For Grigor to get sneak dmg without advantage, an ally needs to be within 5' of the target (not Grigor) but Sigurd doesn't need to get that close if he doesn't want to, Grigs can get adv from steady aim and/or vex most turns. ))
Hearther doesn't move at all to maintain his hidden status. Pushoverthen steels herself to nab the device; her heart is pounding, and it doesn't help that there's a second one crawling along her back, beating just as fast. But, she pushes through, and silently commands the ghost of Aebelskink's hand to snatch up the artifact and return to her. She then calls out to the party, 'Somebody grab the woman and the body of the goblin's friend! I've got the artifact, and I think this golem is going to come after it, so if we grab everything else, we can make a run for it!'

Heeding Pushover's words, K will grab the corpse of the dwarf and help Gorkoh move the body, preparing to get out of the room as soon as Sigurd or Gris grabs the woman.
Sigurd will spend an action (and a use of his healer's kit) to stabilize Grigor. He will then move to b7 to pick up his net (free action) and then finish his move to e7.
K curses under her breath. The golem just won't leave them alone. It looks like they'd have to destroy it before they can safely leave this room. With one hand holding up one side of the corpse, she fires off a spell at the golem with the other free hand. [Eldritch Blast: 19 to hit, 5 Force damage on hit]
Pushover yelps as the golem's hammer just barely soars past her, knocking the orrery clean from her mage hand. As she looks over to see where it might have fallen, she spots Grigor has been downed by its blow, and Sigurd tending to his wounds. Trying stop her taking an artifact from her is one thing, but now this beast is harming her friends, which means Pushover's now more determined than ever to take the orrery from it, but now, rather than just fleeing with the loot, she thinks the golem deserves being put out of commission before she claims the prize. Following K's lead, she twists round, and sends a wave of magic missiles at the construct, dealing 7 force damage.
Grigor snores contentedly, dreaming of happier times. Times where the damsels in distress were grateful for his help and offered him hugs instead of trying to stab him.

Sigurd will use his move action to place himself in the south hex of Grigor to give the bugbear advantage on his attacks.

The ghostly hand is able to bring the object over to Pushover.

The golem winds up its hammer once more, this time aiming at the floating orrery.

(Null damage but will decide which way it is flung. Hits on 11 or higher.)
It then swings it across the room, going for the closest one near the golem, Grigs.
