Borvnir, with the birds flapping in his face, still manages to resist the pull of the song [DC 11 Wisdom Save (disadvantage): 15 and 16] He grins, all his rancid fangs showing and cackles, musing 'You think I can understand music? Heck, I can barely understand Common!'

Lothar is incapacitated and cannot do anything on his turn except move as close to the harpy as he can. Borvnir's turn. 

Borvnir swipes at the eagle flapping around his face with his greataxe, starting to get irritated by these foes. [8 to hit, 11 if he still has guidance, 5 damage on a hit]

Cherry casts Mind Sliver on the eagle in her face. "Get out of here, ye' flappy bird so we kin get that flappy harpy!"

Damage: 4 pyschic
Save DC 13, and has -1d4 on next save

Zin’s readied breath weapon does 10 necrotic damage in a 15’ cone hoping to catch 1 or 2 enemies avoid hitting allies, the Dex save DC is 12.

The eagles manage to avoid both the axe and the mental attack, but Cherry's is evaporated by Zin's breath, which also hurts the harpy. Zin is up.

Zin gets a big inhale and lets another breath out for 10 necrotic Con save DC 12.

Correct. 

Irtos will try casting Sacred Flame at the harpy. A short prayer and a gesture calls down a flame like radiance.

 DC 14 dex save to avoid 7 points of damage.

Irtos takes a quick look at the rest of the team to see if anyone needs healing. She sees that Lothario is injured, but the injury seems miner and Irtos can only heal a couple of times, so she waits on healing for now.

The Harpy succeeds on the save and dips out of the way of the divine light, before bringing the bone club in her hand down on Lothar, followed by a vicious claw strike.

Claw: 20 to hit for 3 damage.

Club: 10 to hit for 5 damage.

Staggering from the 1st blow, the 2nd misses

Your AC is 13, the second attack does not hit. You are still at 4 hit points. Make a WIS saving throw.

The eagle swoops forward to Claw at Borvnir again, but it misses. (12 to hit) Lothar is now up, and he manages to snap out of the trance.

"The eagles are acting unnatural, concentrate on the harpy!" Lothar says as he comes too. Finding himself at ground zero for all the action, he thinks quickly. He blows on his druidic focus, Conjuring the scent of a raging forest fire 🔥. Hoping the scent will distract the eagles with fear.

Borvnir listens to Lothar's words and says 'Aye aye captain, focus on the lass!' He stiffens his grip on his axe and strikes at her: 13 to hit the Harpy with his greataxe, for 5 slashing damage on a hit.
