This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OOC: Below assumes since Pass is done that Ilezenya's Eyes of Night is or is close to fading by now on the party. But happy to be corrected on that.)
Presuming either Devin or Ilezenya are of a mind ot inform all on their findings before rushing in, D.O.R.K starts to say something, but stops short and looks to her hands... or at least where she thought they were. "My vision dims again. Could be there's light enough in there, but-..." She looks in roughly Ilezenya's direction. "If able, would you mind granting the blessing again? Just in case." She asks as much, and if all that needed it were granted the boon, then all that seemed left to do was to make moves.
However, just as she's about turn to Vark, her gaze stops on Ebonitus, having not quite missed the man's last reluctance, or at least the result of it when it came to taking down the guards. But after a moment or two, she reaches out to grasp his shoulder and says, "I..... Please understand that it has to be done this way. Too many are at risk for half measures. Though that said, if... -if- any can identify a leader -- their chieftan, I won't fault any for trying to take them alive, if such is even possible. Just don't lose sight of the mission."A moment more is given to let the words sink into place. And then, unless Ebonitus or the others had more to add, she'd give the nod of approval to whoever wished to be the first to open the way before creeping inside along with everyone else.
D.O.R.K and Vark then see the door closed behind them, before motioning for as many that were of a want to over to closest Yakfolk(if not alerted by Ile's immediate spellcasting) to surround and ready weapons. This time she doesn't preemptively bother with a deafening field, unless she could safely center it closer to the door without encapsulating allies.
OOC: And for if able to get into position for another surprise attack series, here be the damage in the spoiler. Otherwise ignore spoiler:
D.O.R.K's Helm Splitter vs Sleepy Head: 19 magical slashing.
Vark's Scorcher Scimitar vs Sleepy Head(same target as D.O.R.K): 12 non-magical slashing.
"Alas, the lady's gift of nightsight can only be granted once between long rests. I can provide four lighted orbs for you that will function as torches or lanterns, but I must maintin concentration on them. Or I could cast faerie fire on the yakfolk but may not catch all of them...Unless another wishes to create and maintain light for those who cannot see in the darkness?"
Vark's Initiative: 8. (adv. from Battle Ready feature)
(OOC: I swear at this rate if given the chance, D.O.R.K might just chuck the sword off the mountain or into the next thing of lava she finds if its acting up. xD)

Devin initiative 11
Aslan certainly let's Devin feel the emotional turmoil of sticking his face in the smoke. But it is enough.
Devin quickly tells the others what he has seen.
"As for light, we picked up a drift globe in the lair of the chimera. Once we are within the hut with the door closed I can activate it and we will all be able to see. "
Ilezenya nods. Since he can see in the darkness, he will go through the doors first and cast bane on all three yakfolk. (DC15 CHA save or subtract a d4 whenever it makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends.)
(@DM: Going by initiative, Ilnezya would pop off his spell 'fore everyone is in the room if I read things here correctly? But assuming that doesn't wake them up immediately, then the rest of us will at least file in(closing the door behind us) before devin creates some light with the driftglobe. Because the feature from Ilezenya that gave those without dark vision darkvision would've ended around the same time as the Pass Without Trace and Warding Bond from Ebonitus earlier.)
(So, assuming if after all that they haven't been woken up, the next goal would be(at least for those willing to get in melee) to quietly surround the closest sleeping Yakfolk and kill them 'fore they wake up.)

First roll = 16 (OOC: in case we get a cheat banner a ‘5’ was rolled.
Unfortunately as the party was clustering around the entrance to the hut, somebody accidentally hit the warning gong at the entrance. Despite quickly muffling it, there is a very real possibility that party will not have surprise. Undeterred they proceed with their plan.
In initiative order (see above) they maker their way into the hut. Illezenya quickly whips off his spell (DC15 [Cha] - Katha Kayla save = 16 / Nathala save = 22 / Imberu save = 17) (OOC: in case of cheat banner all of the Yikaria failed against Illezenya’s spell)
Their fears about not having surprise are realised because immediatky after Illezenya spell goes off the large male Yikaria (Yakfolk) grabs a two handed sword which immediately bursts into flame and charges toward the party. Given the size of the hut it will take him the full round to close. One of his sleeping partners starts to chant something in a language (which unless you speak Primordial) nobody understands. The words do however provoke a deep atavistic fear in Ebonitus.

Mullo steps forward, her satisfaction in facing a worthy opponent turning into battle rage. She engages the yakfolk with the flaming sword, swinging her warpick at him. The air around her is charged with electricity.
bonus: rage
action: Attack: 19 Damage: 4
storm aura: DEX DC 14 (half damage on success): 5 lightning damage
Ebonitus casts Hold person at 3rd level targetting both the Yakfolk approaching and the chanting Yakfolk . Save WIS:DC15 or be paralysed. He then draws his mace in preparation to defend himself if necessary.

Devin
The hut/hall is about 120 foot in diameter. Do you want to use the Light or Daylight aspect of the Drift globe.
DM - Stopping a god in his tracks
Devin will wait until we are all within and the door closed. He'll then activate the Daylight aspect of the Driftglobe
