"that must be the Behir and... You need time to break through the wall...."
MarCailous will continue muttering to himself incoherently as he strides toward the hole in the wall, peers through, and disappears from sight. (Bonus action Misty Step)
As he appears on the other side, Persephone burst into view (action to bring forth the familiar) in front of the the Behir (or other creature if I'm wrong) and begins screeching and flapping in the things face. (Familiar takes help action to distract the enemy hopefully giving it disadvantage on an attack if it attacks next turn.)
"I am MarCailous Ehrune Veildren, the Banished Son, Walker of Realms; slay me if you be able, die where you stand if you are not!"
He will move left or right (whichever way makes more sense based on the terrain) away from the hole in the wall.
<Fly makes sense. You could probably break the wall down with one successful swing of a blunt weapon. The piton, at most, deals ½ of 1d4, so anywhere from 0 to 2hp. That's why ruled it opens a small hole instead of properly breaking down the wall. The wall's AC is 15.>
As he appears on the other side of the wall, the behir is already turning to retreat (it wants to but mechanically can't until its next turn)
As MarCailous backs away from the hole in the wall, a pair of arms reach out from the natural stone cavern to grab him from behind.
Grapple check
primary: 14, AD (if needed): 25
MarCailous, roll perception to cancel unseen attacker, removing AD from the genie's check.
"I can get people to the other side of the wall now that I can see through the hole using my Vortex Warp spell."
Kos looks around to see who might want to go first.
"You have to be willing to let my spell teleport you out. Any takers?"

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
<not a great roll but I also don't know if I was rolling against a DC or an opposing stealth check.
The 14 would not hit my AC for the grapple check, but the 25 with advantage would if I failed the perception check.
I'll wait to role play it until I know the result.>
MarCailous fails to oerceive the dao in time, <but its a contest, so AC is not the target fkr the grapple, rather yiu must roll yiir choice of Str or Dex ability check. Given yiur stats, Id assume Dex, but it looks like that tops out at 24, and this scenario does not include automatic success on a nat 20, so M. Is grappled. Which is bad.>
The dao drags MarCailous to the end of the hall, where hungry Lludd awaits. Eager to make his escape, the behir, nonetheless, seizes the opportunity to try for a meal.
Constrict. Strength Saving Throw: DC 18, one Large or smaller creature the behir can see within 5 feet. Failure: 28 Bludgeoning damage. The target has the Grappled condition (escape DC 16), and it has the Restrained condition until the grapple ends.
If constrict is succesful, Lludd atrempts to swallow MarCailous, (BA, Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 18) befkee retreating down the west corridor, which it does with ir without Marcelious in its hand or belly. (It gas a speed of 50ft)

<You can just knock dow the wall, jf you'd rather, though it dkes have an ac so maybe not a wizard's forte. Its like 1 hit. Also, i exoect some of these guys are stillnpinned tonthe ceiling, so it might be a good use of a spell slot for that reason.>
(ooc: sorry, it sounded like the wall of stone couldn't be dealt with so easily as nothing we did previously just knocked it down in one shot, and you just finished mentioning that we only had a hole big enough to look through?)
(...but yeah, I thought using Vortex Warp would be a good way to get more of us out to help MarCailous with the Behir.)
(...and now also the Dao.)

Kos can Vortex Warp someone from being pinned and put them through the hole to help MarCailous fight the Behir and Dao.

<as the Dao grabs him and drags him down the hall, MarCailous will look back towards the wall and smile as his goal of giving the group time to get unpinned and through the wall seems to be working... At least for the moment.
When the Behir lunges at him with a bite, MarCailous will use his reaction to cast Shield, raising his AC to 22 causing the bite to miss as it deflects of of the magic. (And adds 2 points to my arcane ward)
MarCailous will laugh manically as he's swallowed whole by the Behir, until his laughter is cut off within the things gullet. On his turn, MarCailous will cast Polymorph, turning into a Giant Ape.
I have no idea how that will go but MarCailous is excited to find out.
Sparhawk looks for pinned friends. Using fly, he will try to free them (his strength is 20), can roll strength or help with pinned friends roll)
They're enduring an effect of a spell. This woukd count as the help action. They would need to roll strength or dex check DC 16. Alternatively, Sparhawk could attempt to destroy the pillar with an attack action, narratively similar.
The behir swallows the target, which is no longer Grappled. While swallowed, a creature has the Blinded and Restrained conditions, has Total Cover against attacks and other effects outside the behir, and takes 21 Acid damage at the start of each of the behir’s turns.
MarCailous only:
I dont think there will be any mechanical effect, but you'd know you're upside down. Unless you can tell the others, they are not aware of this.
Wysaleth casts Summon Dragon, creating a giant acid dragon that materialized in front of the Dao and Behir. The dragon will try to attack the Behir first:
Rend attack: Attack: 29 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll., and Attack: 18 Damage: 11
Then, the dragon exhales at both the Behir and Dao (should it need it, Wysaleth will use careful spell to protect his allies) DC 17 or take 7ACID damage (half if a success)
I think for the fly spell.
can Sparhawk break through the hole?
Wysaleth Dex save: 12 (or 15, since he may be near Sparhawk.)

Strength saving throw vs restrict:
1
<so that's a 2-1=1 so I get constricted, ward reduced to zero, take the rest of the damage.

15
