Nosam sits up after the tumble below and gets back to his feet. As he positions himself near Vidruth and Berry he reequips his weapon and shield and watches those above. He is hit with a sadness he wasn't expecting; he tried to be heroic and get Kiselina's body into the crevasse. Reality sets in and the realization washes over him. He failed them, he failed the team, his friends, and it appears it cost them their life.
Marten moves to Sildar’s side and there notes that the fighter has covered his right hand in a heavy leather glove. But it still hangs limp. He is turned so that his shield side faces Glasstaff, hiding the injured hand from view. Bluffing!
Marten also notices in the hallway behind Sildar, a pair of liquid blue eyes under a tall, tasseled priestess of Tymora’s miter which peek out from behind another person’s form, pressed against the west wall of the tunnel, of a very rotund woman with a crossbow. She notes Marten’s glance and holds one finger to her lips.
Moving to the edge of the crevasse, Sildar eye catches Vidruth’s, Berry’s and Nosam’s. With a subtle movement of his chin, he seems to signal to them to come to move behind him as the wizard called Glasstaff answers him.
“Sildar Hallwinter. I knew it would not be long before our next meeting. Not what you expected, hmmm? Well, do not be too disappointed, my old…friend…” a word he pitches with deep malice, “for the Gauntlet does little but choke the lifeblood from its servants while expecting us to live like church mice and worse.”
“I see you’ve done well for yourself here, on the contrary,” Sildar retorts icily.
“Better than before!,” Glasstaff shouts. “Now where were we? Oh yes. Take them!,” he commands, and the Redbrands, having awaited orders in some confusion, now snap to attention.
(OOC: This dialogue allows all PCs one non-violent action & movement round, but you may not leave the room, cast a spell, or otherwise disrupt the speakers.)
Berry only catches a glimpse of Sildar but it appears that he wants them to leave. That seems like a good plan, there's too much of those redbrands here, they wouldn't stand a chance against them. Berry's eye caught a shimmer, a reflection, in the chest that Vidruth unearthed. He quickly grabs the blade that he spots and the scroll and the potions, unless Vidruth takes them. In the case of the latter he equips his, or a, shield that might be laying around. Then he makes it slowly towards Sildar moving most of the way at the bottom of the crevasse (I14). There he prepares to be perforated by bolts or sliced into little ribbons by some arcane spell.

Seeing Sildar's gesture, Marten sneaks from the hallway toward Sildar. He stoops near R1's body to scavenge a weapon*. While he's there, Marten whispers loudly to Sildar, "D'you wan' me t' lead us out o' here through the tunnel south?" Then he creeps back toward the tunnel (to the south) to make room for the others to climb up out of the crevasse. He finally finds a spot near the priestess of Tymora to hide from the Redbrands and Glasstaff.
* Weapon: if R1 carried a light crossbow, Marten will take that. Otherwise, he'll pick up one of R1's short swords: Marten had to drop the one he was using earlier in the fight (post #1013).

Marten feels that the disaster earlier was caused by the party getting too spread out and permitting opponents to attack them from every direction. He hopes that they can hold off the attack long enough for everyone to make an orderly retreat toward the southern end of the chamber. They might be able to hold off the assault from there as long as they can prevent the enemies from swarming down both sides of the chamber, and if not, they could always flee together through the tunnel back to the woods around the manor.
When their opponents spring into action, Marten drops the weapon he scavenged from R1 and draws an arrow. He pops out from hiding and, seeing that Vidruth is farthest in front with a bugbear standing nearby, fires an arrow at the bugbear (B2). He calls out, "Vidruth, are y' fey? Fall back behind Nosam! Berry?! We got Redbrands creeping along on the right," before he ducks back into the southern hallway to hide from the enemies, especially the wizard.

Berry has no intentions to get captured, he’d rather flee. He feels that there are too many of them to fight, even with backup. Even Sildar appears to think so. However, his pride doesn’t let him run out first and he decides to remain in the crevasse near the exit of the secret tunnel that’s obviously no secret no more. He attempts to snuff out the nearest torch or lantern with druidcraft in the hopes to create pockets of darkness in the crevasse in which he can hide from bolts, arrows or magic. He moves into some place dark in the crevasse and remains silent, but a little bit on the higher side, so that he remains in darkness (if possible) but is able to see at least partly into the chamber.
vidruth raises his hands nonthreateningly, but remains alert for any attacks, he is willing to be captured, but not killed (dodge action) "marten" he warns "that was the wrong decision. get out while you can"

Marten moves up to loose an arrow through Sildar and Vidruth at Bugbear 2. Due to his sharpshooter feat, he is able to avoid the cover they create. The bugbear had lost track of Marten, and the arrow flies true, thumping into the bugbear’s shoulder. It roars in pain.
Berry uses druidcraft to douse the nearest lamp. I have added a token showing where there is now darkness.
Vidruth, the closest intruder to the bugbear that was just struck by an arrow and is now screaming, puts up his hands in surrender.
Nosam dodges.
Bugbear 2, hoping to smash whoever just shot it, succeeds in grabbing Vidruth’s hand and shoving the wizard out of the way and onto the bridge. The bugbear moves forward to stand in front of Nosam. “MOVE!,” it growls at the dwarf.
Redbrands 6 & 15 climb down into the crevasse, then quickly up the other side, drawing their weapons. “The man said, weapons down! You too!,” they yell at Sildar.
Redbrand 10 moves to Vidruth, ready to grab him next turn.
The other Redbrands move closer to grab intruders next turn.
“Not so fast!,” Sildar yells. “You will not take my friends captive. You will submit to judgment for your evil and selfish acts, Iarno!”
Sildar moves up to Redbrand 6 – previously wounded by Kiselina and Vidruth – and smashes him with his shield, sending the ruffian flying into the crevasse, arms flailing. Twenty feet below, his head clunks against a rock and he is knocked unconscious.
Crissie, the obese woman with the crossbow, now steps forward past Marten, yelling, “for Phandalin!!,” and fires at the Redbrand accosting Vidruth. The bolt ricochets off his helmet and he fights for his balance on the wooden bridge. Crissie then moves aside to reload.
Glasstaff now utters an arcane word and splays his hand in a commanding gesture, and a pulsating sheathe blinks into being around him. To look through it is as if looking through sculpted glass rendering the wizard blurry, a harder target. Vidruth recognizes the spell as Mage Armor.
“It is you and your friends who will be judged today, Sildar.”
Berry, very pleased with the results of his idea, finds himself in darkness smirking. Carefully he climbs out of the crevasse towards the redbrand that’s just barely visible against the light from the next lantern (J12). He takes his whip and lashes out at the thug (R14).Then he withdraws further into the darkness (K13).

Nosam tries to position himself so that his back is not completely turned to an enemy, but his main focus is on B2 for now. He swings his hammer at the bugbear and immediately returns to his defensive position bracing for the worst.
Movement: None
Action: Attack on B2, Hit- 22 (17+5) Damage- 8 (5+3)
Berry’s whip slashes Redbrand 14 for 5HP. “Whatzuhuh??,” he shouts, having a hard time focusing on where the attack came from.
Marten’s arrow slaps the wall behind Redbrand 10, but by the time the ruffian turns to put eyes on who fired the shot, Marten has sunk back into the protection of the tunnel entrance. (I assume Marten is meant to move in the opposite direction you posted. To H14, then back to H16?)
Vidruth runs down the north stairs, at the base of which are two doors, both open. He sees the creature through the one on the right, in some kind of laboratory and the half-orc asks his question.
Nosam strikes at the wounded bugbear, cracking its left armored bracer. The creature’s left wrist now hangs limp and swollen.
Bugbear 2 exchanges blows with Nosam (3+4=7) but only manages to strike the stone floor in front of the dwarf with its morning star, throwing sparks.
Redbrand 10 runs after Vidruth and attempts to grapple him. He rolls a nat 1 and trips on the stairs, rolls down, THUMP, THUMP, and ends prone on the bottom step. Maybe he was day-drinking too.
At that moment, the one-eyed creature replies to Vidruth. “You wish to speak?,” it says while holding a vial of some mysterious substance in front of its eye and not looking at Vidruth or the clumsy ruffian. “This is not a good day for me. I am busy. Come back in an hour.”
Redbrand 14, sorely wounded, turns and flees. “He got me, I’m dying I’m dying!,” he yells, running to the southern passage.
Redbrand 9 runs through the dim light at Berry and strikes at the diminutive barbarian with his short sword. He rolls a Nat 1 on his first attack, and I’m going to say in the dim light, his sword hits a rock outcropping, and it drops. He spends the rest of his turn recovering his weapon.
Redbrand 8 and 12 have a crossbows. They peeks around the column to find Marten, but can’t locate the rogue, so instead they fire at Sildar. One bolt misses, but the second bolt ricochets off the bodyguard’s helmet, whipping his head sideways. He merely grunts and shakes it off.
Redbrand 11 moves to help the bugbear fight Nosam, but can’t reach the dwarf yet.
Sildar moves up to Redbrand 15 – swaying drunkenly in front of him – and again, smashes him with his shield, sending the ruffian flying into the crevasse, arms flailing. Twenty feet below, his head clunks against the head of Redbrand 6, and he lands prone and groans, “Whooooo–OWWW!! WhatheflockdjadoTHAfer???!!”
Crissie now side-steps, yelling angrily, and releases a bolt at Glasstaff. It seems to strike him, but the prism effect of his mage armor fools the eyes. The bolt passes through and snaps against the rear wall of the chamber. Crissie then steps out of sight and reloads again. “I think I got ‘im!,” she whispers across to Marten.
Glasstaff now raises his staff and intones a magical phrase: “Misil magico!!" Three bolts of force careen against the cavern walls and ceiling, rebounding like bats fluttering through the air with Sildar in their direct path. All three battering bolts strike him, and he is thrown backwards off his feet. He quickly rolls up and finds his footing again, wiping a dribble of blood from his lip.
“Where is your sword, Sildar? Or are you just going to flap your way to me with that round wing of yours?”
“That’s the idea, Iarno.”
“Be warned, I am not so easily unbalanced.”
“You’re already unbalanced...”
Meanwhile, Sister Garaele hides in an alcove in the tunnel wall behind Marten, her liquid blue eyes glowing.
“Tymora, give him a better chance than this…,” she intones, and Marten heals 10HP.
You are now situated like so:

Feeling restored by the healing spell, Marten grunts, "Bless ye, Mistress." With the party better positioned, Marten is worried that the wizard's magic arrows may become the biggest problem in the fight. He draws an arrow, steps quickly out of the tunnel, and takes a shot at Glasstaff. After he fires the arrow, Marten quickly scampers to a new hiding spot. Since Nosam is holding back the bugbear by the bridge, Marten ventures out to hide behind the pillar, near Crissie and R1's body. His priority is still to stay out Glasstaff's sight and hopefully remain hidden from most of the Redbands, too.

Berry stands his ground against the redbrand and lashes out with his whip again. Should he manage to incapacitate him, he retreats into the corridor south of him to stay clear from crossbow fire.
The bugbear attempted a swing at Nosam but it was clearly not operating at 100%. Nosam focuses on finishing him off to capitalize while he isn't surrounded or being attacked by multiple folks.
