Glynt having his hands occupied from climbing down the rope will use Vicious Mockery on the nearest Plant "Were you born or defecated?".
Vicious Mockery - DC 12 Wisdom save, 4 Damage (it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 1d4 psychic damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn)
ERKYmakes his way down and sees a PLANT creature. He kills it with a Ray of Frost.
A PLANT makes a feeble attack against ERKY. Other PLANTs approach.
GLYNT comes downs and begins mocking the nearest PLANT. It was simply too much for the creature as its stems shake and tremble. The third shrub collapses to the ground.
Then the march of the SKELETONs. One of them hits ERKY with a shovel.
PORTIA makes her way down and kills the second shrubbery on ERKY.
XANTHattacks the secondSKELETONbut misses with his attacks.
RAGDOR lands firmly. He sees the first SKELETON and swings his warhammer striking a solid blow against the walking pile of bones. (Yup. Double Damage. But it is still up.)
(I think that is worth a point of Inspiration for Glynt to call out "Ni!" when attacking the Shrubbery.)
Using Inspiration
If you have inspiration, you can expend it when you make an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check. Spending your inspiration gives you advantage on that roll.
Glancing at the wound from the skeletal jack, no worries, tis but a flesh wound! swing warhammer at skeleton one, 23 to hit and 6 pts of bludgeon damage.
(no issues accessing. Just issues finding time when I am not on mobile)
Portia moves to attack skeleton 2. 15to hit with her magical dagger for 7magical piercing plus 12sneak attack (which I believe is treated as extra damage from the dagger so still magical piercing). She follows up with her shortsword (I assume on skeleton 3 as I think they have less than 19 health) for an 11to hit, 5damage if it hits.

ROUND THREE
ERKY thinks we need to take care of what is near first. He moves to the south wall and fires a blue-white ray at the fourth SKELETON. It hits it, but does not destroy it.
The last SHRUBBERY wants to say "Ni!", but alas it just can seem to make any words without a real mouth. ATT GLYNT12 DMG 3
The last SKELETONattacks RAGDOR ATT 22 DMG 4
(Everyone can take actions before our new friend gets a turn.)
Portia moves to try eliminate the two remaining creatures (assuming Glynt doesn't first). Against the skeleton: 17to hit for 5 plus 11(magical piercing). And against the shrub, 12for 1damage.... (shame I did enough damage to kill both, just damage doesn't carry over so I annihilated the skeleton, and gave the shrub a gentle pruning)
"We might have a few small folk among us, but we can show them the true meaning of small but mighty. He isn't the first of his kind we have killed here."

PLANT 3 WIS SAVE 2
The first SKELETON moves to attack GLYNT with its shovel. ATT 19 DMG 4
The second SKELETON moves and attacks ERKY. ATT 7 DMG 5
The third and fourth SKELETONs lumber their way, almost mindlessly, toward the party.
(Now Portia, Xanth, and Ragdor can complete Round One actions.)
(The Plants only have four HPs, so Glynt will take out the third Plant monster. Will recap the round later.)
By the blessed Lady! You waste no time in finding trouble do ya? swing with the warhammer at the nearest skeleton, 16 to hit and 5 bulg damage
"It's not my fault. Trouble just finds me irresistible."
Xanth steps up and swings at Skelton 2
Attack = 7 Damage = 8
Offhand Attack = 10 Damage = 6
(I've already posted the round one actions for Portia)

(@Portia - Just wanted to give you the opportunity to change your attack to a Skeleton instead of a Bush. A Bush it is.)

ERKY turns and puts a little freeze on the second SKELETON hitting it with a Ray of Frost.
The remaining SHRUBBERY moves and pricks GLYNT with a thorny twig.
Crying out, “Ni!”, GLYNT pulls out his short sword and swings. Nothing but air, but it sounded awesome.
The SKELETONS rattlles their bones and swings their shovels.
PORTIA sneaks up on the second SKELETON it rattles into a lifeless pile. The Rogue misses her attack on the third one.
XANTH misses the approaching third SKELETON. Then goes all Pole-Arm Mastery on it, rattling it into another pile of bones.
RAGDOR, receiving just a flesh wound, swings his Warhammer and turns the first SKELETON into a comparable sized pile of bones, rattle included.
ROUND THREE
Something struts in from the north, it is mumbling something in the Goblinoid language. Two Giant Rats lead the brute.
ERKY quickly translates, "It is saying something like, 'Oh good! More prey.' I guess that means us."
