"I warned you," Isala offers Lady Teresa a shrug and a lopsided grin. Granted the element of surprise by Alcashia's intervention, he draws Tinderstrike and strikes at her midsection.
Appreciate the map -- looks like that took a lot of time. Since monk attacks involve saving throws, I am going to have to split my 3-4 attacks up, as how Isala proceeds depends on each result. If you have suggestions on how to streamline, I'd be all ears.
Attack 1: 26 Damage: 16 piercing + 10 fire.
If hits, I would like to apply Stunning Strike, which would be a DC 21 Con save or she would be stunned until the end of my next turn.
What I would do with other strikes depends on the hit and success/fail of the Stun. Would you like to go back and forth, or should I post decision trees, or something else? What would work best for you?

After that, I use my remaining movement to run to Alcashia to get out of his presumed blast radius.
Lady could get an opportunity attack unless stunned, as would Beefy if I missed him both times.

After seeing those terrible rolls, I want to use one Luck to re-roll that second attack on Beefy: 21 with same expenditures (Quivering Palm / no reactions if hit)
(OoC: I had wanted to get to A-13 on the map, not sure if I had time to get there before Alcashia attacked. If I did have time I will attack Beefy in spoiler below. If not I will continue getting into position and attack next turn)

Decision tree time! If I am reading the map correctly, I can take twenty feet of movement to get back to my favorite bugbean, take two shots on him -- same as before, if one hits, apply quivering palm, if two hits, attempt a stun, before using another 20 feet move movement to advanced on Lady Teresa and unleash a flurry of blows upon her, attempting to stun with the first strike, and the second if it misses.

Isala momentarily pauses as Aodh's departure, but grins realizing that, with companions, the odds are still in his favor. This time, he rushes straight at Beefy, striking at him twice with Tinderstrike. After the second blow, he charges Lady Teresa, unleashing two open hand blows before retreating back towards the now-revealed Tiefling.
If I started in f to g - 19 to 14, I should be able to make it without dashing. If not I will try to dash, but I would rather go slower than a dash as not to accidental bump someone in the crowd.
