On the Tall Kobold Dain is able to find a set of various keys. He also finds 12 silver and 14 copper pieces. Not much else appears noteworth, though the Tall Kobold's greatsword appears to be in usable condition if desired.
Zylborin begins unlocking the chained half-dragons. Though hesitant at first, the prior interaction seems to be enough for a willingness to see what he's up too. And as each one is successfully let go they begin running down the corridors and out of the room. Dawn the hall from where they came can be briefly heard a commotion of mechanical and bestial noise that quickly subsides.
Leaving the entrance the group moves on. The hall ahead of them is dimly lit with staggered lamps on the wall. The floor is sloped downwards but at a pleasant slope. As they approach the first juncture they can hear noises coming from both the North and South. The lighting from the Northern of the two closest breaks in the wall also appears to be light brighter than the rest of the hall.
Even further down they can see more open spaces ahead.
Psalm turns to the others and whispers. "Hang tight. I'm gonna do a little sneakaroonie." Then casts, Invisibility on himself and starts sneaking over to peek down each of the passages, checking for traps as he goes.

Psalm makes his way down the hall. In the nearest rooms he's able to see more scaly friends. To the North he can see a table and two lizardmen tending to a heart with a pot over it. To the South appears to be a storeroom of some sort. Kobolds tend to meat hanging down from racks with a hairy quaggoth along with them. At the end of the wall are two small pens with goats and pigs.
But, perhaps overconfident with his invisibility, his boots stomp a bit too hard and alert the nearby denizens. From the North comes a third lizardman. At first he seems unfazed, perhaps having expected to see someone else... or... anyone. But upon seeing no one there he draws a club and barks an angry Draconic order at the spot where Psalm. Even without understanding the language, Psalm gets an idea the lizardman likely said something like, "Show yourself!"
@Zylborin Knowing Draconic he would hear, "Halt, tresspasser in Viridus' halls! Show yourself!"
Perception checks for Kobold 1 and Kobold 2 to see if they can figure out where Psalm is, given the barking lizardman K1: 13 K2: 4

The orange line on the hearth and fire is meant to be where the fire is and then the pot over it.
For the brown lines with the hanging meat, a creature behind 1-2 racks has 1/2 cover. A creature behind 3-4 racks has 3/4 cover.

Psalm quickly uses his Slippers of Spider Climbing to walk up the wall until he is flat against the ceiling.
Then....
If he can do this without losing his Invisibility Spell (should be okay, since it's not an attack, but if DM thinks otherwise, Psalm won't risk it)...
...he'll toss his bag of ball bearings into the 10' x 15' passage that separates the Lizardman room from the hallway and whisper, "Psst... I think you dropped something..."
Finally, he'll scoot a bit further east the hall, crab walking with his back against the ceiling, regretting that no one can see the smile of delight on his invisible face.

Zylborin will study the groups decimated enemies and try to determine who was calling the shots in this group.
Among the fallen enemies, the ones that stick out to Zylborin the most would be the Tall Kobold, Kobold Mage, and Minotaur.
