Starker moves to get a good view of the demon. He is quite intrigued with the behavior of the hide of the demon. It is the embodiment of chaos wrapped around its physical form. So beautiful..... He then snaps back to realizing that it is trying to kill everyone around it and fires of a volley of Magic Missiles as a L2 spell for 14 Force damage. He then retreats, but keeps the demon in view....for academic purposes.
Garrent fails his DC16 CON save = 12 (9 + 3 for Chadwick nearby) and is now Poisoned. He tries to power through it and attacks the demon, to hit = 14, missing.
Kragen continues to move in towards the chaos that has erupted in the cavern. Reading the chaos and seeing this vile beast from the depths of Hades, summons Tyr's divine powers to protect him and his friends. Starts to audibly chant and you hear Tyr's name interspersed throughout. An aura of angelic spirits start to flit about Kragen and the group.

You call forth spirits to protect you. They flit around you to a distance of 15 feet for the duration. If you are good or neutral, their spectral form appears angelic or fey (your choice). If you are evil, they appear fiendish.

Kragen makes a DC16 CON save = 18, success. The foul stench of the abyss fills his nose but he is able to resist the effects.
The mimic makes a DC13 WIS save = 11, failed. It takes 11 Radiant damage and disintegrates into a second pool of eyes, teeth and yuck. Hoid is no longer grappled.
Gaius sees a hole made to the demon and steps up to cast Lightning Bolt for (rerolled bottom four dice for 1 sorcery point using Empowered Spell) for 30 damage. The demon makes a DC15 DEX save = 16, success. The bolt hits the demon a glancing blow. It seems minimally affected by the spell. Gaius steps back, disappointed. "I may have a better solution," he whispers to Starker. "It is a new spell I have been working on."
Alamnal surveys the situation calmly. He catches Trolkarl's eye and says, "I will find you, Ravenshield. I will find you when you least expect it. It will be my blade protruding out of the front of your chest, spilling your heart blood." With that he turns and walks down the tunnel.
Darkbane slices into the demon, carving great gashes in the demon’s hide. The blade seems to sing in Trolkarl’s hand and a faint blue-white aura appears along the blade. The demon shrieks in pain, far above its reaction to any previous attacks. Fire burns in its eyes as it focuses on Trolkarl and Darkbane.

As best I can tell, grapple imposes no penalty against attacking the grappler. Hoid attacks the mimic.

Chadwick to act
Chadwick will move behind the demon (assuming he can). Then use a free action to interact with an object (poke the glowing wall with his glaive).
If the glaive isn't stopped he'll attempt to move through it. If the glaive is stopped, or the wall prevents him from moving he will attack the demon.
I'll hold off on the rolls until I know if he can proceed and if not, still attack the demon with advantage.
I believe there is solid rock between Chadwick and Alamnal.
