Danon runs forward toward the goblin with the hawk, moving 40 feet, but then he uses his focus to run another 40 feet, using step of the wind to travel forward 80 feet this turn. This puts him within bow distance of the goblin and he fires an arrow at him.
Movement : 40 feet forward
Bonus action : Step of the wind to move another 40 feet
Action : Short bow to attack the goblin : 20 to hit, for 10 points of piercing damage.
Still at disadvantage due to dodge action. Will resolve the turn after the reroll
Neldak, the cart is still full of the ingots you are after. Nothing seems to be missing from a quick check. If your mental maths is correct, based on the number of ingots on the width, length and assumed depth, it matches what you expect to find.
"Looks like everything is here. Those goblins probably just scavenged what had been abandoned. Though whose to say that one might go get help to pursue us...." Neldak says as he watches the others move to engage the further goblin.
The goblin shouts an order, and two arrows fly out from a hidden position in the wagon towards Danon. One misses (13) while the other hits (19for12damage). You then see two goblins flee out the back of the wagon, as the figure on top drops her torch onto the wagon, and jumps down into the snow, the three of them running off into the tundra, a further 30ft away from you all. The fire looks to be catching fast.
Etriel Darastrix's heart skips a beat when she sees the elf who has become so important to her being almost hit by an arrow - but she has seen the effectiveness of his martial arts many times and so just smiles seeing him catching the arrow with his hand, negating the damage.
Seeing as the goblins now appear to be all on the run, the foreign traveler concentrates on running to quickly reach the wagon [[ OOC: she Dashes ]]. If she gets within 60' of the torch, she uses the blessing the little snow fey [[ OOC: the one in Good Mead's quest ]] bestowed upon her to create a snowball and throw it at the torch (to put out the fire) [[ OOC: It is a Bonus Action ]].
Danon sees the arrow coming and something amazing happens. He turns in a whirlwind and ends up catching the arrow (Reaction to deflect damage : 18. When damage deflected to zero, he can redirect the attack with a 60 foot range). He flings the arrow back at the goblin, DC 13 Dex save for the goblin to avoid 8 piercing damage. He spends one focus point doing this.
The goblin would have been hit by the arrow, if not for the cover provided by the wagon (as the reaction is before they jumped out).
Etriel is able to get close enough to throw the snowball, however at that distance she can see there was a lot of straw within the wagon that has started catching, and it is likely too late to save it with a snowball (though if she wants to attempt, roll a d20+dex)
(As per the wording of the module, at the start of the goblin's next turn, the wagon becomes an inferno, so it will take more than one of you to put it out before it reaches that given it goes from torch to inferno in 6 seconds. Danon can probably reach to start trying as currently only done a reaction. Cirim can't get close enough to help in melee but if she has any appropriate spells that could help)
Realizing that there was a lot of straw within the wagon that she started catching, and it is likely too late to save it with a snowball, Etriel Darastrix gives up on her purpose and simply continues running... once close enough, she will use her Mage Hand to remove as much straw as possible from the wagon, so as to reduce the amount of easy fuel.
Then the foreign traveler will try to finish putting out the fire by throwing generous handfuls of snow on it.
It is hard work, and you haven't put out the fire, but you have slowed it down currently. From your closer point of view, it doesn't look like there is anything inside to save, other than the wagon itself, and the polar bears are still harnessed to it.
The goblins carry on fleeing, dashing as far away from you all as they can. The polar bears have spotted the fire and are trying to break free of their harnesses.
Once the flames are out, the two mighty animals could undoubtedly quickly tow either the wagon... or, if it is too damaged, just the sled. The return trip could then be easier and quicker.
Danon reaches the wagon and looks for any remaining fire, he uses elementalism to create a spray of cool mist to put out any remaining flames. Afterward, he gives help to Etriel to calm the polar bears, saying soothing words and lending his inner calm to reassure them. He looks up to spot the goblins in the distance, trying to track them and make sure they aren’t still attacking.
Etriel is able to get close enough to the polar bears (DC was 12). Danon can't do elementalism and help as both are actions (unless I missed a class feature). The polar bears are not hostile towards Etriel and so if she wishes on her next turn, can start freeing them (it takes an action per bear to free it).
Looking at them however, they are not as neutral to everyone else. They definitely look like if they were free they would not hesitate to attack anyone except for Etriel, but also they clearly are angry at the goblins and look like if they were not stopped, they would currently bolt after the fleeing goblins (which are still freeing).
Between everyone else, the fire looks to be coming under control. The roof has structural damage but the walls and floor seem to be holding up. There are still embers left but next turn they will be brought under control with one person still using their action to extinguish.

2nd roll for disadvantage: 11 to hit.
You all miss the goblin.

Neldak is hesitant to leave the sled they were sent to recover. So he will stay by it and hold a firebolt for any hostile creatures that approach.
Cirim will move up and attempt to put out the fire on the wagon if possible, helping Etriel.

Seeing no danger near the ingot sled, Neldak will start making his way to the others at the wagon.
Etriel Darastrix sees the polar bears in danger of panicking, so she leaves her companions to deal with the flames and briefly invokes the blessing of Sehanine Moonbow, the Daughter of the Night Skies upon herself... then goes to try to calm the polar bears.
Once the flames are out, the two mighty animals could undoubtedly quickly tow either the wagon... or, if it is too damaged, just the sled. The return trip could then be easier and quicker.
Etriel Darastrix's 'Guided' Animal Handling: 12
Cirim will continue to shovel snow onto the wagon fire!
Idalie, in her infinite wisdom, tries to put the fire out by casting a spell at it... specifically, Sorcerous Burst, dealing cold damage.
Sorcerous Burst vs... the fire, I guess
Attack: 24 Damage: 2 cold
If she rolls an 8 on the D8, she does a bonus 3 cold damage
"Don't worry, I'll put it out!" she announces.
Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

Etriel Darastrix's 'Guided' 2nd d20 roll, if Danon can help as he declared: 19
Thsi means a total of 19 + 4 + 3 = 26 on Animal Handling
