As Garth's vision blurred, a small red form, flying about head-height appeared inches away from Garth's head, scorpion-like stinger poised and ready. It, however, was overeager and missed Garth with its poisonous sting.

Tiny devil thing: 13
The small fiend struck again at Garth but the chainmail protected the fighter's collarbone. (The imp is the size of a hummingbird)
Twig takes her rapier in a reverse grip and impales the imp on it, pinning the devil to the ground. The rapier wobbles back and forth on its own from the force of the blow.
(End of combat)
Yes! Kill! You should have burned it! Burn and stab and stab and burn and slice and burn and cut and stab and stab! Hahahahahaha!
"I'm curious if we'll find Rivana's other companions somewhere else in this creepy house. Well, might as well keep going and find out." Garth walked to the other door and paused, took a deep breath, and opened the door.
Twig turns to the candle. Something about it was bugging her.
After a moment, it comes to her.
“This is the first candle I think we’ve seen in this entire house. Can you imagine, not having any candles because you don’t need them? Then why is this one here?....”
Hearing her companion open the door, Twig turns from the candle and towards the door, ready to follow.
You open the door and see a large, cluttered room that runs almost the entire length of the building. It is filled with all manner of strange objects of both occult and mundane nature. In the immediate vicinity, you spot a birdcage, a stuffed two-headed cat, a pile of fortune telling bones, a hunk of black ore inlaid with veins of red, antique holy symbols from several long-dead religions, and what looks like a mummified hand. On the far side of the room you see a wooden door inlaid with a metallic silver moon with a keyhole in the center.

Twig turns back and grabs the candle from the table, and returning, speaks to Garth. (Pockets the candle if possible)
“I found a key downstairs.” She reminds him, pulling it out of her pocket to show “do you thing it fits in that door there?” She nods to the door with the silver moon.

Twig tries to stay focused on the task but can’t help but be distracted by the wonders of the room. Absentmindedly dropping the key back in her pocket she wanders over to the black ore first, and proceeds through the room.
"Well I'm not sure how much of this is of any real value, and how much is just junk." Walking over to the distracted Twig, he put his hand on her shoulder and gently pulled her away from the stuffed cat.
"Unless you have anything specific you think we should look at, I think we should go try out the key we found." Garth said to Twig.
Items begin raising up as if lifted by invisible hands and start zipping toward Twig and Garth, pegging them occasionally. The bombardment continues and you think you hear a bit of faint laughter from multiple sources.

Twig sits for a moment, trying to decompress after the attack.
“What I want to know is, if you collected all of the skulls previously, who put them back?”
Twig shrugs and rises to her feet. “Onward I guess.”
She examines the room, the table and the body.
Aside from table, the candle, the body, and the door at the other side of the room, Twig finds nothing.

Garth looks through the items but just sees a bunch of weird junk. Some of it is disturbing, though most is just unidentifiable.

Twig glances from the door they came from to the one with silver inlay. Nodding, she dashes to the door with silver inlay. She tries the key.
The key doesn't fit.
Items continue to pelt Twig, Garth, and Rad.
