Droop looks confused, "No master! Told to find dwarf and map. Get rid of nasty adventurers. Not told to find cave. Please don't hurt me, I will do better next time!"
Rindelk conjures his eagle familiar, grabs a hold of Katerielle's shoulder and watches through the eagle's eyes as it scouts the northern hallway, verbally describing what he sees to the others. (See roll20).
The eagle flies near the ceiling of the corridor and reaches the intersection. To the left, the cave ends where it seems the miners decided it wasn't worth going any further. Along the end of this wall, a large amorphous blob stirs at the passing of the familiar.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Katerielle thinks about letting the blob follow them. She wonders how fast blobs, oozes and puddings move. She also tries to figure out what the blob actually is based on the description.

(Forgot to add Katerielle's +2 bonus. That should have been a 19)
There are many kinds of oozes, and without getting a proper first hand look, too hard to guess which one these would be. Katerielle does know that they do not move particularly fast. However, they can move through the smallest of gaps and some can dissolve metals with their acidic nature.
Katerielle whispers "Left 30 feet branches. Straight is a big cavern many openings."

I ask Droop if he has any input. His people were looking for this cave. Does he have anything he can give us as to what else might be here...

Do you think the blob will be an issue if we leave it?

(Are you asking the DM? Only one way to find out...)
Have Kled go east to the next intersection.
Katerielle will wait for Rindelks familiar to do its thing, listening to Rindelks report.

The blob will hunt us if we leave it. With any luck, it will come up behind us while we are fighting something strong...

Have kled keep moving east.
"Take them out one at a time then?"
Elila moves toward the first ooze and from a distance flings her torch at it.
11 not sure what if any damage it would do but hoping the fire will do something.

Klednir (Rindelk's familiar) continues East (see Roll20).
Elila throws her torch but only succeeds to obtain the attention of the ooze, which turns from it's pursuit of Rindelk's eagle and approaches.
Initiative:
(Katerielle, Leek and Elila act before the ooze)
Katerielle sets the lantern down freeing a hand. She then casts Barkskin on herself.

I will sling the ooze. (Need to get offensive cantrips... grr..)
Attack: 8 Damage: 5
Since her sword and shield are already ready already, Elila will attack.
Attack: 10 Damage: 8

Katerielle casts Barkskin on herself.
Leek moves (to F15) behind Elila and slings the ooze, hitting it. The ooze quivers as the rock disappears.
Elila steps forward (to F12) towards the Ooze and slashes it. The ooze makes a squelching sound as it splits along the cut into two smaller creatures.
The oozes attack Elila...
Ooze 1 Pseudopod Attack: 10 Damage: 14
Ooze 2 Pseudopod Attack: 14 Damage: 12
... who manages to dodge the first attack, but is struck by the second. (Taking 11 bludgeoning an 5 acid damage)
(Rindelk and Kitryn next)
Kit pulls her rapier in one hand and her diamond in another and (finally!) uses her chromatic orb spell (fire)
Atk: 15 for 12 fire dmg
I disconnect from Kled and I bring forth a flaming sphere and send it into the enemy(right one)
