Thokk moves to (H15) and jabs at the Pineapple Tossing Monkey (0/??) (H16) dealing 10 points of piercing damage with his trident.

 Julien, while concentrating on a spell you can still attack. You just lose concentration on your spell if you cast another one that requires concentration. I will allow you to post your attack still if you'd like.

Thokk will ready an action to throw his trident at the monkey if he shows any further aggregation towards Julien. In case it is needed:

-> Trident (ranged weapon attack) vs. Small monkey: Attack: 18 Damage: 6 piercing.

-> Thokk would throw the other trident he collected, the silvered one.

The small monkey eyes you for a moment Julien but ultimately grabs your ration and takes off deeper in the direction you were headed. This gives you all a chance if you have a range based attack to make an attack - if you so desire.

Ending combat

You were originally moving inland looking for high ground before the monkeys for whatever reason decided to become hostile to you. You all push up to what is probably close to the center of the island. From here you have a good view, you can see another small building like the one you arrived in on the opposite direction. You can see what appears to be another monolithic structure south of your location, as well as the sheer cliffs south of you in the cove. At this highest point there are a group of tents set up. The fire pit is empty and doesn't appear to have been lit recently. Without looking in the tents you can hear a monkey inside one of the tents.

I'll take care of the monkey ;) leave no survivors ween off the weakened. Wouldn't Bastmao have advantage on attack roll since the monkey wouldn't be looking in his direction while running off? 

Thokk would like to look for signals concerning what happened to those who set up camp here beforehand.

Bastmao you wouldn't have advantage, but eventually you find the monkey in the tent so it's easy enough to kill him, if that's what you want to do.

Thokk, looking around the camp it seems abandoned. There is a barrel with a few short swords in it, the crates and barrels that had food have been picked clean or totally destroyed leading you to believe the local animals have probably been eating out of them. There is a single banner on the side of the larger tent with the same symbols that are on the back of the cloaks some of you had taken earlier while in the armory. Overall you can gather the camp is a place for people to stay while they're traveling through.

Bastmao clutches/grab at his chest not again! and take out his black heart pendant opens it (does play music) he calms down and places it back around his neck tightly. and joins the rest of the party.

Thokk stares at Bastmao non-apologetically: "I couldn't help but notice: you seem to speak to yourself quite frequently. Mind explaining that a bit? Its a bit unsettling, you know... The half-orc seems curios, not trying to pick a fight or anything

Bastmao looks at Thokk with uncertainty. Thokk it it is just a personal thing is all nothing to really wo worry about I I am sorry that it unsettles you I hope we don't have to kill anymore animals or anything else though rather we get through this area peacefully. He grins at Thokk

Julien lowers his head in sadness at all the poor little monkeys that had to be slain here.  He will say a little prayer to Ilmater before getting ready to move on.  He will then head over to the new monolith, comparing it to the one they saw before.

OOC: Julien when you're investigating it are you touching it, walking around it, throwing something at it or just looking at it? How are you investigating the monolith?

"If you say so..." Thokk says to Bastmao. "It looks like Julien went ahead a bit. Come, let's catch up".

Renn walks around the monolith carefully reading the symbols without touching.

Julien is just walking around it for now, seeing if its the same as the one before or if there's anything different. 

Actually I'll say he runs his hand along it too, just to see if it feels colder/warmer then it should here, and to see if its the same material as the last one.
