"I don't know if it's related, but I think we should put a stop to these bandits no matter what, they are never good news in a town..." she trails off. "If you'd like to join us... I would welcome you, that is if you like putting a stop to bandits at least." She stops. She whispers, "together."
...
"If that's okay with everyone."
(sorry i was leaving space for someone else, I am around a lot and don't want to dominate the discussion, but i'll make sure i don't second guess, if i'm stepping on toes later just let me know.)

"You already got my acceptance for this. I was thinking about going alone before, but in the news of bandits, I fear being overwhelmed with foes in the way there, so some help would definitely be accepted." She gives a subtle bow, in gratitude with the offer received.
"What I have to deliver back for the group are some magical abilities that could be useful in this situation. They were bestowed on me by nature itself." After explaining a bit more about herself, Falynn turns to the group again. "Uhm, you're a the Nessie, right? What about the others, what are their names?"
(Uhm, before I started this, I tried to read the old logs to see what could be used as a hook to put Falynn in, and I saw something about a plague, and in my head it worked wonderfully for a druid like herself, but Nessie's reaction to it makes me wonder if that was such a good idea after all, if no one remembers about the plague being mentioned in the first place.)
On the road to the bandit camp (13) nothing eventful happens. You reach it before dusk. You can see their campfire smoke a little ways away from the road.

Nessie returns to the group. She says in a low voice, "There are three. They are tending to their equipment we can probably get the drop on them if we are quiet enough. I will fly behind them and wait for you all to get into position and that's when I'll strike... any objections?"
(are the bandits all facing the same way? I want to position myself behind all of them so they don't see me or at least behind as many as possible.)

"Yes, I would like to go with that plan too, but first, just in case you need some help." Falynn touches Nessie's shoulder and casts Guidance on her. "Since you're the one who's going on alone, I think you needed it the most."
"Front? I guess you mean from the opposite side to Nessie, right? That might work, I'll stay behind and ready some spell that will stop them, so all of you can easily attack." Falynn grabs a wooden shield that she was holding on her back.
"Silent approach isn't the X'rax forte. The X'rax thinks rushing in and distraction is our best option. But if party thinks otherwise the X'rax can wait and come in when the fight starts."

(I remember just Nessie I feel like would be focused on a more tangible threat that she could understand.)
Nessie will fly up in the air and try to scout out how many bandits there are at the campfire. Sneakily and silently.

Two of them notice a bird of prey flying high above their camp, and think nothing of it. The third is completely oblivious.
From your high vantage point, you easily spot the three bandits gathered around their campfire, talking in low voices and taking care of their gear.

"Thank you." Nessie flies up and looks for a good spot to take cover in to remain unnoticed by the bandits.
Ideally she is looking to be within 20feet but with cover so she remains unnoticed until her party can get into position.
