Rocks and loose debris clatter underfoot as Aria and Mir advance towards the back of the cave. It starts to become more narrow, and then bends to the right at about a 90° angle. Around the bend, the tunnel splits around a pillar of rock, which blocks your view.

Around the pillar of rock, the path becomes one again, before splitting once more around a larger section of rock. The paths then briefly join together again, before opening up into a semi-furnished room:
An oval cavern opens here, forty feet wide and sixty feet long. Dark purple tapestries hang on the walls. At the center stands a pedestal fashioned of severed arms arranged to clutch one another in a cone. Cradled in the uppermost hands is a glowing crystal sphere. A dark sigil with an eyelike slit floats above the sphere.

(Thresher was checking out the wall opposite to you, so there's no wall opposite that one other than the entrance. I mostly wanted to make sure Mir wasn't checking the back wall.)
Mir finds nothing. The closest thing to treasure he sees is the glowing orb in the center of the room.
He does notice what Thresher does though, that the curtains in the back are rustling slightly.
