Trix sense the ground shift under her feet and instinctively dive-rolls to her left, landing in a crouched stance,, her rapier at the ready. Seeing Hyacinth standing out on her own, Trix sprints over next to Hyacinth.
”Heyas, toots!” Trix says to Hyacinth with a wink.
(Trix is going to hold her attack for when/if the green lady comes into range.)
The crashing noise reveals itself to be a large brown bear! It bursts into view from the thick undergrowth, rears up on its hind legs, significantly taller than any of you, and gives a bellow, large claws pawing the air.
(finished its turn moving into range)
Turn order: --> Cordimis <-- / Hyacinth / Green lady / Kesili / Trix / Bear
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Cordimis will say to no one in particular, "By the dawn... a bear now? Really?!" She'll open her palm so the sunrise signet of her ring is exposed and then point it in the direction of the green lady, casting Guiding Bolt. The tattoos on her hand flare bright gold and the collected light bursts from her hand towards her target.

Unfortunately, due to the partial cover of the trees and their limbs, The spell misses its target.
The green lady’s eyes widen a bit at the power unleashed in her direction. Her form seems to flicker as she moves slightly, and you get a sense that her power is greatly weakened. You see a grim resolve set into her face. She turns to a nearby tree and places her hands on the trunk, closes her eyes, and begins to chant. Her hands start to sink into the tree.
Turn order: Cordimis / —> Hyacinth <— / Green lady / Kesili / Trix / Bear
(Let’s give Hyacinth till the end of the day to give us a sign that they are still there. If not, then we should bot their next move. I feel like they have a bit of a decision to make here, so I would prefer if the rest of you weigh in on what their next move should be, rather than have me do it)

I'm about to turn in for the night, so I'll weigh in for the move in the event Hyacinth doesn't turn up tonight
I'm unsure of Hyacinth's motives/ what their character would want: run after the green lady who seems like she's trying to escape and stop her, or go for the threat that has aggressively arrived and is presently in position to do some damage to the party Note: they do have Hex currently on the green lady and marked her as their Favored Foe, which means they may want to continue to pump damage into her. So my guess is they would charge forward with their scimitar (if they can reach her, if not they'd use their bow), say something witty about not letting her get away, and try to unleash some damage on the green lady
It is difficult terrain so it looks like Hyacinth cannot quite reach the lady. Therefore they wuickly draw their bow and fire. But a 13 attack roll misses.
The green lady on her turn will sink completely into the tree she was leaning into. With a shudder and an almighty creak of timber, the tree stumbles into motion! The bark of the trunk twists and molds into a shape reminiscent of the green lady’s face, with the brow furrowed in anger, mouth turned into a silent snarl. Roots rip out of the earth and support the tree as appendages.
Yeah, we can't really be sure what they would want to do. I think the fact that the lady has been hexed and marked are a good indication for her to be the prime target, so I also think Hyacinth would focus on her, and try to disable her quickly. The bear seems to be more of a distraction, a potent one to be sure, but I hope we can deal with it once the lady is gone one way or another. Also if we all focus on the bear, the lady might decide that it isn't necessary to flee into the tree after all.

Would Bless potentially change this outcome? Cordimis blessed her in this post
I take the liberty to cast the die: 1 (Just ignore it if I missed something and it doesn't apply.)
Kesili's shock is palpable as the tree suddenly comes to life, twisting and contorting and even featuring a semblance of the green lady's face. The sight sends a chill down her spine, her breath catching in her throat, she almost forgets that she should breathe for appearances.
Feeling the vines and roots restrain her, Kesili's instinct for survival kicks in. Panic momentarily takes over as she struggles against the earthy bindings, her movements urgent and frantic. She knows she must break free first and foremost, her mind racing for a way to escape the grasp before it's too late. Every ounce of strength is focused on freeing herself from the unexpected trap. (Strength Save, DC 13: 14, thanks to 4 from Bless)
With a final burst of energy, she manages to slip free, stumbling backward with a gasp of relief. As she regains her footing, Kesili swiftly stows her longbow across her back, ensuring it's secure before she takes off running south. Her heart pounds in her chest as she navigates around the writhing vines and underbrush, her movements agile and swift despite the treacherous terrain.
Spotting the bear looming ahead, Kesili prepares herself mentally for the confrontation ahead. She knows she must act decisively and swiftly. Without hesitation, she charges forward, her bare hands raised in a defensive stance. Adrenaline courses through her veins as she closes the distance between herself and the bear (engage from the South with 45 feet movement).
Oh, right, the bless! Unfortunately it’s still just shy of hitting, the AC was 15 with the partial cover.
The new threatening-looking tree is a large enemy in the same spot as where the green lady’s token was. I cannot update the images until later when I get home from work.
The bear looks riled and it turns its great brown-eyed gaze on Kesili as she runs right up to it.

*I'm going to put my turn down for after Trix and the Bear*
Cordimis will continue to stand firm in her positioning. Flustered by her last attack missing, she'll rub her hands together with so much friction an arcana fueled spark jumps and grows into a small ball of fire. She'll punch through the sphere to send rays of scorching flames at her opponents. Two rays of fire will blast towards the green lady who has stepped into a vessel of bark and roots. The third ray will aim straight for the bear in front of Kesili.

Trix is up!
Let's say that her defensive stance translates to a bonus action dodge bought with one Ki point - somehow that bear looks like it means business.
