"One more thing," she adds "“Our scouts haven’t been able to get too close, but they say we’ll face dozens or even hundreds of skeletons and zombies all around the fortress. They have a few wagons, or perhaps large creatures, with them—that’s not clear. I’ve had conflicting reports about the horde’s leader, but it’s some kind of ghost or creature made of dark mist.”
Sakura would request a sharpening tool for his shortsword, he wanted to make sure he would be able to stop as many enemies as he could "do you have an expected number of the army coming?" Armor wise he asked for a Mithral Chain Shirt (uncommon).
The young soldier returns with the items (Pike (3), a Maul, 3 score of arrows (no need to track ammunition), a Whetstone, and a chain shirt.)
Regarding expected numbers She would say “Our scouts haven’t been able to get too close, but they say we’ll face dozens or even hundreds of skeletons and zombies all around this part of the fortress. They have a few wagons, or perhaps large creatures, with them—that’s not clear."
She adds "I just wish I had more time. I’ve had conflicting reports about the horde’s leader, some are saying it’s some kind of ghost or creature made of dark mist, but I'm not sure if that is true or not."
Kronk picks up a couple pikes and the wooden maul and turns to the group. "Seeing where we are to be defending I would suggest Silvermoon or Neverwinter are the best deployments we can make. With the limited resources we have it would be nice if Corlie could come forth with a little more of a payment to make our sacrifice worth it."
Hearing all of this information, Mistyis taken aback.
"Oh my, I'm definitely in over my head with this one." she quietly mutters to herself.
"Umm... I may need some extra crossbow bolts... but only if you have them to spare. I am pretty adept at healing, but I've never been one for combat strategy. So... umm... where ever you guys think is best, I'll follow and do my best." Realizing that she must still be in this world for a reason, she tries to put forth her best can do attitude.
Sakura would put his chain shirt under his common apparel, he was ready for whatever was to come, he would confidently wave his sword in the air. "This is going to be a piece of cake"
"Good choice." She says "Those priests of Gond do great work. The Trebuchet will be great against any big targets. Ok. Go ahead and take your position and be ready."
If there was no other questions, she will leave you to your post.
Please determine who will operate the Trebuchet and where you will position yourself in your section. Here is a map of this section you will be guarding:
With my carpet of flying, I would like to fly 25 feet in the air out in front of the wall, don't really care beyond that. I will cast gust barrier until enemies arrive.
Kronk takes the pikes over to the parapet and places them in handy locations. "That should allow us to take care of any ladders that get past the barrier or trebuchet."

Kronk goes to the edge of the parapet and looks down. "Is there any way we can get a couple of pikes in case they decide to storm the walls?"
Out of my mind, be back shortly.
She calls over one of the 'all-too-young' solder and has him gather any needed common equipment you might need.
(Beside the pikes, any other equipment you might like to have?)

"Since we are dealing with skeletons, I could use a wooden maul. Folks from the map which section should we take?"
Out of my mind, be back shortly.
"Well, Since we're up against hordes, Ii could use a lit more arrows, I only have twenty."

"All I'm able to provide is common items."
Sakura you get a Chain Shirt.

"Well that certainly doesn't sound good. But I suppose it is to be expected."

Misty readies her crossbow and looks out into the distance, awaiting the coming attack.
Who hasn't posted their position yet?

(My bad)
sakura would be standing on the gate near the center, he would be looking out in the distance wondering when the dead where coming.
Kronk grabs a few loose stones and throws them out as range markers.
Out of my mind, be back shortly.
Misty will remain as close to the trebuchet as possible to feel more secure and help with loading and firing if needed.
