I thought a held attact was an action????? well crap i guess you are right I should have read the fine print and just took no action also i didnt see the 1 and thought it was a 9 so 19 oof this is going top be a short fight.
@Johnny2136, Navrine has one of her Focus Points marked as used. I don't recall what ability she used since the last long rest ... do you recall why you marked that one off?

Doing the arrow catch thing I wasnt allowed to do because my action for holding an attack used my reaction as well as my action so, this round I will do hand of healing and use that point for that. BUT befor I roll anything do you think that would be acceptable? I dont want to have to keep deleting posts... So this round I plan on dashing out and attacking the Baron the bonus action Flurry of blows with one of them being hand of healing on herself. Do you think that would work?
The main problem is the sharpshooter on the catwalk, but I don't think Nav could get to him up on that darn catwalk she can only jump 3 feet with strngth of 10 so thats why I thought the baron whould be her target.
Reminder that Navrine is close enough for Cassian to do his Protection reaction to impose disadvantage on attack rolls against her until his next turn if she gets attacked again. It has to be by an enemy he can see though so I think just the Baron.
@Secretfool, similar question. Doc has two spell slots marked off. I recall that he cast Bless. What was the other spell?
I marked off for healing word, so if that didn't go through I should have used only one indeed.

You can just move there instead of dashing. That would save an action that you could spend elsewhere.
EDIT — Never mind ... I see that is what you did. Threw me off when you said dash.
But yes, spending a Focus Point to use a bonus action on Flurry of Blows is acceptable (as is dedicating one of the Flurry of Blows unarmed strikes with use of Hand of Healing).
Due to reckless attack, the attacks against Chromir should have been at advantage (cancelled to a straight roll on the first) but they both hit so it won't make a difference (unless there is a crit and then more damage)
Also, Secretfool said that Doc's spiritual weapon was against Thorne not the guard (still would miss but affects placement)
Additional rage question. Can I start a rage without the last one ending? I ideally want to swap which "rage of the wilds" animal I have selected which can only be picked when you start raging, and I don't seem to be able to voluntarily end the rage before the end of my turn (and I don't want to be rageless when being attacked). But the conditions for starting a rage are just that you are not wearing heavy armour, and say nothing about not being in a rage already.
I am aware they won't stack, but mobility is not my concern anymore so the Eagle spirit isn't most effective, and I would rather have something like the Wolf to give everyone else advantage on Thorne.
During that attack sequence on Chromir, the werewolf ended up rolling a d20 three times (20-15-15).
At first, I thought is was disadvantage followed by normal ... so (20-15) & (15). This was one crit and one hit.
But you correctly pointed out it should have been a straight roll, followed by advantage ... so still three dice.
So, in order, the three dice would have ended up (20) & (15-15).
Since I already had three d20 attack rolls to use ... I won't toss another die to see if there was a crit on attack #2. And the attack sequence will remain one crit followed by one hit.
Since the baron acts at the top of the init order ... I'll post his actions next ... and then you guys are off to the races.
You guys figured it out! A werewolf is the big bad of this encounter.
Happy Hunting!
Oof, those damage rolls -.-;;
Navrine does not have a reaction left to take in this round as she has already used a reaction to perform her readied attack.
Once you take a reaction, you can’t take another one until the start of your next turn.

It's an action to declare holding an attack, but taking that held attack is a reaction (which is why you can do it outside of your turn)
After joining more my signature got out of hand so I am now a proud member of the extended signature club!! :)

The dex check I rolled was a complete accident. Also, my advantage attack was literally a 1 and a 20. Could not be more extreme.

Ah, that makes perfect sense. Thanks.

Everyone can see the guard. He was hiding earlier, and was noticed by Doc. Now that he has attacked, he is no longer hidden.
Makes perfect sense, thank you.

Thank you very much ... I was in such a hurry to post the round I missed both of those!

Sure. I don't see why not.
