I love what you have done. I have some feedback though. Slavery is illegal in Dwendalia, with up to nearly 2 years incarceration for the practice. It is only practiced on a national level by the Iron Authority, a hobgoblin nation in Tal'Dorei. Would you be willing to swap that history for something like prisoners? Also, I noticed you stated that you have orc parents, but have chosen elven lineage for your PC. Is this a mistake?

I can change it to be prisoners. The reason I said my parents are orc but I am an elf is because I tried to implement the Luxon's ritual of consecution as a reason for adventuring. If that can't happen, then I can think of another reason for adventuring with your help.

Ah, I misunderstood. I did not catch that Frekor also died during the complicated birth and was reborn through consecution. When a consecuted person dies, the soul is placed in a new body and born anew. This is perfectly acceptable and fits just fine.

I didn't mean that he died in childbirth, he lived as an orc until he died and after some lives he was reborn as an elf without finding his parents reborned, hence his resentment towards Luxon's "rebirth". But if you prefer that he died as a baby and grew normaly with the same resentment, then let's go with that.
I love what you did with your PC. I have feedback for you as well. I noted that you do not have Tinker's Tool Proficiency, nor do you have Tinker's Tools in your Equipment. That would make it difficult to repair when Misfires inevitably happen. The cantrip Mending is not permitted in the specific criteria to repair a Misfire or a complete break. Strictly speaking, you do not need Proficiency, but it it would be giving up the Proficiency Bonus with a tool you will likely use semi-regularly. A Misfire Score of 1 is as common as a Critical Hit (5%).
Also, because we are only at level 4, I would say only one Firearm to start.

Thank you for the clarification. Funnily enough, this can be easily understood if I had read the last paragraph more carefully. I apologize and on a second read, this is perfectly clear. The misunderstanding is mine.

Ah. Well, I didn’t have any options to take Tinkers Tool proficiency but if I can find a way to make that happen I will. Assuming I can figure that out, I’m assuming I could also pick up a set of tinkers tools. As for the firearms, I’m fine with just one. Makes sense. With martial weapon proficiencies, do I need the gunner feat to be proficient with firearms? I know it gives me other things but that’s one area I could modify to get the tinker tools.

Since I’m baking firearms into the religion, can I take tinkers tools instead of smithing tools as part of the forge domain? I need tinkers tools to make bullets as well. I’d love a whole firearms domain instead of forge domain but that’s not a thing that I know of
Also, would that check be intelligence? If so I may need to move around some stats.

I believe the Artisan Background provides proficiency in any Artisan Tool, of which Tinker's Tools should be one (IIRC). I think you can swap equipment around to have the 50 gold necessary to pick it up. Martial Weapon Proficiency does not extend to Firearms, unfortunately. I just tested it on my Fighter to be sure. Firearms are intentionally made a tad difficult to get in D&D. It may be better to go without Proficiency in Firearms for a few levels until you can pick up another Feat, but these are just recommendations to make the pain points less painful. I definitely don't want to make the decisions for you.
2A. Can I switch the smiths tools from forge domain to tinkers tools?
2B. Can I switch calligraphers tools from acolyte background for tinkers tools?
3. If not, I don’t have the 2024 Artisan background. Can I use the Guild Artisan from 2014? If so, that creates other problems because 2024 backgrounds work differently from 2014 backgrounds. So not sure how to address this. See question 2 for an easy solution.
Worse case scenario I’ll drop the gunner feat but I’d rather keep it.

I have a general inflexibility when it comes to Firearms. I am willing to allow them, but at the first two tiers of play, they are very powerful having seen it myself in the past. The trade for the power are the things you give up to get them, such as having to give up Feats you would put elsewhere. I acknowledge that bias based on anecdotal experience. That said, you are a class that does not get extra attack, so maybe I can loosen up a bit on that position. It isn't a big deal when you only get one attack, I think. I will allow it. See below for details.

1. The Check depends on the skill used. For example, if you were trying to determine why an item broke, you would use Tinker's Tools and Investigation. If you are trying to repair from a Misfire, I believe that could be either Investigation (Intelligence) or a Sleight of Hand (Dexterity) Check, as 2024 rules state the Sleight of Hand is for performing legerdemain.
2A. I am going to say sure if you are sure you can keep track of all the changes you are making, because I don't plan to. I spend very little time in PC sheets and trust the players to know their PCs for me.
2B. This is also not a burdensome change to track (for me), so I will allow it.
3. I have the Core Rules for 2024 and if selected, you can make any 2024 rules appropriate changes at that time.
I am happy to flex a bit for your gun-toting wishes. :)
Okay, well if you pick me I’d either look at artisan or switch calligraphy to tinker.
One more question. Just curious why you think guns are so problematic. They are not really any more effective than magic, and they have the downside of needing reload, several feats, and the misfire chance. Spells like eldritch blast and fire bolt are same/similar damage and don’t have those downsides. Just curious.
And if the guns are a problem, I’m happy to change directions. I just thought it was a fun part of Exandria to pull in.

While Firearms are as powerful as spells, you do not have a limited currency as casters do with spell slots. Ignoring the Reload property calls for only a single Feat, making them just as powerful, but virtually infinite for the purposes of a battle. After three battles between a Long Rest, casters are spent. The Firearm user is still ready to continue blasting monsters with nova strikes. In Critical Role, Percy was far and away the highest damage dealer, ahead of a full caster (see the Internet discussion on the Caster/Martial divide to see why that is especially meaningful) and a rogue with like, four fully awakened Vestiges of Divergence.
Eldritch Blast is a flat D10 until you invest in Agonizing Blast, which also, if you are investing your Invocations into, you have decided to invest at least two more to further augment EB. A tax on the Warlock that makes them powerful with EB, but also locks them out of other, far more interesting options and gobbles up Warlock development for three tiers of play. Outside of EB, no cantrip can compete with Firearms until Tier 2, by which point Martials get multiple Attacks, which dramatically increases the gap between cantrips.
I also think Firearms can be fun. I played a Gunslinger in an Exandria game years ago. Even without bending the rules like we are here, I was THE damage dealer through the first two tiers of play before I eventually swapped him for a Bard. I have two martials in the current game who I would like to not make feel emasculated by allowing too many accommodations for Firearms. The things you have asked for have not been unreasonable, however.
Two fantastic applicants. I will review these after work today. Thank you both for putting in the work!
