Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
(I am not using 2 weapon fighting. I am using my bonus action to instruct my spiritual weapon to attack and then I attack with my action with the crossbow... unless that spell doesn't work that way..)
OOC: Yup, yup totally forgot it was your spiritual weapon. No need to shout it so many times sheesh! Got it!
The broom smashes into splinters and the pieces falling lifelessly to the floor.
Initiative over. Post at will.
The scarecrow is lifeless and the broom in pieces our heroes find a dank and dusty farmhouse. The roof is caved in on one side due to lack of maintenance and many animals now make the O'Vana farmhouse their home. The kitchen, keeping, and living space is a wreck. It'll take days to set this building to rights. Shall the party continue their search for the carving knife or rest?
