Kinnik's target struggles for a moment with Kinnik's strange puppetry but manages to cut the invisible strings and wrangle control back.
Kinnik spits in frustration. "Jesker can do anything... Jesker can kiss my ass," he mutters. Zephyr pops her head out of his breast pocket and chitters at him. "No, I don't think I can catch up to them in this thing, Zeph. I don't have anything that can speed us up, either. Although..." He looks at the fleeing vessels and does a bit of hedging about their intended destination, flying closer between spires and taking small shortcuts to reduce the total distance he's traveling.
Insight/perception: 14 (rolled on discord- if this should be acrobatics instead: 17)
No attacks seem to land as fire and bolts free fall down onto the city.
Kinnik tries to make sense of the pathing, but the skycoach seems to be taking erratic turns and twists as it climbs ever higher in the city. At best, it seems the ones of the soarsleds are trying to distract everyone from the skycoach.
(Waiting for Shroud before I post what all the enemies do.)

Thanks to Olen's urging, Kinnik stops bobbing and weaving and instead zeroes in on the coach. "Why am I so bad at this?" he says as he looks down to Zeph (who shrugs her tiny shoulders).
Vasha's smile is immediately comforting and off-putting, "You ought to know by now not to ask until it's done! Throw it here, or hold one end if you think you're stable enough."

(When you say Skycoach, you mean Skyraft, yes? You cannot reach the Skycoach (enemies). You can reach the Skyraft that Shroud is in. Also, around is 6 secs. I'll allow the grasping of rope to fill your interact with objects and the tying it to the Skyraft to be your movement + your action. However, first, the enemies will act. I will post that tonight when I get a chance! Just so you know, doing all the stuff with the rope will count as your turn if you decide to proceed. Cap throwing you the rope counts as an action for him. You will, of course, have a chance to take back these turns until after you have seen what the enemy team plans to do.)

(The enemy are distributed between 1Skycoach and 3Soarsleds. The Skycoach is a multi person (more then 2?) standing/sitting vehicle with lever controls.)
Finally, the cloaked figure who ordered the attack is one and the same as the guy Vasha tried to blow off literally. He flies close to her and brandishes a flail. He swings at her twice!

Copper yelps as the bolt sinks in, his own bolt sailing past his attacker in response. With a growl of frustration, Copper tries to zero in on the fleeing skycoach, lining himself up to avoid crashing into the towers.
Olenwill do everything within his power to keep right on the tail of the Skycoach. (Let me know if I need to make any rolls for this)
if any of the enemy Soarsleds come within 30ft of Olen, he will use Master of Tactics to give advantage to the next attack, against the first one to do so.
Bonus Action: Help action on first enemy Soarsled to come within 30ft - Advantage on next attack against target. "You got a hole in your coin pouch! All your coins are falling out!"
Kinnik squawks in pain. The first bolt just grazes his face, missing his eye by and inch and drawing a bright line of blood. The second, though, embeds itself deeply in his left shoulder. Distracted by his pain, he doesn't react in time as a slowly-moving soarvan carrying a family of five crosses his path. The children in the back seats stare, slack-jawed, as the kenku clips their vehicle and spins away toward the ground.
Zephyr squeaks loudly from her pocket and Kinnik barely manages to right the soarsled in time. They slide to a halt on a stone turret and the kenku rolls ungracefully onto his rear. Hopping out of her pocket, Zephyr dances around the bolt in his shoulder and chitters at Kinnik questioningly. "Errrghhhh. Yes, Zeph, it really hurts. Listen, this isn't a safe place for you. Take a break for a few minutes until we're in the clear, okay?" Kinnik weakly scratches the tiny flying squirrel's chin, and she disappears in a puff of glowing motes of light.
Wincing, Kinnik touches the shaft of the bolt and holds his left arm to his chest. Above him, the cloaked figure has begun to spin around, apparently coming to finish the job. "Right. So. You wanted to see blood magic, huh?" The kenku raises into a crouch. "Well, how about this, big guy?"
Reaching out his talon, Kinnik curls his fingers as though holding a marionette's bar. The cloaked figure is coming fast. It raises its crossbow once again, readying a shot...
And then Kinnik twitches his wrist fractionally. The figure's right leg extends and the sled pitches forward into a dive, zooming into the turret. There's a wet slap, and Kinnik sits back, exhausted.
Olensees Kinnikcrash down and pulls his Skyraft away from his pursuit of the Skycoach for a moment.
Seeing one of the enemies go down to Kinnik's magic, Olen shouts down to Kinnik.
"NICE WORK! YOU GOOD, NEED A RIDE OR IS YOUR SOARSLED STILL FUNCTIONAL?"
Olen waits for Kinnik to determine if he needs a new ride or not.
