*** Yeah, you guys have a pretty good chance of knowing each other's backstories because most may have grown up together but Ginko spent so much time in the Feywild then showed back up on the Prime Material Plane all of a sudden recently.
Moss and Soup set about trapping the larder against unexpected intruders, while Ginko charges towards the eastern door. Traxx, hoping to stop Ginko before opening a possibly booby-trapped door, casts light on the door. So the question is, does that light happen to resemble the primeval magical light of a Feywild portal, that which Ginko has been looking for all this time?
We will leave it up to chance, 1 for yes, 2 for no: 1
The answer is: yes! By pure chance Traxx chose a hue and intensity reminiscent of the portal through which Ginko arrived back on the Material Plane. Winking back at Traxx as a goodbye, Ginko slams into the door, which readily swings on its hinge inward; inside the very not-Feywild room into which he has entered he is surprised to find...
A gaunt, cloaked figure in the darkness with a watering can, watering what appear to be quite dead shrubs. It shows no sign of surprise, continuing to water the foliage-free bramble.
Traxx startled by the sudden rush of Ginko through the door hurries behind him thinking he may need to help. (Although he has no healing spells, he makes a mental note to learn one) Traxx stops dead in his own tracks seeing the cloaked figure. He readies a spell but with Ginko in the small room and standing next to the figure he dispells the readied spell and pulls out his hand cross bow and a dagger. Upon seeing the figure paying the intrusion no mind, he settles a little but keeps his guard up. Traxx knows Ginko is no easy victim so he slowly tries to get the others attention.
"Psst Hey fella's. Look in the room. What should we do?" OOC: The light spell is still on the door so its should be illuminating the room fairly well. At least enough for us to see inside from about the middle of the butcher room we are in.

Ginko pulls on the cloak of the gaunt figure, disturbing it's aim with the watering can; a sprinkling of water sprays the cold stone floor. The figure's free hand attempts to pull its cloak back up; it is then that Ginko notices that the figure's hands and face are indeed quite gaunt, skeletal in fact. Suddenly, there is a rustling of branches from what you were sure were lifeless shrubs; they are uprooting themselves!
Now would be a good time for people to roll initiative. Because Ginko is in the room he is at melee distance, all other party members start at range.
*** That ends everything I can do until Ginko's turn. Also, I hope you don't mind that I stole your drawing of Ginko for his profile picture! I'm really glad you are continuing to supply pictures!
Guys, our DM is the best DM. Hands down. Supplies the fancy pictures and let Ginko run into a door because he thought it was a portal!
Ginko thinks to himself "Ginko know plant, Ginko know plant real good, plant need water."
He is going to attempt taking the watering can from the skeleton and watering the nearest plant to him to see if it calms the plant down.
*** Let me know any rolls I meed to make and I will add them to this post!
/e Sleight of hand -> 14
/e2 If watering the plant stops it from being aggressive Ginko will yell "Please no attack plant! I feed plant, it stop moving!" Otherwise he isn't going to say anything.
Ginko can make a sleight of hand check to try to slip it out of the skeleton's hand, or take a grapple action to try to force it out of the skeleton's hand.
(I'm going to allow until tomorrow morning for people to roll their initiatives, at which point I will assign default actions to those that haven't posted.)
Ukoo caws as the battle begins! "Ut oh! Let's get 'em, lads!"
Initiative: 6
(on their turn...)
Ukoo will fire an arrow at a damaged Twig Blight. If none are damaged, they will just fire at any of them that is still alive!
(attack: 23 damage: 7 piercing damage.)

Unless Moss hears fighting they will continue trapping, otherwise the Moss' action depends on the situation.
First Moss will move to the meat chamber.
If there is still a chance to resolve the situation non-violently and fighting hasn't fully broken out Moss will cast Druidcraft cantrip to sprout leaves on the twig blights.
Otherwise Moss will simply attack by throwing a dagger at a blight. Att 11 Dmg 4.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
To start with, one of the uprooted twig blights grabs at Ginko with its claws, attempting to enter into a grapple! (12 vs Ginko's AC of 14.) Grabbed, Ginko shouts in surprise!
Moss, hearing the commotion, drops the trap he was setting up (Soup catches it and continues setting up the booby-traps in the larder), and thinking fast uses druidic wizardry to cause the barren twig blights to sprout leaves for the first time! The twig blights are confused by this development, the one with claws around Ginko's head drops him to try to scrape away the leaves.
Ginko, using the opportunity to steal the watering can from the cloaked skeletal gardener, waters the blight that had just grabbed him. Ginko tries to get a read on whether the twig blight is still hostile (Insight15). Ginko senses both confusion and hatred in the twig blight's wood-knot eyes. There isn't much time to consider whether the twig blights could be somehow reformed, however, because just as Ginko is coming to grips with the evil he sensed in the heart of it's dark and twisted wood a bolt fired from Ukoo's crossbow flies at the twiggy mass, hitting dead center and shattering the blight in a rain of twigs, roots and leaves!
Another twig blight swings its claws at Ginko, at disadvantage due to the leafy masses obscuring it's vision (5 vs 14 AC). It misses.
Meepo takes a swing at the remaining twig blight with his whip (23 to hit against AC 13, 6 damage). The shock of the crack of his whip snaps the twig blight in two!
The skeleton wants it's watering can back, attempting to grapple for it! (7 vs AC 14.) Ginko manages to keep it away from the skeleton. Since it's mission is being compromised, it enters an offensive stance! (Initiative 20.)
Sparkle and Donk have meanwhile been scouring the antechamber's armory for good weapons, sitting out combat this round. (Soup, Sparkle and Donk: You can roll initiative with advantage for next round.)
I almost forgot about Traxx's attack: it went wide.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
/e I'm sorry, no hes not. He is going to cast Primal Savagery and bite at the skeleton for trying to take his new watering can. He specifically wants to go for the skeletons arm, if he can.
To hit -> 16
Damage -> 2 poison damage.

I was hoping for more of an excited charge and slamming into the door, but this definitely works!
*** Don't forget that sly wink Ginko gave Traxx as he took off thinking he'd finally return to the Feywild!
