This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OOC: Oops, I think I inserted the 1d4 Bless roll into my attack rolls incorrectly. I used the dice roller to insert the [roll]1d4 code. Dang it! My bad. Should have just inserted "1d4" text inside the existing roll. Here are the two rolls again (if I edited the above post, it'd say I'm cheating):
If that 27 was a nat 20 (crit), then B4 is dead. The formula had an extra [/roll.] or two and I think that messes with the mouseover. Bring your bless outside of the formula or put it on a separate line to keep from happening.
Jyin's, bonus action, spiritual weapon, against B3, Attack: 23 Damage: 10 Vex fires his hand crossbow, with infused strikes at B3, Attack: 25 Damage: 8, plus 3 lightning
The stench of decay intensified as they exited the room, a revolting cocktail of putrefaction. Daewen's nostrils flared in disgust, her hand instinctively reaching for the hilt of her rapiers. To the east, the moans of the undead echoed through the tunnels, the unmistakable sounds of shambling zombies. Southward, the guttural snarls of ghouls scraped against her ears. A low growl rumbled in her chest – the caves teemed with the very creatures she loathed. This was no longer just about following a map and securing a forge. This was an affront, a festering wound in the world that needed to be cauterized. With a grim determination glinting in her eyes, Daewen gestured to her companions, silently suggesting they head east to eradicate the zombies.
A blast furnace and a mechanical bellows powered by a waterwheel dominate this large chamber. The furnace is cold and dark, but heaps of coal are piled nearby, along with carts full of unrefined ore. The waterwheel sits in a ten-foot-wide channel cut into the floor of the room, but the channel is dry. Passages exit to the west, south, and east. The empty channel exits to the north and east. More than a dozen withered corpses are scattered around the room. These slain dwarves and orcs are still wearing the remnants of their armor. Floating above them is a skull engulfed in green flame.
Bugbears cry out for blood.
