vidruth quietly and quickly moves along, trying to enter the room with glasstaff, hoping invisibility will give him an opportunity to harm the stronger mage, or better yet, divest him of his staff. which vidruth suspects to be magical, first though he whispers to sister garaele "passing by, dont worry im on your side"
action: hide (with invisibility people can tell where you are from sound etc, but you can hide without cover and have adv on stealth iirc) stealth check: 12 (with or without advantage, the first roll was better)
move: im not sure if i can move past sister garaele or not, if i can then ill cross the bridge and try to enter the room with glasstaff, if not i guess i climb down the crevasse, then back up

Nosam hurries towards Berry's position (J11/12?) realizing Marten may need some assistance sooner rather than later. He also tries to get a better look and idea about Chrissie. "Headed toward ya Mister Berry!"
Movement- Dash (50ft) up and around crossing the bridge toward Berry. ending as close as possible to J11/12.

Round 16 Results
Berry: dash to Marten, give healing potion. "Marten's in trouble!" he shouts out. "Would you would follow me?" he asks in Crissie's direction.
Vidruth: cross the bridge and try to enter the room with glasstaff / stealth check: 12
Nosam: Dash (50ft) ending as close as possible to J11/12
Marten: death save 2
Berry runs to Marten’s side, and is able to administer a potion of cure wounds. Marten heals 7 HP.
Vidruth is able to jump onto the wooden bridge, cross it, then move into the north chamber. When he passes Sildar, the bodyguard hears him and shouts, “What new spell is this??,” and shield slams the spot Vidruth had just walked through. Vidruth discovers that the north chamber is now unoccupied. A door is open in the northeast corner. Peeking around the corner, he finds a short corridor ending in an open door. Beyond it, he sees two sarcophagi, with old rusty-armored skeletons lying upon them, motionless. Immediately next to Vidruth is also an open door leading into what appears to be an armory room. A few spears, crossbows, and shortswords in racks against the walls. There is no sign of Glasstaff.
Redbrands
(Sound of DM rolling dice)
Sildar moves up behind Vidruth, maintaining a defensive stance. “It is unwise to rush into an enemy’s lair,” he says, peering down the corridor with narrowed eyes.
Sister Garaele now moves to Daphyra, clicking her tongue. Nosam hears her uttering a similarly prayer as she did a moment ago over Kiselina.
"Marten's in trouble!" Berry shouts out. "Would you would follow me?" he asks in Crissie's direction.
Crissie does not know who Marten is, but remembers Berry from the previous night outside the town hall. She moves north and across the bridge, but her eyes are on Sildar and especially Sister Garaele, Nosam notices.
Berry sighs with relief when Marten hastily consumes the potion, "Don't die on me. I've seen Daphyra in the other room, looks like she's gone. Nosam is behind us but I've got no notion where Vidruth and Kiselina are. I fear for the worst," he admits to Marten while he steps over him towards the door. With force he tries to open it shoulder first and steps into the next chamber prepared to dodge incoming attacks.

With force he tries to open it shoulder first and steps into the next chamber prepared to dodge incoming attacks.
Berry finds that the door is blocked. Please roll a STR check to use your action to open the door (and not dodge).
I forgot to mention: Vidruth’s feet are now visible, up to the ankle. Sildar is sighting farther down the corridor and hasn’t noticed them, and yes, he was talking to himself.
Unable to simply open the door, Berry shots a glance to Marten and says, "Get a shot ready, I'll try to use force." Then, he prepares himself to propel his body towards the door in an effort to break it open as soon as Marten signals that he's ready.
New Action: ready action to force door, trigger is when Marten gives his ok (like a nod), e.g., if he follows Berry's instruction and readies a shot himself, or does whatever he sees fit, before nodding to Berry.
skill check in spoiler so that Marten can decide before knowing how good or bad Berry's attempt is:
Marten lay dying -- again! -- realizing that he recognized one of those Redbrands. The same one who led escaped earlier and led a band of Redbrands to surround Marten in the treasure chamber. Then he sees a small shape flutter into his fading vision and feels something being poured down his throat. As Marten swallows, he feels a warn sensation radiating out from his core, and he feels life return to limbs. Marten blinks up at Berry. "Thank ye, Berry," he grunts, grabbing his bow and scrambling up.
Marten doesn't know whether the Redbrands have blockaded the door or whether there will be another onslaught as soon as Berry opens it, but if Berry wants to risk it, Marten will back him up. He swaps places with Berry, draws an arrow, and then crouches down to hide behind Berry. He readies an attack to fire on any Redbrand, Bugbear, or wizard who becomes visible once Berry opens the door. Targets (in order of priority) any foe with a melee weapon within 5' of Berry, the wizard, and then any Redbrand or bugbear that Marten can see farther into the room.
Marten gives Berry a nod.
(OOC: If there's a Redbrand on the other side of the door, I'm not sure whether it makes sense for Marten to take his bonus action to hide before readying an attack. The Redbrand wouldn't have line of sight, but I don't know whether Marten can combine advantage from hiding with a readied attack once the door opens.)
Movement: 10' of movement to swap to pass Berry and move to P16 Bonus Action: Cunning Action, Hide - Stealth27 (if possible) Action: ready attack on an opponent (as described above) Attack, Shortbow (80/320): 14 Damage: 8 + sneak attack damage (if applicable) 1 If Marten had advantage: second attack roll [roll]1d20+5[roll] and sneak attack damage definitely applies if he hit his target Free Action: Talking, drawing an arrow
Action: ready attack on an opponent (as described above) Attack, Shortbow (80/320): 14 Damage: 8 + sneak attack damage (if applicable) 1 If Marten had advantage: second attack roll 18 and sneak attack damage definitely applies if he hit his target
vidruth heads south, and tries to open the door there, continuing to stealthily move on, hoping to meet back up with the others through another route, as he moves he keeps an eye out for anything useful
(stealth check 17 (with or without adv))

Vidruth: move to n5, but after that it would depend what he saw in the room, assuming nothing either dangerous or interesting he would move to O7 (Stealth 17)
Berry flings himself against the door, but it only budges an inch and remains, effectively, closed. It seems something was moved in front of it.
Marten’s bow creaks, arrow notched, but his readied attack is not triggered.
Vidruth creeps quickly into the room with the sarcophagi. As he walks, the invisibility seems to wear off. By the end of 30’ of movement, he is completely visible except for his right thigh. Sildar, still peering around the corner, grunts, and clues the half-orc into his changed condition “Vidruth!,” he hisses, “Take care!”
But having entered the chamber, Vidruth has set off a necromantic trigger. The three previously motionless, rusty-armored skeletons lying upon the sarcophagi, as one, turn their eyeless heads to look directly at Vidruth!
Vidruth sees an open door in the south corner of the room, and a closed door in the northeast corner of the room. He has not taken his action yet this turn (and I shifted him just a bit from the nearest sarcophagus to avoid the question of AoO. We'll say Vidruth had a gut feeling not to get too close). Does Vidruth wish to dash, or otherwise respond to the presence of new enemies?

Sighting in the other direction, Vidruth sees a wide corridor stretching eastward thirty or forty feet, with another hallway branching off of it in the southeast corner.
Vidruth then hears Sildar’s voice raised in alarm in the distance, but can’t make out the words due to the rattling.
Likewise, Marten and Berry hear shouting on the other side of their door, but can’t make it out over the sound of Berry’s slamming against the door.
"Mister Berry, you want to try slamming into it together?"Nosam squares up with the door and does his best to push. Looking at Marten Nosam jokingly tells them. "if this flings open I hope you'll be shootin' something or someone, just not the back of my head."
“Right. Let’s try it together,” Berry agrees, “but let’s wait for Marten to get ready. If we tumble into crossbow fire at least, one of us can cover us some.”

“Right. Let’s try it together,” Berry agrees, “but let’s wait for Marten to get ready. If we tumble into crossbow fire at least, one of us can cover us some.”
Nosam indicated that he was readying an action until Berry’s help action. Berry can’t also ready his action pending Marten’s action. In that case, the door would still be closed when Marten's turn arrives. You don’ want to set a circle of triggers resulting in no one doing anything this turn. So Marten’s turn will occur after Nosam and Berry’s combined STR/Athletics roll with advantage.
Note also:
Nosam and Berry are squeezed together in the same space as they work together to force open the door.
Squeezed: While squeezing through a space, a creature must spend 1 extra foot for every foot it moves there, and it has disadvantage on attack rolls and Dexterity saving throws. Attack rolls against the creature have advantage while it's in the smaller space. This is part of the 5e System Reference Document.
After the action, one of them (Nosam or Berry) will automatically have to leave the space. You cannot end the turn occupying the same space. Since Nosam is readying his action based on Berry's action, Berry is the one who can still move on his turn.
Nosam, with Berry’s help, is able to shove the door partially open. There is something heavy on the other side which is now jammed and can’t move farther. The door allows one creature to move through and only a very limited sightline into the room. You now see this:
Berry must move. Where to? Marten, please hold until that is resolved.
