(Checked up on the net equipment, will have to go with the 2024 version since legacy only allows for just a net attack. Not a big change, it just changes it so instead of attacking with the net it's a dex save for the enemy. Will still let you attack right after.)
Hearther helpsPushover with her spell, wiggling its antennae and throbbing with magical power to imbue more strength into its spellbook progenitor. Pushover herself tests the waters with a [Tooltip Not Found] to the golem, seeing if it has any resistances or vulnerabilities to her magical speciality: [Action: Firebolt to hit with advantage: 13, 8 fire damage on a hit]
"Oh that's bad." Hoping he's not making a really dumb mistake, the bugbear runs up to the machinery. "You know how you run this thing?" Asking the goblin as he goes. "Or your buddy?
Grigor starts trying to figure out how to shut the thing down because it did not look like they were smashing this thing. "Might be a grab the girl and run kind of situation." He warns as he tries to make sense of the contraption. An off swifch, a big red button, a gear to shove a dagger into.
((Investigation 10, move and dash I think to get there))
The altar is made of granite and covered in runes. The center of it, a slightly elevated portion of it, seems to have some scorch marks. Nothing seems to connect to the golem above the altar.
Gorkoh shakes his head as Grig's question snaps him from his shock. "Not know! Caerhan just want to break clock thing!" Gorkoh moves closer to the golden device. The golem blares with a whining sound.
"ALERT, HOSTILE IN RANGE OF DANGEROUS ARCANE OBJECT! MAXIMUM PRIORITY!"
Which is enough to make the goblin take a step back. The golem calms down then looks towards Grigs.
"Hostile clear of object, priority lowered. Hostile near altar, higher priority."
Pushover's ears prick up when she hears the golem mention the dangerous arcane object; it must be the golden device that looks like an orrery, lying at Grigor's feet Whilst the long-armed bugbear probably had a great throw, Pushover's catching skills were quite the opposite, so instead she opts for grabbing the object with her mage hand. Perhaps she was making a big mistake, but this seemed to be the final room, and the golem was seemingly invulnerable to her magical speciality, so she thought this was the next best option.
Flicking through her spellbook, she finds a page marked with a grisly drawing of a severed demon hand. Under her breath she mutters 'Aebelskink. I bring forth your will to grasp, your will to clutch, and your will to seize.' As she finishes her quiet prayer, a ghostly whisper emanates from the book as a spectral projection of the severed hand drags itself free from the image on the page. Hearther recoils from it, the reflection of the ghostly image visible in his round compound eyes, then hides away on Pushover's back, fearful of both the combat occuring, and this macabre cousin of his. The hand lingers in the air for a few moments, flexing its fingers slowly, before drifting towards the magical artifact, hovering above it.
[Hearther's Action: Hides behind Pushover, Nat 20] [Pushover's Action: Casts mage hand on g2, assuming that's the arcane object mentioned (hoping it weighs under 10 pounds, too!)]
Seeing as Pushover is gonna examine the orrery and possibly figure out how it's connected to the golem and/or the possessed woman, K will continue to focus on attacking the golem since her spell seemed to do some damage, hoping to buy time for all of them. She hurls another beam, but is distracted by the ghostly image of the hand Pushover summons. [Eldtrich Blast: 6 to hit, probably missed. 7 Force damage if hit, tho.]

Grigs manages to dodge the golem's swing with an accompanying string of goblin profanity. To the goblin he asks, "Your friend still alive?"
Sigurd could handle the woman by himself, right? Grigor didn't think he could do much to the golem or the altar, but he felt like he should distract the thing while Pushover did whatever brainy plan she had. He lashes out with his shortsword to set up a dagger thrust at the machine-man's gubbins, then he dances to the side so they're all spread out.
14 atk 7 dmg (piercing, vex)
26 atk (crit) 5 dmg (piercing, nick) ?+8?
critted sneak dmg on the dagger only if the 14 hits
Nick makes the dagger part of his attack, so BA disengage if needed and move to H or I 1. He's trying to keep the golem in his 10' reach and not sure if it's the same size as the altar.
(Holiday rush is in effect so replies will be delayed.)
(Surprise attack nor sneak attack is applied, as the golem had taken its turn already, no advantage on attack, or ally within 5 feet of the golem. And no need for disengage as you never left its reach.)
The guard woman raises her sword and swings at Sigurd.
Grig's dagger does manage to dig into the insides of the of the golem. The whining of gears can be heard as the golem seemingly spasms before it pushes the dagger out.
Gorkoh looks at Grigs then the dwarf's corpse. "Caerhan's head is open..." Despite saying that, the goblin had begun to drag the corpse to the entrance of the room.
(The golem is above the altar so any attacks at the altar's square will hit it.)

Ava's Dex Save: 18
Sigurd's net wraps around the possessed guard, followed by a chop of his hand axe, the blunt side striking her.
Hearther is up

Killer Queen has already extended this signature, though not by much!
K also attacks the golem, a beam of crackling energy hurling from her hand. [Eldritch Blast: 22 to hit, 6 Force damage on a hit]
Pushover's bolt seems to bounce off the golem's body as K's beam leaves a dent in the machine. The golem whirs as it seems to scan the room.
"Arcane sources detected and acknowledged. Prioritize threats to personnel."
Golem will join initiative order next round, Grigs is up.

Ava struggles within the net.
Strength save: 19
Ava tears the net from her, freeing herself.

Im assuming the red head is still conscious and acting robotic, will attack to subdue, if not will move to the golem (to e1) and attack.
If the girl - subdual attack: 25/1 Damage: 10 subdual. offhand \: 18/15 Damage: 4 subdual. If she is down will move to space e1.
If Golem - attack: 25 Damage: 10 slashing, offhand attack: 1 damage: 4

(The girl spent her turn freeing herself. So no advantage on attacks against her right now.)
The possessed girl takes both attacks head on, not faltering. She remains standing as she looks ahead, her eyes still fully illuminated.
Pushover and K are up.

(Oddly enough, doesn't say how heavy it is.)
The golem does not seem to react to Pushover's spectral hand. It's focus comes down onto Grigs as it begins to spin its maul.
Attack: 6 Damage: 3 at Grigs
Then it suddenly launches the maul at Sigurd.
Attack: 6 Damage: 8 at Sigurd
The maul springs back to the golem.
Grigs is up.
