MrUncleTio Dragonshield Black literally can't be targetted. So, if you're looking to "hug" an unwilling target (who sees you as a threat) there's implied resistance. So, even if your intentions are non-lethal, it's still not consensual. So there'd be a melee touch attack involved to force him into the hug, which would fail automatically without a successful WIS check.

Now, if Dragonshield Black suddenly thought of you as a dear friend, or lover, and wanted to embrace you, there'd be no need to target him. It would be consensual contact, so the attempt would be automatically successful.

Collecting the treasure is up to you. If you decide to do so, you may decide how it's collected and dispersed. Since Orr the Unseen is a guild member, and not a guild leader, they will only collect their percentage of the bounty (10%), and whatever treasure you give them apart from that.

If you collect a coin purse, roll for what coins you get based on the information provided.

Still working long hours. Been good though not too stressful. I did have to work through fathers day and today is my birthday but it’s a means to an end.

All of us roll with disadvantage. This not going well. 

I did the math wrong. You're still not within its tremor sense range based on your maximum movement speed. I didn't bother to add rubble and the scampering spiders, which are currently closer noises to the worm. So, you're not in immediate danger, even if you failed the stealth roll. However, getting too close to it and making to much noise will make you a more enticing meal than giant spiders would.
