Jahn would remember what was told to them and smile.
"Well. Our job is done! Would you all wish to rest before heading back?" Jahn would attempt to look in the previous room with the Wight for a possible sack lr bag to stash the vials in.

You find several pouches on the shelves that hold spell components far past their prime. If you empty two of those out that should be enough to hold all the vials.

Jahn would also stash the vials of disease within the room somewhere hidden and would be sure to lock the door to the room behind them. Jahn would also hold into the orb.
They'd then go back to the main enterance, making sure to close each door behind them once the others are through.
So, if you travel for 8 hours each day, the 200-mile-journey back to Syrinlya is 7 days at a fast pace, 9 days at a normal pace, and 12 days at a slow pace.
At a fast pace you get a -5 penalty to your passive perception scores, at a slow pace you are able to be stealthy, and at a normal you have no positive or negative effects.

The two giant crabs that you killed should feed the five of you for almost a month, and the meat will keep for the entire time you’re in Eiselcross, since the temperature is 18°C/0°F

So, if you traverse Thin Sheets at a normal pace, that will be a 6 day journey, and then at about three quarters of the way through the 7th day you’ll return to solid ground. At a fast pace, it will then be about a day’s journey to Syrinlya. (8 days all up)

Making it back to Syrinlya Jahn would immediately want to go to The Buyer. Since they were told they can transport the antidotes back to Palebank to Elro.

So, you take a long rest outside of Salsvault before setting out, making sure to stay 10 feet apart on the thin ice. After the first day of travel, you stop to rest. Erzer can keep watch all night because he doesn’t have to sleep, but doesn’t anyone else want to take 1st, 2nd, or 3rd watch with him?

I would say you know that it’s not designed to be an arcane focus, but beyond that you’re not sure what it is designed for.

Sable follows along, looking forward to a crab dinner...

Sable will tag along with the others. She's not in a hurry, so she'll match whatever pace they decide on.
I'd say same as prior:
Normal pace through the ice sheet and keep the 10ft distance.
But out of the ice we go fast pace back.

Oh sorry! Got confused what you meant. But Jahn would take last watch with him during daybreak.
Sable will take second watch
Ulysse will take part in first watch.
Okay, so everyone who’s taking watch, make perception checks. (Erzer makes 3)

Sable perception 22 (she's good at spotting trouble)
Ulysse: 25 (nat 20)
