Dev turns to Paddy with an even bigger grin on his face. "Just as well I came over then, ain't it! Best let 'em come to us, eh?" He pulls out his rabbits foot and kisses it once again.
Dev and Paddy, you stand in the wreckage of the door, staring directly into the captain’s quarters. The two zombies are currently positioned around the middle of the room (one by the desk and the other looming near the bed). Valeria, Pev, and Lothia, depending on your positions on the deck, your view into the cabin is partially blocked by the doorframe and Paddy and Dev’s broad shoulders.
Dev moves into the cabin, relishing the thought of another fight, but this time he keeps his temper in check. (moves 10ft inside the cabin, so 1 is left and 2 is above him). "C'mon, ye slimy bastards. Lets be 'aving ye." He swings his axe in a huge arc (zombie 2), but completely misjudges the back swing, burying it deep in to the wooden wall of the cabin.
Pev moves backward keeping Zombie 1 in his sights, sparks shake of his lit brass hat, like a dog shaking off fleas, and wick and spiral toward the undead.
Lothia, in spite of having stood just behind Dev and Paddy, went from muttering words of frustration from the pair crowding the door to sighing in relief and softly saying, "About time" as Dev rushed into the fray, opening up more viewing room. "Oh, well, would you look at that? More of Umberlee's forgotten playthings. Right then, time to close some more chapters, I suppose."She said, and with a casual flourish while drawing forth her book, she turned the nearby shadows in the room into translucent chains that wrapped around one zombie and sapped its strength, then flung a warbling mass of acidic energy at its face.
Bonus Action: Move Hex to Zombie 1, giving it disadvantage on it's strength checks.

Hearing more commotion from where goldie is exploring now, Valeria quickly moves closer to see what is up this time, and as she spots more shambling dead she calls upon her sorcerous magic to send a ball of flames towards the closest one in sight.
As pandemonium breaks out in the captain's quarters, Paddy shouts over the din. "Hey! Will ye cop on an' and get on the one page? The quicker we put down one o' these grimy slobberchops, the easier it'll be t' take down the other..."
The cleavers flash in his hands, suddenly whizzing through the air towards a shambling zombie's rotting head. "Mornin' Cap'n! Hope ye won't take it personal loike, but this here's what we call a bleedin' mutiny!"
When one of the cleavers lands with a satisfying thunk, he draws his crossbow and steps aside to load it with ammunition.

The first zombie wails in pain as Pev's radiant light descends upon it, followed by Lothia and Val's magic as well. It looks quite beaten even before Paddy's well-aimed weapons cleave its head clean off its body. The headless corpse slumps to the floor in a smouldering pile of decaying flesh.
The second zombie, completely oblivious to the fate that just befell its companion, shuffles forward. It attempts to slam its decaying arms right into Dev while the barbarian is busy pulling his giant axe free from where it got stuck in the woodwork. Attack: 10 Damage: 7
"Oi. None o'that, ye slitherin' eejit,"Dev curses at the zombie as he ducks under its arms. He laughs in delight as the axe finally comes free. "Let’s be trying that again, shall we, laddie," and he swings the axe in an arc once more, intended to cleave the creature in half. It slashes through the zombie, and with the momentum of the swing, he manages to direct the blade to where the other had stood but a moment ago, now lying slumped, headless on the ground
Attack zombie 2: 23 Damage: 7 Cleave attack on zombie 1: 20 Damage: 1 (Rage not engaged at the moment)
Paddy peeks around the corner, laughing as the first zombie crumples, and the second flails unsuccessfully at Dev.
He grins tauntingly at the first mate, raising his crossbow with the cold-eyed swagger of a pirate who knows the battle is won. "Look at moi... oi'm the cap'n now!"
A bolt shears through the stale, salty air, but sails wide of its mark. Instead it punctures the walls of the Captain's Quarters harmlessly, in contrast to the dragonborn's bravado.
ACTION: Attack with Light Crossbow. To hit: 9. Damage: 10. BONUS ACTION: None. MOVEMENT: None.
Although she had half a mind to stand back and take notes instead once the first zombie finally collapsed to the ground, she clicked her tongue and mentally chided for the thought. "You're the captain? Darling, if anyone's gonna be captain of any vessel, I think it'a be Dear Dev over there." She joked with Paddy while turning her magic upon the remaining zombie. That is, if the others hadn't put it down by the time she just about finished the incantation.
Bonus Action: Move Hex to Zombie 2, giving it disadvantage on it's strength checks.
Action: Cast Sorcerous Burst at Zombie 2. To Hit: 18 For: 6 Acid and 5 Necrotic Damage.

With all of the attacks finding their mark, it doesn't take long until the zombie is significantly hurt. Pev's radiant energy surges through the creature, completely evaporating whatever remained of it.
Silence falls back on the main deck.
It is clear that the now-empty cabin was once the captain's quarters, still retaining that aura of authority even after all the time that has passed.
Lothia waited all of three seconds after the last zombie appeared to fall before snapping her book shut once more. "And at that, a few more of her play things are finally able to rest! A bit too brief a battle for a good story, but something memorable for me at least! Speaking of memorable, I'll be right back! But, you darlings do give me a hollar if you run into any more of those poor little drowned man if anything comes up. I won't be far." At that, Lothia took off unless someone stopped her, returned to the chamber she'd checked out for the THIRD time, and finally set about trying to pull up the raised piece of wood Pev pointed out last time to see what was up with it!

"Persistent, aren't they? Good team work though, the nasty undead on this wreck hasn't really stood a chance against our combined power." Valeria says, seeming pleased with the clean efficiency with how the undead have been dealt with so far. She hasn't forgotten about the feather though, and steps out to look to the sky for any over-sized vultures returning to their nest.

Lothia, as you lift the raised floorboard, you hear the tiny click of a spring being sprung. It is followed by a barely perceptible whoosh as a small dart shoots up from the opening!
Attack: 21 Damage: 4
If it hits, please roll a Constitution saving throw. On 10 or lower, you take 1 Poison damage.
In the small compartment under the floorboard rests a sack full of 200 gp.
Val, the sky remains as empty as before. You don't sense anyone else's presence on the ship, besides that of your fellow party members.
Dev turns to Paddy with an even bigger grin on his face. "Just as well I came over then, ain't it! Best let 'em come to us, eh?" He pulls out his rabbits foot and kisses it once again.
