(I maybe wrong but I think we are all still invisible barring Simon and if they do not fight, Ianjin will try to keep the enchantment on him as long as possible. Perhaps, Simon can draw them away in the minute that they are indifferent to him? Or mention that he saw a disturbance in one corner of the room to draw them there while everyone leaves, then we might be able to lock them in? I don't know, just a few suggestions.)
(Ah, understood. Retcon)
Simon will then continue to speak calmly and clearly. "Apologies I stumbled into a portal and ended up in this strange room. I have no desire to cause you any harm nor remain here any longer than is necessary. If you would kindly escort me out of the area I would appreciate it."
(Not sure if I should roll or not. I tried very hard to make everything said there the truth)
Both the lesser guards seize Simon by his shoulders, showcasing their firm grips as they drag him out of the room while the captain leads them. This leaves the main group away from Simon.
Ianjin barely breathed as he watched Simon get dragged away. His instincts screamed at him to act—but not yet. Not recklessly. The moment Simon was out of sight, he was as good as gone. The council would decide his fate? That didn’t sound like a trial—it sounded like an execution. 'Nope. Not happening.' Silently, invisibly, he followed.
He moved with careful, feather-light steps, keeping his distance but tracking their path. His wings remained tucked, his every sense honed on the guards’ movements. The moment they reached the first intersection, where they would have to turn one way or another, he acted. From the shadows, Ianjin flicked his wrist and sent a small object clattering down the opposite corridor. A loose stone would do just fine, but if nothing was around, he’d improvise—a spoon, a small metal implement from his cook’s utensils, whatever would make a sharp, distinct clang against the stone floor. The noise rang out, bouncing down the hallway. Then, he retreated back, pressed into the shadows, watching. Come on. Take the bait.
"Well, this isn't good. Two guards are taking Simon away and the captain is going towards a mysterious noise a different direction. I wonder what made the noise over there. I hope it is not a dog. I don't like dogs. And I wonder what the others are doing. Oh yeah, they are also invisible so I cannot see them. Hey, I'm still invisible. How cool! I'm getting better at hide and seek! Speaking of sneaking, maybe I will sneak after the captain. Yeah, I will do that. If only my chainmail wasn't so noisy. I just hope the others will take care of Simon. He seems nice."Igneous has his internal monologue going full force now but decides to pull his sword and move to further isolate then attack the captain.
Ianjin stayed perfectly still, listening as the captain veered toward the noise—'good, that worked'. But then came the faint clink of armor. 'Igneous'. He exhaled silently. Hopefully, the big guy could handle himself—or get help if needed. But right now, Simon was still being dragged away. With the captain distracted, Ianjin slipped after the two remaining guards, gliding silently through the corridor. He couldn’t risk an attack yet—not until he knew exactly where they were taking him, or until he could diminish their numbers further. While following, he checks careful what is responsible of the lighting in the corridor, is it oil lamps or torches or are there windows that let in light?
Simon tries to comply willingly, hoping to keep the guards calm, until the captain walks away and then he goes full dead weight, using Thaumaturgy to make his eyes gloss over and foam at the mouth

The guards hold Simon up as he nearly falls over. They look towards each other, then at Simon’s foaming mouth, and then begin to panic chaotically.

Stealth 20, 17 (with disadvantage)
The captain, ever ignorant of the two who are invisible, picks up the spoon in confusion. Finally, it hits him.
Ianjin looked worried at Simon for a moment until he realized that it's just for show. He waits patiently how it plays out. Will one of them leave looking for help? He and Simon should be able to take on one guard easily enough.
Fitz will stand up from behind the desk. The guards with their back to him was probably the only advantage he will have to get off a good shot before all hell breaks loose. Fitz draws back his bow and aims at the spine of one of the guards.

The captain guard stares hard at Simon for a moment, judging him.
”You’ll be coming with us. The council decides your fate now.”
Fitz will be holding a bow attack if this goes south waiting for a good time to jump up and strike if needed.
Good luck Simon lol

The guards stop with a grunt, turning around abruptly. The captain guard speaks up.
”I’ll check it out. You two keep going.”
He turns toward the source of the clanking noise, his footsteps quickening as he follows the sound.

Valeria draws her club and follows the captain. As soon as he discovers the spoon, she'll do some violence.

“Uh, oh. Time to Gronk out.” By that he means to attack the captain with his long sword. (Attack 23, damage 6)
OOC - I assume surprise but initiative if needed is 21 or 17 (advantage)
Valeria doesn't want to kill the poor guy, he's just doing his job. However, they cannot let Simon be dragged away. So....
Valeria becomes visible in a sparkling wave of light as she casts shillelagh on her club and tries to whack him over the head.
