d20 as well. Guidance can be added to the checks.)
[OOC: Hey Normont can you roll a perception check for us and then Lokilia can you roll our Survival check, both with guidance please as you both have the highest scores in those of the group.]
As the group pauses briefly by the water, Magnus will again cast prestidigitation on the ground behind them hoping to erase what tracks they are leaving behind and possibly heading anyone following them to cross the stream.
Jasper shivers a bit from the spell being cast on them. "Huh... interesting. Feel's like my senses got a bit sharper. Thanks, Fizzlepeak. Now, up you go,"Jasper says before clasping Normont's hand and lifting him onto their back. "Let's move!"
Jasper breathes hard as they all make it to the stream. "This looks like... the Mooren River Run... did we go northeast instead of southeast? Damn..."
"Don't be too disheartened Jasper, I know it wasn't what we planned, but it will surely have helped keep them off our trail. We just have to hope we have moved quickly enough", Normont responds to Jasper.
"Are you still ok carrying me? You are breathing harder now", he whispers.
Noting the tributary the group makes excellent time and with guidance from the more rural aspected members they manage to avoid both a large boar owlbear drinking from the stream and as they cut swiftly southward and exit the forest to cross the expansive pastures a rather unfriendly herd of plainscattle seem content to just scowl at them as they pass.
Without rest they run on through barley fields and past outlying farms until they are back in the town once more.....looking south across the farmland they are unable to clearly make out any traffic on the Parchwood Way to the Turst Fields.
( The companions are currently just within the populated centre of Drynna. Next move.)
Normont jumps down from Jasper's back as they enter the outskirts of the town, and wanders over to Tyler.
"Right, the address of the warehouse please", he requests of Tyler.
He looks to Dev and the others, "Perhaps if it is on the way to the Watch house, we can at least go past and make sure no-one is there removing the evidence? Or we can split up if it is not on the way".

Magnus agrees, "Yes straight to town is probably the best bet and I might be bale to throw off our scent as well."
Magnus will try and cast prestidigitation and removes an of their tracks in the area and that of the dwarves as well.
Quinn will pick the little Normont up and easily plop him on his shoulder
