Chadwick’s light reveals a natural cave ahead. A large chest sits on each side of the cavern. Three orcs with great axes stand before you. The back of the cave has an exiting passage. Alamnal is there. There is a magic aura surrounding him. He is quietly laughing at the result of his spell.
Orc12 throws a dagger at Gneuman, to hit = 9, miss.
Gaius moves and readies a spell.
Alamnal gestures and a familiar bell rings. Gneuman makes a DC16 WIS save = 13. He takes 17 necrotic damage. “Welcome to my private room, friends of Ravenshield,” he sneers. “Surprised this has been under all of you dullards’ noses for generations, Ravenshield?”
Alamnal makes a DC14 WIS save at Advantage = 10, fail. He is Held.
Starker moves and casts Fireball into the cavern for 33 fire damage.
Alamnal auto fails his save due to paralysis. His short sword draws much of the fire energy into itself, protecting him from some of the damage. Concentration save = 10.
Orc7 save = 3, fail. It dies. Orc12 save = 8, fail. It takes 33 fire damage.
Kragen steps into the space just behind Chadwick and raises The Judge at Orc 21. A dolorious gong rings out around the Orc, he wildly looks around and then receives Tyr's justice.
Toll the Dead Orc 21 5+10=15 necrotic damage Wis 13 save
Then steps back for others to let loose their ranged attacks.
Orc21 DC13 WIS save = 11, failed. He looks about quickly and is struck for 15 necrotic damage. He is badly injured.
Orc12 steps up and throws a dagger at Hoid, to hit = 15. It bounces off of his armor.
Gaius cast Ray of Frost at Orc7, to hit = 14. A miss.
Alamnal repeats his DC14 WIS save = 19. He is released from Chadwick’s spell. “Neat parlor trick,” he quips. “I have a fun surprise in store for you,” he adds.
(( Not going to be able to attack around a stone corner, so moved Trolkarl into a position where attack is possible. He could move there after his attack if desired, but that would give Orc12 an AOO....))
Trolkarl teleports into the cavern and attacks Orc12, missing twice.
Orc21 attacks Hoid with its great axe, to hit = 13. Missing. Both orcs seem uneasy at now being surrounded.
